Huntelaar broke his ribs, so I let van Wolfswinkel have the CF spot for the all important final game of WCQ against Romania who were 1 point ahead of us, and Ricky scored all 6 goals in a 6-1 hammering!

In my International game Shane Long has been Premiership top scorer twice in a row while racking up 24 goals in 17 games for me as Ireland.

The only reason I'm disappointed England are gone is because I would've expected Germany to do better against us than they'll do against Italy. I still expect them to win, but with Englands amazing 'two lines of four standing near the edge of the area and letting the other team do what they want without even thinking about closing them down' strategy I think Germany would've pounded the shit out of us. I'm not really unpatriotic or whatever, but I bet on Germany/Spain, so England getting knocked out doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Shane Long has scored two hat-trick's in the past 5 days for Ireland, but his second hat-trick was overshadowed by this prick scoring the best hat-trick of goals ever in the history of anything. Seriously all 3 were amazing goals and he's not even real!

England are gonna win Euro 2012 because 1) I bet on Spain or Germany to win which means neither of those two will win and 2) The last time the Olympics were in Europe the host nation won the Euro's!

I'm managing England, Netherlands and Ireland atm and not that fussed about waiting since I just come on here while its processing. Got knocked out in the play-offs with Ireland. Got knocked out by Italy in the QF with Holland and just made it to the final with England by beating Italy. Spain went out in the group stage which I'm happy about, and Ukraine just beat Germany in the other semi final, so I've got the match I wanted, but then again Ukraine have already got past Croatia, Czech, France, Portugal and Germany so I might get my ass handed to me.

I hope he plays 'cos I've barely watched him in years and used to love him.

Thanks to Russia the only bets I've get left now are Spain or Germany to win the tournament and Benzema to finish as France's top scorer, which probably won't happen. I put a 4-way acca on Russia, Spain, Italy and Germany to win their games, but that's down the shitter at the first hurdle!

I'm unsure about Italy. Obviously if they win this then they'll go through because Ireland won't beat them, but if they slip up now then I think Croatia might go through.
