I usually just have my scouts in various regions with no set search parameters. They usually come back with a nice mixture of players including a lot of tasty regens. Atm I've got a scout in Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, North America, North Africa, South Europe, two in South America, two in Central Europe and two in UK & Ireland.

Most of my transfers that are outgoing are over 48 months. I've got £70m transfer fund that I'm barely touching, and got quite a bit coming in every month from players. This season so far I've got 50 million for Reina off Arsenal 27 million for Jose Enrique off Schalke 25 million for Lucas Leiva off Atletico Madrid Past years I've got 14.5 million for Skrtel, 14 million for Downing, 15.5 million for Johnson, 18 million for Agger, and about 50 million for dead-weight like Aquilani, Cole, Adam etc. I usually offer my players out with payment over 48 months for the nearest 0 or 5 that's higher than double their value, and usually someone comes up with an offer near there. I wouldn't have got 50 million for Reina if it was up front, and I don't need the money now so it's the best way, imo.

Leandro Damiao plays in the middle of Suarez and Rondon up front, with Christian Eriksen providing most of his assists. I think the front three between them have got over a 100 goals at least, and I guess with me it's just having an amazing attacking team. I've never done this well before, usually end up with 30 goals from one striker tops. Won the Premier League with five games to go too now.

Just made it to 60 games unbeaten by whooping Porto 6-3 in the Champions League semi final first leg. Leandro Damiao scored another hat-trick and now has 68 goals for the season!

I know Samba can play up front, but he's fucking shit apart from heading and being pretty quick, so why the hell would Spurs play him up front when they've got Defoe, Kane and a whole group of midfielders that would be infinitely better than him playing there?

Whenever I'm a shit team I just try and get as much money as possible from friendlies. Lots of friendlies. Try and get an affiliation with a bigger club that'll chuck you a few hundred grand a year too.

56 games unbeaten in the league. I just lost 1-0 to Man City away on 16/2/13, and my last loss in the league was away to Man City on 2/10/11! I'm happy with the run, but fuck Man City! Broke the record too. My teams looking pretty awesome now aswell. Any trio of Luis Suarez, Leandro Damiao, Bellamy, Sanogo, Carroll and this awesome American regen upfront. Bellamy's always either injured or sent off, and he's gone at the end of the season. I'll probably loan Sanogo out and try and sell Carroll too if I can get good money for him. Any three of Christian Eriksen, Younes Belhanda, Gerrard, Lucas Leiva, Romulo, Henderson and Shelvey in the middle. Got Adam and Downing out on loan too, but trying to sell them asap. Enrique/Robinson at LB Skrtel/Coates/Vertonghen/Wilson/Carragher at CB. Carragher's leaving thank god, and I'll probably sell Skrtel too since he's 28 and declining. Johnson/Montoya at RB And of course Reina in goal with whoever I can get on a free and sell later for profit as back-up! This season it was Fabianski who I've sold for 3m, and next season I'm getting Ospina. Much better than last season.
