I am now a huge Polyphonic Spree or whatever the hell their name was fan, that song kicked ass!!! Just tuned in, and my whole take on this whole thing is this: The whole entire show is BASICALLY pointless, as MTV picks all of the winners, so it is just a contest as to whom MTV likes more. The only two awards that actually matter are the MTV2 Award and the Viewer's Choice Award, which the fans vote for. Yellowcard I see won the MTV2 Award, and even though some people don't consider that "rock", I would like to say that it is kinda rock, and should represent what fans really want to see on MTV. For the last 3 or 4 years, rock bands have won the MTV2 Award (including MUDVAYNE for Christ's sake), and rock songs have won the Viewer's Choice Awards song, too. (Michelle Branch is pop rock ) MTV needs to see who fans are voting for, and learn what people really want to see. Christina Aguilera is getting SPANKED in the Viewer's Choice Award by 4 rock songs. What does that say? To top that off, the MTV website hosted the vote thing to see who made it to the final 5. Why doesn't MTV see that 4 of the 5 were "rock" (Christina only made it because there were absolutely NO rock songs competing in the little bracket) and start playing some real music. GOD DAMN, MTV IS BLIND!!

I am extremely happy that the twins are in last place, as I hate them with a passion. The team I am rooting for now is the Bowling Moms, simply because they remind me of my mommy, errr, mother....errrr, mom. Plus they seem to always be in last or very close to last place, and I think it would be great for them to win. As I said, I hate the twins, and cannot wait for them to get eliminated. I also want to get rid of Colin and Christie, as he is just an asshole and she has an annoyance factor to her (almost, but not quite, matching that of Mirna in my opinion). Chip and Kim are another team I like, however, I really think they are TOO generous, giving 20 dollar tips and such. Passing out money like that just because it isn't theres could really screw them over towards the end. The models annoy me, but not for the same reason as everyone else I bet. The guy model is so stupid. The one thing that stands out in my mind as most annoying and stupid is back at the "take 1 shot/block 5 shots" thing. He said they would block the five shots because he didn't want to take a shot, because that is not the Christian way and he wanted to be a role model. Who is going to look up to him? I work at WalMart, we got a message saying that the first couple of models of the PS2 cannot read blue bottom discs. Plus their warranty is void because of how long they have been out, so basically, all they told us was people have to get new PS2s. Sux, but that's what they said.

Like has been said earlier, Manhunt/GTA games and the like are rated M, you have to be 18 to buy them. Are little kids (under 10) going to do what they see on TV or video games? If the parents don't tell them right from wrong, maybe, but the fact is, if the game is rated M, then why the hell would you let your kid buy it? It's the parent's fault for not paying attention to what their kids are buying. I know I, personally, at work (Wal-Mart) will tell a customer whenever their kid picks up an M rated game that "You do know that game is rated M", to which 9/10 of them say "well, what does that mean" and then I explain the game ratings to them. Seriously, do some parent's even care? UGH!!

I think TJ has the most dynamic charactor now. He has so many different sides it seems, the playa, Tim's best friend. The final two males are definately going to be Tim and TJ, and I think Cammy is going to do something to make her get dismissed, possibly by Piper? Ingrid and Jane Schmo (I can never remember her name) are the final two females. I am wondering how they are going to end it this year, though. Of course, as we are all probably thinking (SPOILERSPOILERSPOILERBryceisgoingtogetkickedoffforkillingthebirdSPOILERSPOILERSPOILER) which will probably bring Tim back. I can't wait for next week!!! ANyway, anyone bought season 1 of Joe Schmo yet?? Is it any good? I want to buy it once I get some money.

For me, the all time best is Ozzy Osbourne. He started off with Black Sabbath and had all those great songs, and then even after being kicked out, he had the even MORE successful solo run, which produced some really, really great songs. Not only that, he still has the yearly Ozzfest, keeping himself known, and though he doesn't have the best stage performance because of his age, just because he is up on stage you and everyone around you is up and dancing and jumping around to his music. And I believe his popularity actually is getting bigger now because of the main stream success of his TV show, and so more and more people are realizing just how great Ozzy really is.

The Rasmus "Dead Letters" I tell you, you think that they may only be one hit wonders with "In The Shadows", but everything on their entire album is awesome!

I hope the next eliminated from the Amazing Race are the twins. I hate the midget and her cousin as much as the next person, but I am laughing my ass off cause everyone is like "how'd the midget get here" or "we are being beaten by a midget". I just find it funny, cause you know these people (well, not the old couple or the bowling moms, they seem to just be there for a good time. GO OLD PEOPLE OR BOWLING MOMS!) are just like 'ugh" Anyway, get rid of the twins, they annoy the hell out of me, with looking the same and complaining about Chip and Kim. Grrrr.

Going August 10th in Hershey, Pennsylvania to see several of the bands. Not to be mean or anything, but I have a problem with a lot of people in this topic saying "oh the only good band is so and so". Have you heard of EVERY single band that is on the tour? Seriously, I know about 1/4 of the bands on there, and some of them I don't like, but I am not going to say "Oh, I am going to see Avenged Sevenfold, The Vandals, Bad Religion, Billy Talent, Alkaline Trio, and Flogging Molly. But the rest of the bands suck" because I don't know if the rest of the bands suck. I know Simple Plan and Good Charlotte are not two of my favorite bands, but the fact is, I have never heard of Abstract Giants or Nor AM I so I am not going to say they suck, cause for all I know they kick ass. Bottom line, don't say they all suck, cause you don't know if they do. And yes, I am figuring that someone is going to quote what I said above me and then to be a smart ass and attempt to get a cheap laugh say "the only good band is so and so, and everyone else sucks" so hopefully me calling them out will shut them up before they get a chance.

I haven't missed an episode, I am obsessed with this show, both seasons 1 and 2. I think I like Tim better than Matt because Matt was just too nice to be, like, real. Tim is a lot easier to "connect with" because he seems more real. Who thinks the new girl is hot? ME! Can't wait for next week, when its the guys parent's that are coming. I think I already know what will happen next week.

I refuse to watch the movie, but not because I like Bush or Kerry or hate Bush or Kerry. Quite frankly, I have been doing research on my own about both candidates, and a little movie bad mouthing Bush is not going to make me change my way of deciding to vote. Seeing these two above articles makes me weary of seeing it, due to the fact there are so many holes in the movie. The fact of the matter is, yes, go ahead and go watch the movie, enjoy it. But, when it comes time to vote, don't use that as the main reason for your choice, cause it is just stupid. Go do research on both Kerry and Bush. Do you support gay marriage? Find out which one of them does, and use that. Do you support the right to have an abortion? Find out who does and doesnt. Right now, don't look to the past. Mistakes have been made, and the president is not going to let them happen again. Look to the future, and who will benefit YOU the most, not who Hollywood wants you to THINK will benefit you. At the risk of getting flamed, I am also going to say that right now, I am leaning towards voting Kerry. So it is not that I am a "liberal" or whatever, but I think that Kerry can get plenty of votes with just his views on things, and he doesn't need some stupid, poorly done documentary to win the election. Thank you.

My blank CDs all have 80 minutes on them, but I haven't seen anyt hat had more than that.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Madonna lost her part of the Maverick label? Shifty's release is still going to come out, right? Oh God, don't deprive me of my SHIFTY!! Ahem, Madonna is over the hill, tho I did like that one song, "Frozen". That song kicked ass.

What the hell are you talking about? I heard about that album on here, and I love it! I think it is great! Let's see, the least favorite album of mine, that is kinda difficult, I have owned several horrible ones. I think the Murderdolls' album sucked, I mean, the dude kicks ass in Slipknot, but he needs to stay away from Murderdolls. I also hate the Underworld soundtrack, ugh. Crappy ballad after crappy ballad, just sucks! I am sure I can think of some worse of I tried, but these are off the top of my head.

Ummm, those are the wrong lyrics, the correct ones are: "It's Log, It's Log, It's big, it's heavy, it's wood. It's log, it's log, it's better than bad, it's good!" I have that whole song memorized, I used to be obsessed with Ren And Stimpy. But aren't the new episodes, like, actually new. Not new animations, but they changed the monologue to make it more "adult oriented". I may be wrong, cause I haven't watched it since it came back. And I personally think the best nicktoon that Nick has put out is Fairly Odd Parents, that is the only thing I watch on Nick. Rocko was good (and you can get the first two seasons @ WalMart for 3.88 on VHS), but FOP is gold.

I am going to the show in Hershey on August 10th. I am mainly going for Flogging Molly, Authority Zero, Thursday, and Billy Talent, plus one of my favorite "mainstream" bands Sugarcult. I have also heard some good stuff about Avenged Sevenfold, and I like their first single, so I will check them out too. Have to avoid the teeny bopper stage, tho, so no Good Charlotte, New Found Glory, Lillix, Yellowcard, and Simple Plan for me.

I have been playing the hell out of Sonic 2 for Game Boy Advance, I forgot how much I loved these games. Sure, there are certain levels that still, after several years, I cannot get by, but hey, it's fun!! Sonic 3, I am buying you tomorrow when I go to work!

Punk Rock all the way! Bands like Brand New, Thrice, Billy Talent, NFG, Yellowcard, Bad Religion, Sugarcult, Quarashi, and even (to an extent) Good Charlotte.

I like their harder stuff, like "Ride", "Get Free", and "Outtathaway!", but their slower stuff sux! They can't do ballads. But honestly, if you are going to piss on them for being rude to fans, you have to do the same to every band that has ever insulted their fans, and there have been plenty.

The dude who played the original Johnny Cage has quit acting and is now a college professor. I only know that cause I used to watch Young Hercules (stop laughing) and he played King Jason, and whenever the show was cancelled after 2 or 3 seasons, he posted on the Young Hercules message board he was going to teach again. Wonder if they will reel him back in... Oh and I hope that the hot chick from the first one comes back to play Sonya, too. The chic in te second one wasn't bad looking, but she paled in comparison to the chick in the first one.

"Butterfly" by Crazy Town was awful, but the rest of their first album was alright, and I love their second album. Of course, most people heard "Butterfly" and didn't give 'em a chance... On the bright side, Shifty's solo CD is coming out on July 13th I believe. That should produce some hits... EDIT: "Out Of Control" by Hoobastank was a good song, but "The Reason" isn't the greatest. Although the entire album titled The Reason really pales in comparrison to their debut self titled album.

Strokes are one of my favorite bands. I, too, have yet to hear a bad song out of them. They aren't at the top of my list, but they are definately in the top 10. Viva La Strokes!
