I just picked this up yesterday for the PS2, and I'm pretty impressed and am having fun with it. I may be impressed though because I haven't bought a Madden since 2002. I felt it was time to get back into it and at $40, I couldn't pass up. One thing I've noticed though, through 3 games into the regular season, I have 13 INTs. Playing as the Arizona Cardinals, I had 2 against Alex Smith, 5 against Matt Hasselbeck, and 6 against Marc Bulger. Is this normal?

The Nevada Wolfpack were victorious over the Northwestern Wildcats, 31-21. A really exciting game. Crowd was absolutely rabid due to ESPN coverage. I even may have been on TV, since a girl a couple rows in front of me had a sign that they showed a few times.

Exactly, if you're going to expand the Pac 10, you would need two teams. You could theoretically add Fresno St. and Boise St., and I think there was talks of adding the Colorado schools a few years ago, (Or maybe it was Colorado St. and BYU), but like it's already been said, Fresno and Boise, while good schools, wouldn't make it through a BCS school's schedule. That was the big topic of debate during the Fresno St./Nevada game, Fresno schedules tough games, like they're playing LSU, certainly they have a chance to win, but it's slim. They were asking should Fresno schedule the tough games against big BCS schools, or just focus to win the conference each year with their easy-peasy WAC schedule. Plus I just like a 10 team conference more than 12. But with that said, my Wolfpack are playing against Northwestern tomorrow night, should be a good game, and should be a win. Edit: And if Northwestern were playing anybody else, I would totally be rooting for them, that's just a great story with the head coach situation, and I wish Pat Fitzgerald all the luck in the world.

I don't think anybody feels too bad for Colorado lately.

I've read that Studio 60 is awesome. I'm pretty hyped for it. I also read that The Class is pretty good too.

Agreed, we can ALL use more Scrubs. Hopefully Futurama won't suffer like Family Guy has since it returned. I really freaking loved Futurama.

Eh, the only thing I really wanted to see was War At Home and American Dad.

I played the first, but stopped playing partway through, just because I get tired of all RPGs. My sister beat the first one, and didn't like the second one very much, so I'm curious to see how good this one is.

Agreed, crazedfan. Hopefully they start Ayoob against Minnesota next week. I expect there to be a good 50,000 plus fans for the game.

My beloved California Golden Bears lost to Tennessee today. I wouldn't say Tennessee winning is an upset though. Tennessee's defense was extremely tough, and Lynch and Forsett could never get going. Oh, and Longshore just sucked.

Goddamn that's a goofy/creepy picture of Ledger. I think he'll be fine as the Joker. And Hoffman as Penguin is freaking amazing.

Apparently they're going to air Arrested Development on G4 now. Glad to see it's getting aired somewhere, but on G4, eh, we'll see. The promos they're airing for it aren't very good though, it makes it look really cheesy and lame.

Howard Dean screaming about how they're going through all these states then going back to the White House is the greatest sound clip ever.

I played the demo for the first game, and it was actually surprisingly very fun.

NCAA Lacrosse is absolutely huge back East. They drew something like 40,000+ for the finals, and get very good attendances for all their games really. The professional league, I think it's just MLL (Major League Lacrosse), nobody really gives a damn about.

I'm a lot better at NFL pick'em than college, despite liking college a lot more than the NFL. Anyways, I'm in.
