  1. Well I'd stick 25 from each roster, and then ten legends. I wouldn't make it with the ECW split either, just stick with what happens from before - possibly have some ECW guys as unlockable characters if the ECW split happens in season mode. With that here's my roster: RAW - Wrestlers Big Show Carlito Charlie Haas Chris Masters Edge Eugene Goldust Gene Snitsky John Cena Johnny (Spirit Squad) Kane Kenny (Spirit Squad) Mick Foley Mickie James Mikey (Spirit Squad) Mitch (Spirit Squad) Nicky (Spirit Squad) Ric Flair Rob Van Dam Shawn Michaels Shelton Benjamin Triple H Trish Stratus Umaga Victoria RAW - Non-Playabe Managers Armando Alejandro Estrada Jonathan Coachman Lita Mr. McMahon Shane McMahon Smackdown - Wrestlers Batista Boogeyman Booker T Brian Kendrick Chris Benoit Finlay Gregory Helms Jake Joey Mercury Johnny Nitro John "Bradshaw" Layfield Jesse Ken Kennedy Kurt Angle Lashley Mark Henry Matt Hardy Paul Burchill Psicosis Rey Mysterio Super Crazy Tatanka the Great Khali the Undertaker William Regal Smackdown - Non-Playable Managers Daivari Jillian Melina Sharmell Theodore Long Legends Roster Bret "the Hitman" Hart Earthquake Eddie Guerrero Jerry "the King" Lawler Hulk Hogan Stone Cold Steve Austin The Rock + 3 More, not sure who >_>
  2. WOOOOO, Go Saudi Arabia! We can win the World Cup yet!
  3. In Champcars the #99 was retired following Greg Moore's fatal accident in 1999. I always associate Nigel Mansell with #5 and Helio Castroneves (my namesake) with #3.
  4. Friday 9th June 2006 World Cup - Group A Matches 17:00 - vs. The Slickman vs. alldawson The first game of the World Cup is this afternoon, with a 5pm kick off time. It will see hosts Germany - with the Slickman go up against alldawson's underdogs Costa Rica. Slickman will fancy his chances with the Germans here, but I wouldn't rule out alldawson's lot - who could cause an upset. 20:00 - vs. kulex vs. Small Red kulex and Small Red's teams will have the evening kick off of the day as Poland face Ecuador. On paper it looks an even contest with either side possible winners. Both men will fancy their luck in this one. Saturday 10th June 2006 World Cup - Group B Matches 14:00 - vs. adrenalinejunky & Ando Solo vs. Eddie G Eddie G is facing the majority of EWB with this one...but England aren't the most reliable of sides - even though they have to be fancied against Paraguay. AJ and Ando are no doubt thinking that England could do it tommorrow. 17:00 - vs. Michael vs. Jam Sweden with Ibrahimovic, Larsson and Ljungburg are the favourites against Michael's T&T with....well, Dwight Yorke. But Trinidad aren't going to be a walk over for anyone (apart from England >_>) So who knows, Jam must be thinking win, but a draw is possible. World Cup - Group C Match 20:00 - vs. Be vs. TMM Be's Argentina are the probable group winners, but TMM's Ivory Coast are a nifty little side. I believe it's gonna be a draw but both men must fancy their chances. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bitch here at each other, hype your teams and whatnot. (Y) Celebrate an unlikely result against an opponent or cry at a horrible loss. I'll carry on doing these previews if this takes off.
  5. I can't wait for these two games, both look to be a nice relaxing way to open the tournament. My Predictions: Germany 2 - 2 Costa Rica, I think Costa Rica aren't going to be a walkover here. A draw is about right. Poland 1 - 1 Ecuador - Can't see either winning this

  8. Well you're not Brazil Chaz, but you've done alright (Y) EWB VI Presents: World Cup 2006 – Sweepstakes
  9. Sorry mate, you just missed it but yeah you and aj can share seeing as he's a lovely bloke (Y) EWB VI Presents: World Cup 2006 – Sweepstakes Taking place from the worldwide home of football…Barnstaple, North Devon it is now time for the EWB World Cup 2006 Sweepstakes draw! With the aid of two glass bowls like these: (Except not as colourful or small)…the draw shall be made. Firstly a team shall be drawn from Bowl A – and then a EWB participant shall be drawn from Bowl B to make the connection. This will be done thirty-two times until the draw is complete and every team is matched up with every participant. Then of course comes the World Cup itself…and we’ll see the competition unfold until there is one nation that lifts the cup on July 9th…and one EWB winner. With that explained…let the draw begin!
  10. Last spot left folks, as soon as someone posts for it I'll begin the drawing process.
  11. Cheers AJ, I was surprised it hadn't been done yet and thought possibly an admin was going to do it, glad I didn't step on anyones toes. We're nearly there, just five more places to go. As we speak I'm sorting out creating small graphics to show who has got who - which if you want you can use in your sig.
  12. EWB IV Presents: FIFA 2006 World Cup Sweepstake I'm pretty sure this hasn't been done yet somewhere else on EWB, but if not apologies. You all know how these work by now, you've no doubt done one with your mates or at work. All you need to do is just put your name down below and once we have the 32 people signed up below then I'll make the draw. This though the high-tech method of two hats and bits of paper >_>, one with the EWB members names and one with the 32 teams competing in the World Cup. With that done I will edit here who has got who and we'll see who wins (Y) And to make things more interesting say who you think will actually win the World Cup, and who you think you'll draw. If you're right you're a proven psychic... Group A Germany - The Slickman Poland - kulex Costa Rica - alldawson Ecuador - Small Red Group B England - adrenalinejunky & Ando Solo Paraguay - Eddie G Trinidad and Tobago - Michael Sweden - Jam Group C Argentina - Be Ivory Coast - TMM Serbia and Montenegro - lafunky xxvii Holland - Green Demon Group D Mexico - Chazmus Iran - IAceI Angola - Lost Soul & The Ace Portugal - What Would Jesus Do? 16. Exactly CSAMH, F1 has gone down the shitter. I remember the days past when people could actually overtake each other and races werent processions - and the FIA has the nerve to blame the tracks, well if you used to be able to pass on Cataluyna, San Marino and others then it can't be the track can it?! They've butchered Spa's last chicane, Monza next year is getting butchered by the guy who designed Bahrain, Malaysia, China etc and its all just far too shite. Today was the icing on the cake for me of a last few years of absolute shit. At least at Monaco some drivers will crash.
  17. I wish I hadn't, life long F1 fan but now - seriously fuck F1. Monaco will be the last race I watch.
  18. Well we went through our shit period following Adams, but now we've got Rob Kelly and he's better Fucking Craig Levein sucked.
  19. I used to love Byker Grove but it did get really shit the last two series or so.
  20. Wouldn't it be funny if you got that reply and West Ham still beat you anyways
  21. I'd still fuck gail porter, TAFKA > you
