  1. You can also play as your character for every single pitch whether the result involves you or not, or set baserunning to only have you control if you're the lead runner.
  2. For whoever asked about the Vulcan pitch: it's a change, not a curve. Do the "live long and prosper" hand thing and grab the ball with that grip.
  3. Then I'd be a single parent, and my son would die because I'm 100% not cut out for that.
  4. Seconded. Awesome game. Very well done. But also very depressing at times.
  5. I really really really want this but I'm poor and my wife will kill me if I buy it.
  6. Yes. "Clever". EDIT: Another review http://www.pushsquare.com/reviews/ps3/5_star_wrestling So all the reviews that aren't from people who know them personally or who they bribed are coming out now?
  7. The ropes bounce like wet noodles, but the ring doesn't even move.
  8. I always name the diseases after people I know.
  9. That game was awesome. Except when the Borg showed up and one cube demolished my huge fleets of ships in a few seconds.
  10. I had that for NES and could never get past like, the 2nd planet.
  11. Picked up Frozen Cortex today and it's pretty awesome.
  12. Charlemagne is also discounted. Is it worth picking up?
  13. Picked up the Star Wars bundle and started a KOTOR game, but every few minutes my W and S keys stop controlling movement. Any idea how I can fix that without having to save and load every couple minutes?
  14. It´s Wrestling. Something would be missing if it was not silly. I only played their Superhero game before, it was not to terrible but in the end felt like an Elaborated way to have someone else write fan fiction that allowed me to save and fuck Natalie Portman. >_> I think for the price their games are a fair deal, i am amazed how many Achievements they put in the Steam version of Slammed, it´s like 70 or 74. A major part of the plot is that certain matches are shoots, certain matches are works, and some matches have a few minutes of shooting with a worked beginning and end, and all of the world title matches(there's only one, on the biggest show each year) have to be shoots, and all this other convoluted shit.
  15. SLAMMED! is a "choose your own adventure" kind of book/game. I have it on my phone. It's a decent time waster, but some of the parts of the story are a bit silly.
  16. Whoever put all the wrestling stuff on the community calenda, good idea.

  17. It's a business sim, really. You start out doing contract jobs until you get enough money to buy your own truck(or get a loan to buy it). Then you do jobs with your own truck to keep money coming in. Eventually buy more trucks and drivers and keep expanding.
  18. Is there even a point to Steam's trading cards?
  19. I'll takt the other Magicka if you still have it. Steam name is KevinStorm.
  20. I somehow have a copy of Dead Island: Epidemic Beta. I can't play Dead Island because it gives me such awful motion sickness, so whoever wants it can have it.
  21. I've been really hoping for Charlemagne to go on sale. It doesn't seem like it adds enough to be worth $15 and I'm broke as it is.
  22. Me too. I really hate grad school during steam sales.

    Hatred

Free speech means that sometimes you're going to get offended, and all censoring ever does is make the censoree feel even more justified because it makes it seem as if they have something worth saying. Ellis is dead on, if the idiot bloggers hadn't posted and Steam hadn't pulled the game, this would just be another shitty forgotten indie title, it's sad (though not unexpected) to see people being manipulated and playing into their hands. Free speech applies to government, not private companies. Steam can refuse to carry whatever game for whatever reason.
