I'm ColonelCharisma. How does one find out if any cities are buying any of their resources? And how does one gift resources? I can't figure that out.

50hz refresh rate is kind of low isn't it? My LED is 120.

I have an Insignia LED and it is wonderful. My PS3 looks great on it, it uses very little power, and it weighs almost nothing for how big it is.

Plasma is shit. They're heavy, burn in easily, and the screens glare way too much. Go LED.

It also doesn't hurt to max out your steal stat. Mine is in the 90s and I average 3-5 per game.

This. I miss that game. I just loaded it up after I posted that, but it's been so long since I've played it I forgot what I was doing in the game I had saved.

There are some games that I've intentionally played on easy just to get through the story, so yeah, I can see the reasoning.

I'm playing as the Jaguars. Both the QBs I started with suck, so I drafted a rookie and I've been using him as a starter. And he's thrown 15 or 16 in the first 6 games. I've lost a couple games at least just from interceptions, and it gets particularly bad in the red zone. I can't tell you how many drives I've blown from throwing an interception in the end zone. And I can't tell if it's me doing something wrong or the QB being shitty. His overall is 76.

It's not normal to throw 3-4 interceptions per game, is it? >_>
