  1. This is true, TO is an anomaly. and for my Titans, call me greedy and retarded because Tennessee is somewhat stockpiled at tight end already, but I wouldn't mind seeing Greg Olsen slip to them. I kind of wanted Ted Ginn, but Bowe or Meachem seems to be the more likely pick. They DO need a play maker to help out Young on offense.
  2. I think Irons was a good college running back but at the next level he will be par at best. Booker I think has no shot unless you pair him up with an extremely good power runner in a two-back system. And Pittman, I'm sort of indifferent on. If Bush can stay healthy, he should be the best of them. But there is one thing that is known, After Peterson and Lynch, the running back position is pretty shallow in this draft. And btw, really nice deal there for the Panthers.
  3. Size: Freestyle Subject: this Sunday's Summerslam
  4. That's exactly it I believe. Thanks to both AJ and Jimmy for the help.
  5. This worked pretty well, but I guess I worded the question wrong which was my fault...I've seen other people create an effect to where the whole PSD kind of had a glow to it...AJ, or anyone else for that matter, do you know how I could, if I could produce this affect in PSP?
  6. Is there a way in Paint Shop Pro to create a glow effect, such as around the edges of a PSD like a wrestler?
  7. Can anybody point me to a site where I can find this brush of a set of octagon shapes? I've been looking for it as I had it on my old computer. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  8. The LA punk. Might as well be the Compton Punk. or Johnny "Your Man For The Job" Harrison, hence the gang relations. Bah..I don't know. I'm usually a very creative person but when I need my creativity best, it falters. And is going at full speed when I least need it.
  9. "Meg" by Steve Alten. About a Megalodon (Which is a prehistoric shark that was pretty much just a 50-70 ft. (possibly larger) version of a great white shark) that is found in the Mariana Trench and gets out and begins to cause havoc. It's the first book in a series, I've just read this one so far though. For the other books search for Steve Alten to find his site.
  10. Wow. Did anyone see what they showed on Baseball Tonight regarding Vladimir Guerrero? They showed him displaying his arm strength, probably by a bet or something, before the game. He stood at 3rd base and he threw it over the fence in right field. Insane. I'm an Angels fan, a Vlad fan, and I know what he can do, but that was just insane. If you missed it they'll probably show it at the beginning of the Yanks/Angels highlights on SportsCenter tonight. Damn, I'm still in awe.
  11. I never really liked Thome either. I'm not saying Dunn is a bad player, and yes he is freak of nature. But I'm making a point because there's a LOT of players I'd take instead of him, and I mean A LOT. Konerko, Beltre, and Guillen are historically GREAT hitters? No.
  12. There is a good note in the loss. Carlos Arroyo = player on my fav. NBA team. Woohoo, the Jazz are on the way back up!
  13. They should of gotten Garnett, but that's just my opinion. Or one of the Pistons (Rip, Ben Wallace, Rasheed Wallace). Perhaps even Jermaine O'Neal. Edit: Was Garnett already on a past cover? I don't remember the history of the cover athletes for Live that well.
  14. Oh and I never said I'd rather have a guy with 10 homers and and 20 Ks. I'd rather have these guys. (Bonds disregarded because he is arguably already the greatest player of all time) All this stats are so far this season Pujols: 32 HRs, 36 Ks Beltre: 32 HRs, 59 Ks Burnitz: 31 HRs, 85 Ks Konerko: 29 HRs, 71 Ks Alou: 27 HRs, 58 Ks Teixeira: 27 HRs, 78 Ks Helton: 26 HRs, 43 Ks Abreu: 25 HRs, 28 Ks Finley: 24 HRs, 55 Ks Sweeney: 22 HRs, 43 Ks Guillen (Jose): 22 HRs, 65 Ks Valentin (THIS IS JOSE VALENTINE. JOSE F-ING VALENTINE. Hell I'd take his slightly less number of homers and less Ks over Dunn so far) 26 HRs, 104 Ks There's quite a few more guys with similar numbers. I don't know about you but I'd take most of these guys number over Dunn's HRs and Strikeouts.
  15. He's not looking at only 150 strikeouts this year. He'd probably have more than 180. But you're blowing what I said out of proportion. Is Adam Dunn as good of a player as Sammy? No. Could be sometime? Maybe. Is he as good of a player as Reggie Jackson? Hell no, and he'll never be. And Reggie Jackson still has many more games played than strikeouts in his career. I'm saying Adam Dunn is way too one-dimensional at a moment. He is simply a star at the moment and I'm saying he's going to have to vastly improve his discipline at the dish if he wants to be a superstar at this day and age. Not to mention he's well..I'll just say not a great fielder. Sammy Sosa is at least an average fielder and Reggie Jackson was a pretty good outfielder. He's not going to become a huge MLB-wide superstar anytime soon if he doesn't do something else besides just hit for power and strike out at least once a game, especially since he's playing in Cincinnati who after a great start is coming back to reality and this is how it's going to be for the next few years. I personally don't even consider him to be the Reds' franchise player currently, I think that's Sean Casey, or Ken Griffey Jr when health (which we may never see again.), but Casey has been awesome this year. But then again the Yankees will probably buy him off the Reds sometime. I've caught a quite few Reds games this year and it just seems like he will chase the same pitches time after time after time. But whatever. Now a guy that lacks plate discipline, but doesn't need it? Vlllllllllllllad. What a freak of nature.
  16. He'll never be a true superstar in my opinion until he develops better discipline. Power hitters may be paid to hit home runs, but they're not paid to strike out. That's a waste of an out a game at this rate. I'm not saying he's a horrible player, he's a good player, I'm just saying he's overrated simply because of his power.
  17. I've only heard "Open Your Eyes", from the Diva Search, the Alter Bridge commercial, plus it's on the Madden soundtrack. But I like it. It's probably my fav. song on Madden.
  18. Too bad Dunn's selectiveness has and still sucks majorly. Don't tell me it's acceptable because he's a power hitter because most great power hitters DON'T HAVE 135 STRIKEOUTS AT THIS POINT IN THE SEASON. That's more than 1 per game. MORE THAN 1 PER GAME.
  19. Schaub is playing VERY well for his first NFL game ever. Granted it's pre-season, but still. I watched a few games on TV of him at Virginia and I am a big college football fan, perhaps bigger than I am an NFL fan, and I know he was great but damn..this is impressive. Now that I've said that he'll probably throw a INT soon. Sorry Matt.
  20. I don't see very many music videos compared to how many songs I hear but I guess mine would be Powerman 5000's "When Worlds Collide." Weird, yet cool.
  21. I don't know ALL of them but I do know at least one in each match Supreme (Image) vs. Superman (DC) Deadpool (Marvel) vs. Batman (DC) (Deadpool is still a badass) The Punisher (Marvel) vs. Deathstroke (DC) Green Lantern (DC) vs. Silver Surfer (Marvel) (Silver Surfer is one of my favs Static (Milestone) vs. Electro (Marvel) Wonder Woman (DC) vs. Phoenix (Marvel) Spider-Man (Marvel) vs. Invincible (Image) Venom (Marvel) vs. Bane (DC) Aqua Man (DC) vs. Namor The Sub-Mariner (Marvel)
  22. Damn I was way too late. At least I can go back to my fantasy baseball lead with my 6.5 game lead strangle-hold on first place, or wait for my other fantasy football league to start. What, bragging? Nahhhhhhhhh.........
  23. Whether it was scary across the whole time or not, there had to be at least 1 point that made you jump. Shamalyain (Hell I don't know how to spell it) is good at letting the audience almost scare themselves I think, he builds up the moment..then has silence..then BOOM! Anyways I think I jumped the most when Ivy fell into the trap, you didn't know what was going to happen. That or when Noah was in the suit and was standing still in a staredown and all of a sudden started sprinting (It wasn't obvious that it was Noah at the time. Not to mention Noah doesn't move like that, lol. I probably would have jumped more during the part when one of the watcher dudes is in the tower and opens the door looking down and sees one of the "monsters" moving before he rings the bell if it wasn't in the preview. Another part I thought was good but didn't make me jump was when you saw Shamalyain(SP)'s face in the window when the other guy was getting medicine. Kind of reminds you in signs when you see the Alien on the reflection of the knife in the pantry. Also the main reason I think that will be for people not liking it is mis-leading advertising, it builds it up as somewhat of a monster movie and that was what I came in expecting. If I hadn't seen any previews for it, I would have probably liked it a lot more.
  24. Hollywood mogul is actual software, and I have played it, so I'm sure. Film Tycoon looks to be similar to what I was talking about, though. Not quite the exact thing, but still close.
