I think with the Friday the 13th movies, or at least parts 1 through 5 and 9 onwards, is that none of them are particularly good as films, but as slasher movies, they're all fantastic. Yeah some really stupid things happen, but you're supposed to leave your brain at the door aren't you?

I had to watch it in class, and every single one of us got terrified when Christopher Lee dressed up as Cher ¬.¬ To add to it, I'd say the first halloween is a good one, it's not scary, but its certainly atmospheric, and for more recent films, I dunno :\ Obviously there's Hostel and the Saw movies if you just want gore, but I wouldn't say any of them were good. Ginger Snaps maybe? Thats not bad.

So at the moment, HMV have a lot of good offers on the website that aren't available in the shops. Normally this would be no problem and I'd just go and order them, however, I have heard a lot of negativity around ordering items from HMV's website, so, anyone care to offer their opinions on the service offered?

yeah it's ps2. And It's really annoying because I had it working online 6 months ago. I haven't changed the setup or my settings, and it can connect, and I can get on Hardware online arena, but if I want to get on a real fucking game I can't log in.

So I just tried to get my pro evo 6 online, and i couldnt for some reason. I have registered and all that, and I had no problem getting on with pro evo 5. When i come to log in, i type in my user id, and password, and it says verification failed every time. However I am positive it's the right ones, as I checked on the Sony UK page. So i thought I'd just create a new account on the game. And it told me that the connection was lost. Any ideas?

Eva Longoria is only attractive in glamour shots. If you can bring yourself to watch the show she just isn't. Theres something about her, maybe her character, that makes me lose all interest.

I watch it...kinda. Not through choice. The girlfriend watches that and Scrubs pretty much constantly, neither program do I have that much admiration for. But I make her sit through really bad horror films so it evens out. It would be better if at least one person on that show was attractive.

Yeah I saw MCR last time they played. I'm ashamed to say I liked them at the time. I have honestly never seen a worse live band though. Gerard just kind of stood there and didn't sing. Especially during Helena, he just kind of stood there and did nothing. It was horrible. And yeah I know nothing really happened last year, and that most of it was because Axl was pissed off with his sound or whatever. I'm kind of biased though, as I'm a huge Guns N Roses fan. I have an audio of the set though and you can clearly hear him shout at whoever it is thats supposed to keep his mic plugged in several times, and thats what appeared to piss him off. I still loved the set though, yeah it was unpredictable, and there were long breaks, but there are always long breaks in Guns N Roses gigs. ...kind of went off topic there. Back to my point, I can just see the same thing happening with angry metal heads bottling the fuck out of MCR (like funeral supposedly were last year, I was at the camp site then though) and some emokid retaliating and shit kicking off.

I agree with you entirely. I tend to fall under the category of 'metal-head' and its pretty annoying to see people into the same things as you act like complete idiots. The backlash on the download forums has been pretty big to the announcement (headliners have been officially confirmed on the Download website) and yeah it's only a few people, but it only takes one or two to start the sort of riots we saw last year, and with MCR most likely to be the excuse, they play on Friday. So it could potentially ruin the festival, as the scenes we saw at the end of last years could take place at the start of this years. I'm looking forward to spending 5 days in a field with just a tent, a few mates, and lots of alcohol for company again though. Roll on June.

The main problem with that line up is that I have an A level exam the monday after at 9 o clock, so I have to leave early on Sunday and don't get to see the only headliner I like at the moment. Crue, Manson. Megadeth and Slayer all make it worthwhile though, along with Download generally being excellent. Rumours of Machine Head playing too with their new album coming out, they best do as they rocked the fuck out of me in 04. Looks like there will be loads of fuck emo chants again this year due to the crowd MCR will attract though.

You're right about that. And like I've said, I'm still going providing I can afford it, but I've been going since 04 and this is the first year I could care less about the headliners. Last year was great for me, Metallica and Guns N Roses are my two favourite bands, and unlike most people Axl didn't rub me the wrong way and I loved GnR. Just dissapointed more than anything I guess.

I dunno. I like it. Quite a lot to be honest. But it wouldn't work in the way they use it at the moment, that is, as the opening to their concerts. Far too fast for that.

I second Summs and Keith's Metallica set, aswell as Paradise City at the same gig. Seeing Sabbath also had a similar effect on me. Music is indeed fantastic. Oh and I could of got you that set for free.

Not that i can see, TWC 3 seems to be in devolpment at the moment, and there are a few more mods, but none more recent than TWC 2. Bit of a dissapointment really, after having to wait for so long to get in. A few nice sound packs and item models though. nice Down tee.
