First off all. The Live series have been shit for a very very very long time. Secondly, i personally believe no game is worth 100 bucks unless it comes with peripherals or something. Thirdly You really should download the demo and try it before even thinking of shelling out 100 bucks for something your not 100% sure of. There has been a lot of changes since ''a couple of years back'' in the 2K series only, and seeing you never played 2K from what i read you really need to play the demo first.

It is the super duper awesome ''You will get actual basketball talent'' edition.

I suggest you don't ''dig'' for coal and run around the game some more looking at rock faces and caverns. If you wander around you can find loads of coal above ground.

There are ''ways'' to play the full game without paying. The only problem you will face when you use that ''way'' to play it. You won't be able to play Multiplayer survival and stuff. Only the offline part. i can set you up with a ''way'' if you need one.

Well the engine is a lot better than 2K10 which results in a more realistic experience on itself. Players run around like they should setting screens and playing the passing lanes. If you bomb pass like in 2K10 the AI will kill you by grabbing those for easy TO's. The game feels like an actual game most of the time. Trade system is improved too now focusing on giving players Stars on criteria e.g. B or higher talent get a lot of stars and are a lot harder to trade for. Whilst old guys lose stars due to their age. Same with high contracts getting low stars and last year players being easier to sign. But i suggest you download the demo and feel the engine for yourself. But me personally i am loving 2k11 a lot more than the previous installments.

A star means the player is extremely good 85+. an wing means that the player has high quickness and speed. a 3 means that the player is a dangerous 3pt shooter. And the higher the ''reception'' bar underneath their feet is means the easier it is to score from that spot. It gets altered by their skill from that range and if the player is being defended or not. And it changes color according to his shooting performance. E.g. if he has a streak where he misses a lot of shots the bar will turn blue and will actually make his shooting even worse. It also counts the other way that if he keeps draining shot after shot that the bar will turn red and he will become even better at shooting.

How do I replant trees? I'm running out because I've been building a lot of shit with wood. chop leaves and it is supposed to drop saplings. If you plant a ''farm'' in the next figure it will produce loads of wood. T - - T - - - - - - - - T - - T As long as there are 2 spaces distancing it from the other sapling, you are OK. They will grow quite quickly 1-3 days till mature. And then you can chop them down and repeat the progress.

Well i learned this game the hard way >_< I dug around inside a cliff face and everything was going well with food going good and having good stock. But the bell should have rung when i had no stone at all. Well i found that out the hard way as i settled on top of an aquifier and it destroyed my whole fort. And then the surviving dwarfs got killed by those bloody carp's and Goblins. Back to the drawing board. And i tried Adventure mode but it is even more confuzzling than Fortress mode.

I am thankful that no-one is mentioning that shitfest called SimCity Societies. That game was soo god awful that it doesn't even deserve to be named a Sim City.

Well i am currently rooting for the dutch side and i would hate to see Robben wreck his leg by playing to early. But after today i know who can fill the spot on the wing for the time being... And his name is not Van der Vaart... Van der Vaart was drifting into the midfield way to many times. I can't count the times Sneijder had to go to the wing to cover for VDV's shenanigans. Elia on the other hand immediatly jumped into a huge rhytm and he really changed the game from the moment he stepped onto the pitch. So if Van Marwijk rests Robben for a extra match i say play Elia and keep VDV on the bench.

Van der Vaart was playing = no (real) goals Elia playing = holy shitfuck The moment he stepped onto the pitch a whole new game started.

So am i the only one that has Rutten dominating so much that i have started the Middleweight division early?

Well Rutten is on fire at the moment. He beat Shamrock for the title and he now has a run of 9 fights where he didn't even come close to the 3rd round let alone the 5th. I have thrown everyone with talent at him. Oleg got cut down in the first round twice. Severn was killed in the second round and Shamrock had to tap out in the second to. The only one that hasnt faced Rutten is Royce. But Royce has been notorious in performing badly in my game. He tends to coast through the matches and winning it by decision. So at the one hand Royce is the only one left to challenge him. On the other hand i don't want him to win it because he will make every title fight a boring affaire.

I am currently NOT doing the actual UFC way with several months apart. I am doing a bi-monthly show where either Royce or Ken fights the main fight and the rest (funaki, rutten, oleg and severn) fight in the rest of the card building them up... Oh, and i got the regen of Ron van Clief and he is dominating the competition i set him up against. He beat Rutten by submission!

I am currently in 1994 and the whole competition is basically based around what poor sap does NOT get killed by Royce or Ken >_< I should of thought of that before Royce won the title...

I am currently playing this mod and i took a quick look in the editor. And i noticed that all the fighters have 0 potential. Does that mean that no-one improves from their starting skills?

I suck at both games frankly. I dont understand the dice game at all. And with Horseshoes i either throw it miles over or throw it so it lands in front of the sandbox.
