  1. Fallout New Vegas: Honest Hearts - its actually not that bad, but I've always been interested in the Burned Man and think a lot more could have been done with it in the main story. FIFA 11 - as per usual. Football Manager 2010 - 2011 boke
  2. Just tried loading up my FM2011 earlier, it crashed, and now it doesn't work. I've installed and re-installed...something isn't right. For now, I'm playing 2010. This sucks ass
  3. Thanks to you guys, I've already dropped 4 pound. I also spoke to my doctor and he said that I will find it extremely difficult to drop any lower than 15 stone because of my muscle mass and stuff. To be honest, its just the beer gut I want to get show of anyway. The interval training is great, intense stuff. My cardio's coming along fine. To anybody here who wants to build muscle, I cannot emphasise eggs and baked beans for breakfeast and red meat (lean cuts, fat trimmed off) for dinner. It's worked a treat for me when its come to doing weights. I find it reduces aching muscles, too, because it obviously contributes massively to the repairing of muscle tissue.
  4. According to SSN, Manchester City have accepted a bid from Corinthians for Carlos Tevez.
  5. Higuain has just had a goal disallowed He was offside though... EDIT: And only minutes later, Uruguay have had one disallowed too.
  6. Hey guys; I'm 6'2'' and I think 16 stone, broad shoulder, wide chest and naturally well-muscled, but I have a bit of a belly going at the moment that I would really like to shed. My cardio is also piss poor after I stopped playing football last year. Any tips on how to drop the weight, raise my metabolism and improve my cardio?
  7. I cannot stand Nicklas Bendtner's attitude, but if we could pick him up for anywhere between 4-6 million, and on £35-40,000 a week wages, I would sign him. I think he's a twat, but if he was willing to take a pay cut and come to Albion, I get the feeling Hodgson would humble him. Either that or Mulumbu kung-fu kicks the fuckers head off in a horrible training pitch 'accident'
  8. Two damn sexy kits, in my opinion. I will look into purchasing either of them, probably the away kit - I have a thing for Juventus and AC kits, both of which are amazing this year.
  9. I have to admit. I am a little frustrated with the way Albion have just let David Vaughan slip through their fingers, as well as not even looking into the possibility of signing Kieren Westwood and turning their noses up at Given. Vaughan was on the verge of signing for us, apparently, choosing us over Sunderland so he didn't have to move his family, then obviously, some twat in the Albion board room (I can't specify, there are many) decided against it and Vaughan has now been packed off to Sunderland. Any player who beats Charlie Adam to the Blackpool end-of-season awards is a quality signing for a team like Albion, who besides Mulumbu, Scharner and Dorrans, haven't got anybody who can play holding midfield and Scharner and Dorrans are not even natural CDM's. As for the goalkeepers - Westwood would have been a fantastic deal. We've got rid of Carson and Deano won't be playing for us again, so now we are left with Myhill and a young Luke Daniels who hasn't ever played a first team game and probably never will. Boaz Myhill is not good enough to be a Number 1 for us next season, so we've got to get somebody in. I've heard Steve Harper mentioned, but I can't see him coming, and of course, Tomasz Kuzscak, who is desperately average yet still adored by us for his performances in 04/05 and 05/06. If Given really has fucked off to the Villa though, then we should go straight in for Ben Foster, no questions asked. Roy Hodgson is a great manager (he was at Liverpool at the wrong time, dammit!) and knows what he is doing in the transfer market. Gareth McAuley and Billy Jones will be good cover for next season, and I wouldn't put it past McAuley to pull on the shirt along side Olsson next season, as Tamas may be heading to Lazio (DONT DO IT WOY!) and Gonzalo Jara is about 4 '6'' and 7 stone soaking wet. Craig Dawson has been fantastic at Rochdale but isn't good enough for the Prem YET and Pablo Ibanez has got the mental toughness of a B-lister junkie celebrity, and can't deal with the crowd on his back as I read an interesting article about how when Fiorentino Perez came in at Real, he let it slip that the previous owner had agreed for Pablo to join them, the Atletico fans went insane and hated him since. He went from being in Spain national team's starting XI to an Atletico outcast and since then, his frame of mind is shattered. We need to get Foster in (break the transfer record of 4 million if we need to), confirm the Gera signing (<3), sign Nigel Reo-Coker on a free and find another striker (not an African otherwise we'll be on our last legs when its time for the Cup of Nations).
  10. Our new kits a freakin' sexy. The home shirt is rapidly growing on me, I wasn't sure on using the same old adidas Template at first, and the away is a beauty!
  11. Diego is an A-Grade twat. The guy has the ability to be one of the best attacking midfielders in a long, long time, but his work rate his poor and he sounds like a real dick. The MLS is an insult to the level he SHOULD be playing at.
  12. Thank the lord that Carson is gone. Good fucking riddance...best £2 Million Albion have made in a long time.
  13. I know its not really Premier League Transfer discussion, but Liverpool have signed 14-year old Jerome Sinclair from West Brom. I've seen the guy play several times and he is something else. Also, Albion are close to signing Eiji Kawashima, the Japan keeper who played superb vs. England in the friendly in May last year.
  14. I've got a strong feeling that under Hodgson we can push for a top-half finish this season. If we spend, which after July 1st, I can see happening (nothing crazy but perhaps 10 million to get 2-3 solid players in - ideally a striker, a winger and a goalkeeper), then I will say that 10th place is a realistic finish for us. I think this is the perfect job for Hodgson and we are the perfect club for him to be at - he'll be working under a chairman who likes to save, with a sporting director who is good at finding brilliant bargain players (ODEMWINGIE AND MULUMBU) and on a budget that makes room for soom good signings every summer. But 1.) We've gotta keep Odemwingie. He started contract talks today, and I'm optimistic we can keep him. 2.) We need to keep Mulumbu - after Bayern had two bids rejected it seems he will stay. 3.) Hodgson needs to work on the defence this summer. Since he came in the defence has been great, but I can see us dropping points if they got complaicent. Hodgson needs to establish competition in the ranks, back there.
  15. Can somebody give me the link to September 2008 data?
  16. The BBC pundits feel like four buddies chatting about something which isn't of a huge interest to them, like they know a fair bit about it but really can't be bothered to be there. They are so bias, too. Perhaps its just me, because I have to put up with that cunt Hansen disregarding West Brom every saturday on match of the day >_< (In all fairness, we desrve it a fair bit of the time, but when we beat Arsenal, Everton and drew with United he put it down to how poor they played).
  17. West Ham go 2-0 up against Liverpool with the Wolves thrashing Blackpool yesterday, and us having to travel to Stoke, a team we haven't beaten in nearly 30 years, tommorrow - seems as though this season does not fare well for my beloved Baggies
  18. Talk about snatch and grab. But wow, what an atmosphere - and what a way to shut the scum up!
  19. Biggest game of our season today...god I'm shitting myself >.<
  20. Hodgson is the new gaffer. Words cannot describe my hatred for this decision, so perhaps a song will do:
  21. Since I had the near-death-experience on Sunday afternoon of seeing Di Matteo had been released, Houghton has been my favourite for the job. I quite like the guy, see him as a good lower-half manager who can grind out good results against poor teams (what we have ultimately lacked), and he wouldn't try and get us to change our play up too much, considering we play in the formation I think he favoured at Newcastle and have similar players in each position, bar a large target man.
  22. Rumours are coming in early this morning that Roy Hodgson and Sam Allardyce are joint favourites to become the West Brom manager. OH SHIT.
  23. I've quite enjoyed Liverpool/Chelsea, if I do say. There hasn't been a whole host of great chances at either end, but Rodriguez's miss and Torres glimpses of goal have been enough to keep me entertained. I expect this to come alive with the inevitable introduction of Luis Suarez, so I'll stick with my prediction of 2-2, with Torres and Anelka putting Chelsea 2-1 ahead following a Rodriguez goal and Suarez coming on to level it late-on.
  24. Who else can we get who is a better manager that Allardyce, I don't know. But I wouldn't say Martin O'Neil is much worse, however, whether he would come is a different story. My first choice is Chris Hughton, to be honest. I saw him have a great season with Newcastle last year and I don't mind the guy. I can't see him straying far from our footballing game, either.
  25. Okay, sorry for going off on a bit of a tangent towards you, then On the other hand, I've heard that a lot of people reckon Sam Allardyce will be brought in as our saviour. If thats the case, I'll cry, because he is a fucking Wolves fan and the Albion have always being renowed as a footballing side.
