  1. Pulled after two goals though, what gives? Musta been some pretty soft goals.
  2. Not sure if you said that before or after it happened, but you nailed it on the head. Ducks fire Randy Carlyle, hire Bruce Boudreau: http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=604070 Bobby Ryan is off the market: http://www.nhl.com/ice/blogpost.htm?id=4485
  3. I remember taking the boat, making it to the camp, and dieing of random shit a lot. There's also a horse somewhere that can and will kick and kill you. I'm now reliving my childhood watching that guy's series of it
  4. Gold Rush! This game had me hooked when I was so young that I barely remember anything about it. I'm talking 5 or 6 years young. I do remember I used to call it 'Don't Walk On The Grass' though, as in one part you should definitely not walk on the grass. Anyone else played this?
  5. Word going around is that Bobby Ryan is being shopped around by Anaheim.
  6. I hate when I accidentally take a sip of a can of pop from the night before. Mmm, warm syrup.

    1. Plubby

      Plubby

Accidentally?? What happened, did you slip and fall into a Coke?

  7. I believe they said it was a 2, maybe 3 game goal drought for him. He'll be back soon, he's been working tonight. Now that I think about it, hopefully he at least pots one tonight, because we've got a back-to-back with Boston next up. You know what that means. BOZIE AGAIN! 4-1 LEAFS! Perry snipes a mean goal, 4-2 Leafs. Yayyy, empty netter for Schenn! 5-2 Leafs! SWEEP SWEEP SWEEP! 5-2 win for the Leafs!
  8. I, for whatever reason, have him on my roster in my league and not the bench. I hope he makes it worth it BOZAK ON THE PP! 1-1! HOLY MACKINAW, MACARTHUR WITH A BULLET! 2-1 TORONTO! Crabb can just deflect anything, 3-1 Toronto!
  9. Woo, Grabo's back and Aulie's in the lineup tonight vs the Ducks! annnd its 1-0 Ducks, of course by Beauchman.
  10. Uh oh, Steckel just headed to the dressing room after blocking a shot with his hand and being on the bench in pain for a commerical break. Gunnarsson just did the exact same fucking thing, blocked shot to the hand, in pain on bench, now headed to the dressing room. Great. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PASS BY CONNOLLY! To MacArthur for the goal, and its 3-2 Toronto! Schenn with a big, debatable legal, hit. Dallas #81 down and hurt from it, missed his name Lupul just took a cross check, and then a high stick square in the face while standing directly in front of the ref, and there was no fucking call. He's even bleeding, bullshit. Nothing on OT, we go to a shootout. 3-3. Kessel, Colbourne and Lupul are the first 3 shooters. Kessel - stopped by Lehtonen Erikkson - STOPPED BY GUSTY! Colbourne - poked away by Lehtonen Benn - off the post! Phew! Lupul - SCORES!! Leafs have the lead! Ribero - STOPPED BY GUSTAFFSON!! LEAFS WIN IT IN THE SHOOTOUT!! They're reviewing the last save by Gusty, as it was damn close to the line, and..... NO GOAL! LEAFS WIN! Gardiner leads the team in ice-time tonight with 28:34, also his career high, and he still finished +/- 0, good on the kid. In other news, I'm sure glad I have Cory Schneider in one of my fantasy leagues. Back-to-back shutouts FTW! Also, this never gets old. Ahahaha, the guy in the black suit & tie with a blue undershirt at the end. "Lets get this shit going"
  11. I'd also like to know where to get a cheap jersey. I'd be so fucking picky though when/if I got one It'd have to be someone that I'd know isn't going anywhere for a while (not likely to get traded/not re-sign ect.), and doesn't have a chance of bottom out and phasing out in a couple years. Kessel would be one option, except he's probably one of the most commonly bought ones so that make's me want to go for someone else. Reimer would be nice, but as I said, I wouldn't want him to end up completely sucking and being a new Pogge and I don't even want to wear it For some reason, I'd be tempted to get a Gardiner jersey. I just hope the kid wouldn't go anywhere.
  12. Playing to and in a Triple OT as a goalie - stressful as a motherfucker. Winning in a Triple OT as a goalie? - Priceless. For everything else, there's Mastercard.
  13. I think it was because Tampa was focused on keeping Kessel shut down, which gave nearly everyone else a chance to score.
  14. Hal Gill on Crosby's return night - "Am I surprised? No. He poops rainbows so I don't really expect any less. 2 goals, 2 assists, that seems to go with his M.O" EDIT: Then you would hate yourself Touche.
  15. Absolutely hate them. If I was Ron Wilson, I'd be suiting myself up.
  16. 7-1 win for the boys, great game all around and, I wanted to say it earlier but didn't want to jinx it, a solid game from Gusty. 2 GA in the last 2 games, and 14 goals scored infront of him. He's gotta be building the confidence.
  17. BOZAK WITH 2 GOALS! AND LUPUL WITH A GOAL FROM BOZIE! 6-1 LEAFS! Kessel (1st) and Lupul (2nd) lead the NHL in scoring! Crabb from Frattin! 7-1 Leafs! Stamkos took a run at Gardiner, little scuffle and almost a fight between the two. Both been ejected for the final 2 minutes.
  18. Colbourne with his first goal from Frattin! Those two work great together, gotta say. It's like our version of Edmonton's kid line, minus as many points.
  19. Apparently its open season on goalies, Gusty just got checked from behind with no call, and the ref litterly shook his head at him and pointed that he was out of the crease. Bullfuckingshit.
  20. Yep, they said it at the beginning of intermission. Surprised me too.
  21. Our powerplay is... working?! 3rd in the NHL as of this post, with 2 great powerplay setups and PP goals tonight by Connolly and Bozak. 3-1 Toronto Also, MacArthur returned and has a goal.
  22. Want a drinking game to get absolutely hammered quick? Drink every time Reimer says 'Ya Know' in this interview. http://video.mapleleafs.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=802&id=136947 (AKA Reimer interview about return & injury)
  23. I had to go out, so I kind of gave up watching. 4 points though means he tied the record for the best comeback game.
