  1. Made a little Reimer image as well. Nothing too special, but here it is.
  2. I'm on Advanced, and I was pretty much breezing my way through WFA and started to think I should bump it up - until I got to UFC. Much more of a challenge now, and you really gotta concentrate on what you're doing to not catch a quick beatdown, while in WFA you could pretty much do whatever you wanted with your opponent at will. This, indeed. Someone should put together a list of Names + PSN/Gamertags, so we know who's on which system and how many.
  3. You look like a tiny dick in a jacket.

  4. I think I may have figured out somewhat how to do the tire flip. For the first bit, after I flipped it to a spot, I couldn't figure out how to get to a certain side of the tire to be able to flip it somewhere. It mostly came down to me getting lucky and landing on the right side. Now, I'm now starting to think/realize that; - Minor Transition (Straight up then around/Straight down then around) = 90 degree turn - Major Transition (Up at an angle then around/Down at an angle then around) = 180 degree turn So say you flip the tire, and you're on the left side of the tire, but you want to get to the top side to flip it downwards. You would have to do a Minor Transition, the Straight Up then around. However, if you're on the left side of the tire, and you want to go to the bottom side to flip it upwards, you would have to do a Minor Transition, but the Straight Down then around. If you're on the left side of the tire, and you want to go to the right side to flip it towards the left, you'll need to do a Major Transition (Up/Down at an angle, then around). Not sure if everyone's already figured this out or not yet but hopefully it helps out. EDIT: This definitely helps. Started to realize this at the end of my last Tire Flip, so I didn't get a good chance to try it out. Just finished one though with that strategy, and I came 3/4 of the way to filling the bar. I barely ever got to the first notch before. EDIT 2: Wowww, just got so lucky in a fight against Sean Sherk. He was making it a hell of a war with me, and I'm pretty sure he won the first two rounds due to his takedowns. Somehow, late into the third (4:08), I managed to catch him with a weak jab as he went in for a takedown that flash KO'd him straight to the mat, where I then flurried his face in for good measure. Had it gone to the judges, he would have taken it for sure in my eyes. Phew Woo, it got me Knockout of the Night too! Double Woo, instantly became #1 Candidate for KO of the Year! :D EDIT 3: Just went to my first decision in a rematch against Ross Pearson to avenge one of my losses to him. Came out of the fight looking like I got into it with a chainsaw, but I managed to squeek out a unanimous 29-28 decision to win it! Hell of a battle though. EDIT 4: Fucking Takanori Gomi. I attempt to avenge my only loss that I haven't avenged, and the motherfucker beats me by decision despite me slamming him more times than a prostitute gets. Last time I try and go in with a gameplan set On the bright side, my KO of Sean Sherk won me KO of the Year. My overall record is now 16-4 (Losses are Takanori Gomi x2, Ross Pearson & Trent Slade)
  5. Fuckity fuck fuck. Went 11-0 in WFA, winning the Featherweight title before moving up to Lightweight, and winning the Lightweight Title. Decided that I might be spending too much time in WFA, I decided to take my first UFN fight. I end up losing by arm triangle 4:44 into the first round for my first loss of my career, to some random guy named Trent Slade with 'Madd Dogg' tattoo'd on his chest in big bold letters. Phew, came back in my next fight and had a war with Shinji Nakamura that lasted until 2:55 into the 3rd. He tried submitting me multiple times, came close after pulling a sub-switch at one point but I managed to slip out. Finally was able to put him away by KO halfway in the 3rd after he was bloodied up and couldn't take my hook. Deciding to take my run through the UFC ranks slow and not sign up against Joe Daddy or Ross Pearson yet, so instead I get the chance to avenge my only loss in my career. That 'Mad Dog' chest-tatted mofucka is catching a beating. AVENGED! By TKO! Biiiiitch.
  6. Woo, just won the WFA Featherweight Title by Submission at 2:30 in the 2nd round, my first ever sub in this game too! Rocked Billy Madsen from open guard, then slapped on a leglock for the win! 5-0-0, and your new WFA Champ. Followed it up with an armbar victory in my first title defense against a guy that had won 95% of his fights by submission. Figured I'd try and show him up at his own game. When I hear snappy snappy, it makes me happy
  7. After spending a good while customizing my guy, I just won my first WFA fight by knockout 4:26 into the 2nd round after a nice combo of punches. The guy was 16-6 before the fight, so I had a bit of guts stepping in against someone with that much experience, but I was able to easily control the flow and got the KO. Next fight is a fill-in fight, once again I decided to take the experienced opponent (he's 15-5) but he's coming off a TKO loss (that is a pretty cool new feature they added as well, being able to see their last 3 fights). Outworked him with my wrestling, bloodied him up early in the 1st before GnPing my way to victory 1:28 into the 2nd. 2-0-0 For my third fight, I decided to put my guy outside his comfort zone and go against a BJJ Black Belt that's won 67% of his fights by subs, and is 9-3. He also happens to be from Toronto, so it's a showdown between two T.Dot boys. Only advantage I've really got is that he's coming off a fight where he lost by KO. Well, he can now make that 2 fights in a row he's lost by TKO. All I have to say is thank Blackhouse for teaching me that jumping headkick that just put him to sleep 4:00 flat into the 1st round. 3-0, baby! Playing on advanced, and I'm a Featherweight with a wrestling style - mostly for the takedowns from clinch. So far, I'm loving this game (though I haven't played too much yet). Soccer kick to the face KO's in PRIDE are amazing. Oh yeah, whoever's runnin it, shoot me an invite to the PS3 Camp, please and thank ya.
  8. I'm pretty sure I'll be getting this for my birthday on the 19th, and I'll be on PS3 so there's 1 future member for the PSN Camp
  9. Are you swaying side to side while you block? From the demo, I've found that it hopefully causes them to miss a few shots (or atleast not connect cleanly), and gives me a chance to recover.
  10. Whenever I think of Rick Nash coming to the Leafs, I just keep the fact that Burke doesn`t like long contracts in the back of my mind, so I`m not too hyped.
  11. There we have it folks - Ruki, the jinx. I swear.. THIS WHOLE WEEK NEVER HAPPENED *tries not to give Plubby anything to come at me about*
  12. zOMG Gomez scored~! I also would love to be able to go to the winter classic.
  13. My Goalie BAP is rage-inducing at times, but great fun at others. Probably something to do with playing on Superstar. Just finally finished my 2nd NHL season after being drafted 1st overall by Edmonton in the NHL entry draft the year before. Just a note, I hate playing for Edmonton. In my rookie season (2011/2012), I started in 12 games in the AHL with 5 wins, 7 losses and 1 shutout, and posted a 2.04 GAA & .897 Save %. I was then called up to the NHL for what I was assuming was a tryout, however I ended up becoming the backup to Dubnyk and by the end of the season, I had given him a good run for his starting job. Same rookie season (2011/2012) but in the NHL, I started in 16 games (played 20 overall) with 9 wins, 7 losses and 2 shutouts, and posted a hefty 1.98 GAA & .901 Save % (Of Note: Dubnyk finished the season with 53GP, 26 wins, 21 losses, 2 shutouts, and had a 3.06 GAA & .895 Save %) The 2012/2013 season (the one I just finished) came around and after the preseason games, Dubnyk and myself found ourselves in a battle for the starting goalie spot. Throughout the whole season, we continued to split the games nearly evenly, with me getting a few in a row then him getting a few. By the end of the season, it came down to Dubnyk with 41GP (36 started) and myself with 45GP (42 started), so I ended up slightly edging him for the '#1 Goalie' . Despite the whole team playing like utter shit infront of us for what felt like eternity, I still somehow managed to come out looking great stat-wise. Dubnyk, on the other hand, wasn't so lucky. We (Edmonton) finished in 14th place in the West, with a record of 36-41-5 and needing a telescope to see the playoff picture. Taylor Hall led the team in goals & points with 28 & 60 respectively, Hemsky led in assists with 39, and Gagner, Eberle & Hemsky all finished with 50 points or more. Nearly everyone on the team was in the - with +/-, except for Colten Teubert who was somehow +11 through that mess of a season, playing all 82 games. Next highest + was Andrew Cogliano at +3. 2 seasons in, and the Nuge hasn't even been brought up yet. Toronto made the playoffs though! Unfortunately, they were swiftly knocked out of the first round by Washington . The finals ended up to be, to my and probably everyone's surprise, Carolina vs Columbus~! And it goes to Game 7~! zOMG Carolina wins the cup~! Onto the retiring players, big names to note; Datsyuk , Selanne, Gonchar, Lidstrom, Timonen, Modano, J.S. Gigure. 2012/2013 season: I started in 42 games (played 45 overall) with 21 wins, 21 losses, 1 shutout, and posted an amazing 1.81 GAA & .910 Save %. (Dubnyk had an unfortunate year, 36 games started (41 played overall) with 14 wins, 22 losses, 1 shutout and posted a mediocre 3.31 GAA & .886 Save %.) (After the playoffs, the GM told me I was in the Top 5 Contenders for the Calder Memorial Trophy. Didn't win it though despite my efforts ) I now head into the 2013/2014 season, and my 3rd and final year on my Oilers contract. Unless things turn around drastically, I plan on moving on out of Edmonton as soon as my contracts up. Where I'm headed is beyond me, but anywheres gotta be better than here. It seemed the Oilers had trouble signing Taylor Hall and Gilbert Brule, as it took them 2 months to negotiate a contract with both and both of them signed 1 year deals. They may be heading out next year as well. I noticed in the off-season, the Oilers signed Jason Labarbera (another G, 82OVR). Looks like I may have some competition next year in the crease. EDIT: 2 games into the season, and we're 0-1-1. Edmonton says they're happy to sign Karri Ramo (G, 79 OVR), and says it may impact my role on the team. Looks like they're prepared for me to leave.
  14. Definitely see what you mean. In a way, I kind of wanted it to be more eye-catching rather than fade softly like the others, however I do see how that could benefit it. Good thing I saved the PSD incase I wanna change it ^_^ Thanks again though, always appreciate the criticism (Y)
  15. Shit, totally forgot I posted in this. My bad. Here we go with mine.
  16. I pretty much agree with the others. First is more professional looking, while the other is more family-style. I do think it would look good though if you put the castle in the first logo, in the top-right section of the bullseye instead of the 3 bars (if that's comprehensible)
  17. Thanks for the reply Doc (Y) By the head area, do you mean around the masked head, or around the bottom right picture's head? Just curious is all
  18. Sure, let's see what you've got. I don't believe I've flip-flopped on goalies before. Sure, I've given them a bit a grief but hardly tried to run them out of town or anything. Oh, and.. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=trolling
  19. Hooray for a 3-game win streak for Reims. Busy schedule ahead, hopefully we get a good amount of points out of them. Also, Reimer/Gustavsson graphic I made
  20. Decided to attempt to work off the Photoshop rust I've got from not using it for so long. This is what I've came up with. Any comments or criticism are welcome!
  21. And the trade offers for Reimer begin to roll in my fantasy league. I've been offered Varlamov & Bobby Butler for Reimer. Negative. Also, lol Gomez. I`d gladly take his salary to do what he`s does, except I`d probably end up scoring at some point.
