  2. Can`t see your attachment as a non-donator Cauc EDIT: Thank you Cauc, you. Hey, Hey Damshow. Fuck you. LET`S GO PHILLLLY!
  3. Sure, count me in. I'm hoping I get Boston, cause I'm rooting for them anyway. Also, c'mon Toronto, win the lottery! BE LUCKY FOR ONCE!
  4. Wow, that just seemed so.. odd to be hearing from a reporter. It's like he's incapable of realizing he's being a dick. Reading an Ulmer blog on the Leafs' site (Here if anyone's interested) I came across this gem that litterly made me laugh out loud. They must kick themselves everytime they think about that.
  5. It's Boston, I've learned not to expect anything but a beatdown. It seems like it's going to be 12-0 by the end of this game. *palm-face*
  6. I'd love us some Galchenyuk, we could probably use him more than we could Yakupov if we were ever able to bomb that low in the standings.
  7. That's got to be one of the longest thread-bumps I've ever seen. Wow. Also, while I'm here. Good call Clawson
  8. This game gives me the worst case of 'One-more-turn' syndrome. I've been playing as the London Knights to start. Near the end of January in my first year, we're ranked 2nd in the OHL right behind the Ice Dogs (fucking Strome & Agozzino ), prepping to most likely meet them in the finals for an all out war between the OHL's top 2 teams. Just witnessed an entire line brawl between London and Kitchener in the 2nd game of a Home & Home. Everyone on the ice, including the goalies, burst out in a brawl. Both goalies ended up with game misconducts and are thrown out of the game (with a few skaters as well I believe). We ended up with 52 and 40 PIMs each after it all. At least we're up 2-0 before that broke out
  9. I'm gonna go with Boston making another run and Detroit, or if not then possibly Pittsburgh and Detroit.
  10. Ssh, we're 'trying'. EDIT: I fucking love Gardiner. He should play more shifts as a forward
  11. I've waited out my suspension to come back and say this. WHAT THE FUCK, LEAFS~?!?!?! Though I like Fail4Nail
  12. Just wanted to make a public apology to Kirkland - That status was in really bad taste, I never should have made it. I honestly hope for the best for you and the rest of your animals, and I won't make a status like that again.

      Kaney

He done what MPH did, tried to fit in and make a joke at someone elses expense, yet decided to do it at a ridiculously bad time. MPH was suspended for two weeks. Glad to see your warning has sorted you out MC.

    3. King Ellis

      King Ellis

I'm not sure what we've been waiting longer for, a Fernando Torres goal or that MPH apology.

    4. 9 to 5

      9 to 5

      That was a bad idea.

  13. That was a hell of a game, too bad we couldn't get out with the 2 points, or 1 at least. If Chara ends up getting a phone-meeting for that hit, I can pretty much predict how it would go. "Yeah well, he slightly turned before I hit him and, uh.. I'm kind of 7 feet tall, it's hard to get any lower than I did."
  14. Pretty good game so far between Toronto and Boston, physicality and fighting (Y) Armstrong just got his nose blooded up good by Seidenburg, Rosehill bloodied up Thorton earlier as well. EDIT: I gotta give props to Chara on that 4th Boston goal. Blast a heavy slapped just wide of the net to make everyone aware of it, gets the puck back and heads down the slot, winds up like he's about to blast another and instead makes a soft pass to Caron waiting on the doorstep for the easy goal. That slapper he has can be used as a gameplan of it's own.
  15. All I gotta say is that it is much more of a bitch to get a submission online than in career (unless the guy your facing is complete shit), even with my submission machine.
  16. And I thought 2012 came early for the site.

  17. All I have to say is that I hope this works. Also, poor Setogucci. Hilarious to watch, but I feel bad for the guy.
  18. God damn, what a finish by (spoiler'd incase someone cares about Kampmann vs Alvez)
  19. Spamming transitions = loss of stamina/energy = easier to be submitted and harder to defend against them. Even having two transitions blocked by the CPU can put you at a big disadvantage if they slap a submission on and they're decent with subs. I guess the only tip I can really give is if you're not transitioning, block them. Only let go of the transition block to attempt a transition. Eventually, you'll pick up what movements they do as they start their transition attempt, and you can try working in reversals. Also, I've found that when making the transition motion with the right stick, if you try doing it slower at times it'll help. You can even start to make the motion, pause halfway for a split-second and then finish the motion, and I find that works good as well. Of course, if you just repeatedly attempt to transition, they're most likely going to block and/or reverse them, or sub you, so you need to mix it up with blocking transitions and moving around on your back before sneaking in a transition.
  20. If anyone's seen that video of Alain Vigneault catching a case of the giggles behind the bench, and wondered what the hell was so funny - mystery's been solved. http://video.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=35&id=161189 Fiddler is golden.
  21. Even the ACC crowd is on the 'Fire Wilson' bus. Hell of a chant tonight, great present for Wilson's 1400th game coached.
  22. Blocking transitions is definitely key for your ground game. After you get blocking them down, then focus on reversing them. I assume you know how to block them, but if not, it's as easy as holding the right stick straight left or straight right. If you attempt a transition, you can also quickly go back to holding it to the right or left to block them again. I've found that it's easier to complete transitions right after your opponent attempts one, though it does sometimes get blocked as well. It does feel like a slightly cheap tactic, but it's how the computer treats you so why not
