I finally lost Faendael after him following me for what seems like ever (since I first started). Sad to see him go, that guy taught me all the archery I know He was a good partner. Finally gives me an excuse to let Lydia out of my house though, she's been cooped up there for ages. She better know how to cook by now I've got my smithing up to be able to create plated&scaled armor, and I've decked me and Lydia out in full gear. I've also got my enchanting up quite well, and have enchanted my full set of plated gear along with her helm and chestpiece. We look badass, though I can't wait to be able to make dragon armor.

Finally getting to play this now for the last couple nights. Such an awesome game, there is so god damn much to do. My first 'oh shit' moment was encountering the Mammoths and Giants (skyward Giant smack taught me not to fuck around >_< ) I did manage to kill two mammoths though with my bow, hiding up on a rock and plucking arrows down at them. Took a little bit, and they tried running away a couple times, but mission successful. Playing tonight, I encountered a cave while riding my horse en-route to a quest, walk inside and bam, two trolls ready to fuck my day. After a couple failed attempts with my sword & shield, I remembered reading I think in this thread that Trolls don't like fire. Luckily a little while earlier in the game, I had bought as many spells from a vendor as I could afford at the time, and Summon Fire Atronach (spelling?) was one of them. That little bastard did most of the work for me as he took on both Trolls with fireballs while I hid back in a corner, once again, plucking arrows at them. I've now discovered how awesome enchanting will be, and I'm planning to put a couple skills points into it before I enchant my main weapons with (hopefully) something good. I stole an Elven Sword from a display case in Dragonsreach in Whiterun because it looked too badass not to. I've now got a matching Elven Bow & Arrows, Elven Shield, and an Elven Warhammer that I plan to enchant. Who knows where I can get a good amount of Soul Gems from? Empty or filled, doesn't matter. Vendors charge out the ass, and I don't want to have to ruin my releationship with the town just yet

I agree with SDM and Plubby. There is probably about the same amount of concussions as before, if not less, they`re just on the lookout for them now so they`re being diagnosed more frequently. I`d say they`ve done enough in the way of rule changes, but equipment has to be looked at now. Don Cherry had a segment on CC a long time ago that put it best, I wish I could find the clip of it. EDIT: Aha! Found it. Also, Leafs traded Luca Caputi to Anaheim for Nicolas Deschamps. I liked Caputi Don't know of Deschamps though, so here's hoping he's good.

Caught the beatdown of Canada by Sweden last night after the Leafs game. Visentin didn't have the greatest game, from what I saw. It was tight as first, and Canada had a 1-0 lead for a while, but as soon as Sweden tied it, the next thing I knew it was 3-1 Sweden, then 4-1 Sweden. He was then pulled, and while I can't remember his replacement's name atm, he played pretty well and didn't surrended a single goal, giving Canada the chance to get back to 4-3 before they opted for the empty net/extra skater and it ended 5-3. All in all, a pretty good game though. While I'm here, Börje Salming's face-stitching from the skate injury is brutal to look at. (spoiler'd incase you don't want to see it)

Playing goalie is fun yet stressful at times. Whole different side of the game to play though, lots of fun to learn if you've overplayed being a skater.

Yay for late replays of games, and with no intermissions (though they are interesting at times too). Bozie`s goal was a beauty, Gusty played pretty well despite letting in 5. Much better game than just seeing the score made me think.
