  1. Aren't you expected to sell players as mentioned and you're not bringing anyone in? Plus O'Leary appears to be staying so i see a weakened Villa side for your campaign from last year's poor one. All rivalries aside i think you're in deep trouble. And i see no reason why Birmingham shouldn't come straight back up.
  2. Why in the hell is Rooney going at all? Owen may be fit so i may be able to forgive that but Rooney won't be until the final i believe i'm right in saying? If we get to the final are we honestly going to risk it be playing a un match fit Wayne Rooney when out strikers presumably have done a good job to get us to the final? Sven has really let England down with this selection and lets just hope the squad for the world cup does change significantly.
  3. We'll have this thread back next season just you wait...
  4. The only explaination is what happened to me on champ before, he forgot. (Y)
  5. I think above all else a good striker is key, if have a guy up front to score goals you have to hold on to him as it's worth so many points.
  6. I predict a switch around at the end of next season.
  7. Yeh, he went there on loan from Arsenal and that's one of the main reason's he became a target for us.
  8. Upson will go, possibly to Liverpool but i think Pennant might hopefully show some loyalty after we were the only team prepared to give him a chance following his problems. Heskey will go if anyone is willing to buy him but guys such as Johnson, Clapham, Clemance who are really the kind of players we'll need in the championship should hopefully stay. Mechiot is defaintly off and good ridance and who in the hell is going to buy David Dunn? Cunningham will hopefully stay on too to give us the exprience at the back. Taylor might go since he is a very good goalkeeper as might Forsell but the problem with the Fin is the fact that failed a medical at Everton prior to signing for us so i have no idea how fit the guy actually is. I actually think the majoity of our team should probably stay but it's just speculation and replacing Upson may well prove to be the biggest problem we face.
  9. Actually it's more like well done Harry Redknapp, without that bastard coming in we'd of stayed up in my opnion. The run they went on because of that man was impossible to keep up with, especailly for teams such as Blues and Baggies who were struggling.
  10. Finally, now lets see if he can garner success elsewhere now his lost his safety blanket of sorts. BTW, the fact that Curbs came out and said this had nothing to do with the England job plus the fact that him resigning and Scolari turning the job down on the same day would make it a bit to obvious if the F.A where to opt for him. Would they really need to lie about it? Who's going to take the Charlton job then?
  11. What about birmingham? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
  12. I never said that we were hard done by the referee, having watched the game i believe we played better than what the results shows. But Villa won and that's that, we'll move on and look to stay up. Oh, and we played the long ball simply because you had two young guys at the back against our big beefy strikers and that was our game plan, it certainly wasn't entirely fruitless either. We failed on our defending.
  13. Well Portsmouth don't look like losing and have the easiest run but stranger things have happened. KEEP RIGHT ON!
  14. End of the day, Villa beat Brum. Good over evil and shit. We outplayed Villa and deserved the win, two of Villa's goals were questionable and Cahills goal was a one in a lifetime thing. We lost fine and we have been shit this season but we outplayed Villa and i guess now the fickle Villa fans will be saying how great OLeary is, and then in 2 games time it'll be Oleary out, trust me.
  15. Did you watch the same game as me? Did you see the possession states and shots on targets stats e.t.c. Clearly we outplayed you but who cares really, all that matters is the result.
  16. End of the day, Villa beat Brum. Good over evil and shit.
  17. Yup food takes away concentration, drinking however is needed.
  18. I did like FF VIII's until the whole Time Compression thing, for me it just got a little silly from then on in but the whole evolution of Squall is awesome and i love it when you're visiting FH and he has the whole reilisation thing while carrying Rhinoa, The ending video is freakin awesome too. VII is awesome and the most complex though since i still don't fully understand certain aspects of it, i think the ending video there is awesome too and i love how Aeris death really was needed not matter how much of a sacrafice it was. X is great too, Jecht/Squall is awesome and the ending where he slaps Ject's hand is brilliant, it's really sad too how much he and Yuna are in love and she loses him. I kinda wish they'd left that as the ending was sad but the best i've seen. I think the GTA: SA storyline is damn awesome too, things don't always need to be too complex to be great and it had it suprises too.
  19. I think Henry since he's still be great in a poor domestic season for the Gunners and i think Fabregas has made the biggest impact this season so he should get the prize there.
  20. Of the Artic Monkey songs played on the radio i think they are decent but i do find it odd how they have got so big so fast. They're really not *that* good but you can't hate them for being successful surely? Panic At The Disco's new song on Kerrang at the mo is crap but i loved I Write Sins, awesome song. Dance, Dance and Sugar We're Going Down are awesome songs but the later is well overplayed in my view.
  21. You should also mention things such as pong and space invaders e.t.c. Some retro games that help make the industry.
  22. Upson is awesome and gay but not an awesome gay because there is a huge differance.
  23. The most underrated Premiership player is Matthew Upson, fact.
  24. Check a few sites like EBay for reference too.
