The main reason I'm doing this is simple. In Japan, Konami holds the license for all video games with Nippon Professional Baseball. As a result, you can't use NPB in OOTP, starting in '23. But they didn't say anything about the Japanese Professional Baseball League  . So, while uniforms do exist for current teams for OOTP, the teams just get replaced with some weird South African league. This is my way around that, because yes, I can have random teams, they have shitty uniforms, names and logos. Not my style.
