Chelsea's loss at home to West Ham meant that it's now out of @Moses Julep's hands after his stint at the top, with both @Adam and @Gorka overtaking him with two weeks left. It's going to be tight!

@Yorkshiresbadass saw his hopes of winning get dealt a major blow after Forest lost at home to Cardiff. It will take two slip-ups from those above for him to stand any chance now.
