***spoilers*** TEW20 Real World Update: June 2021

So here is the update for June, first off there is a new active promotions, with the addition of New Japan Wrestling of America, along with that I've updated the rosters of the few UK promotions who started running again, I waited a bit till they had run enough shows to base rosters from, I'll look into some other promotions to drag them up to date.

There is a big update with the graphics and you will need to use the new pack for company logos to work, I've moved to using full promotion names over initials due to an increase of logos in the pack of similar name, this way can separate them more easily. Also I'm working on the worker pack for next month, I've been filling gaps for America and Canada and will move onto the UK and then the other regions, I'm focusing on anyone except non-wrestlers, for most regions the amount of workers without pictures tends to be around 200-300 per region, and overall there is around 2000+ missing pictures out of 8900+ workers which isnt too bad.

Beyond that it's the usual updates and changes for the month, as usual if anything is wrong or missing, mention and I'll update for next month.

Why is [Promotion] closed when they are active?
Due to how slow the game runs with more promotions active, I have included active promotions but have them closed, to identify these they have their opening date and closed date the same. To activate the promotion simply remove the closed date.

- Can we add Skyway Studios in Nashville as a location. Impact have been taping all their shows there for past year and have a lease on it till september, should probably be set as their home arena same as AEW have dailys place. It depends on your options, I don't have free pictures set, so turn off "Picture Requirement" in the options, beyond that they should be turning up within a year or so I believe.

Europe Broadcasting Note

- WarnerMedia is going to rename it's TNT channels in Europe. TNT Serie (Germany) [the only one I can see in the mod] will be renamed Warner TV Serie on 2021-09-25. Handily, the new logo is in the news item I found. (Source)

A good resource for TV station logos (besides Logopedia and/or Wikipedia) is this GitHub repo. Thought I would pass it along, if you weren't already aware of it.

Apologies if these are out of date, I'm playing the post-Mania update so you may have already inclued some of these:

 

I would suggest the following individuals receive the "Passes on knowlege" attribute:

• Fit Finlay given the stories of how much he has helped the women's division
• Tyson Kidd/TJ Wilson for the same reason
• Tyler Breeze given recent stories following his release of how much he has helped others
• Goldust acting as a mentor in AEW similarly

 

Bobby Roode to receive "Tag team specialist" attribute (Dirty Dawgz, Beer Money, teams with Chad Gable, Eric Young and Austin Aries).

 

If removed, add Samoa Joe back to WWE in NXT, he's doing an enforcer gimmick and has yet to wrestle, so perhaps put him as "occassional" wrestler as it's not clear whether he's medically cleared to wrestle yet.

It's all good, had all the releases down but added the rest, as for Joe, I've currently set him up as a personality for NXT, but his contract roles are open to change if the player wants.

 - Remove Sonjay Dutt from WWE NXT. Seems he gave his notice recently and left.

Fightful has learned that producer Sonjay Dutt has left the company. Details are few and far between, but one source indicated that it was his decision to leave, though we're working to confirm that.

Dutt had been working with WWE since January 2019 as a producer, after Achilles surgery had kept him out of the ring since late 2017. He hasn't wrestled since sustaining the injury, and we're not sure if he plans on returning to the ring.

We've reached out to Dutt and WWE officials but have not heard back,.

We're told to keep expecting changes within WWE, including some potentially big ones in the coming days and weeks backstage.
