Watched it the other day, totally awesome. Picture is a lot better now, since they changed to the PC version.

Best Line:

Caboose: Sargeant, look, a sleeping person

Sarge: What? Holy Macaroons! He's not sleeping, son, he's dead

Caboose: Oh good, at first, I thought that was me. Because I am blue, and I like to sleep. But if he is dead, that cannot be me, that would be silly.

I laughed so hard at that.

Damn, that was one of the funniest RvB episodes I've seen! The whole battle scene had dialogue like some of you probably have with your friends while playing, and the red guy with the flag was so fucking hilarious. The "pump" action between a red and a blue guy was also done well.

So just a quick question before I check this out in the morning, from what i've heard, can I assume that this is a serious of web cartoons based on FPS gaming?

How big are the movie files?

It's not really a cartoon, it's a series of shorts (about 3-5 mins each, sometimes longer) made completely with the game Halo. (I think the proper term is machanima). Each episode is about 20 Mb, so it's too big for you, buy the DVD (which comes with bonus material, and higher resolution). You won't regret it.

After 3 hours of slow dial up downloading I finally have it.... it was well worth it that was a hilarious episode... I love the relationship on the red team throughout the first two seasons. Sarge is probably my favorite character that or church... or simmons 2.0.

Seen it when it came out. I think it's almost the best episode ever, simply because it reflects online Halo so well, fucking hilarious.

I liked the Janitor's Closet bit.

By the way, there's a new Halo movie being released. It's not really comedy, but the camera work and voice acting is top notch, with some humor thrown in as well. The link to the site is down, but there's a link at HBO. Look for The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter.
