Have their been rumours of pulsating lights? Like UFOs, but stationary, not whizzing across the sky?

I was on the bridge between the panoptican and red county, and this pulsating blue light sort of hover over me. Getting smaller then pulsing larger again.

It looked like a star, but it was way to close, and was, like I say, pulsing.

Also I just found that brown bubbling lake mentioned in the rumors post. (No camera though, was just on missions)

Red, Green and Blue lights have all been reported. Not sure about pulsing but definately flashing ones.

Krazy K linked me to a thread on GameFAQ's yesterday where a guy had supposedly shot down a UFO. He had pics too, they looked pretty good but I still don't really believe it.
