10. Rachel Stevens

British musician Rachel Stevens has actually gotten some albeit minor exposure in the UK as part of the group S Club 7. Of course, since the cancellation of their TV show in America, the group has broken up. After that, Stevens started a solo career, complete with singles and albums that have become huge in Britain. Will she ever gain exposure outside the UK? Only time will tell.

My Take: Why does she look like the British version of Britney Spears? My opinion on her is indifferent, though I could see somewhat why you'd vote for her...

Not really, I could go out to any club on any night of the week, and find at least 20 girls that look as good, or better than she does, I could probably hit 40 on a Thursday night, and I don't drink so I don't get "beer goggles"

9. Christina Milian

It's funny that Christina Milian was just nothing more than an average pop singer who got a little airplay on MTV just about four years ago. Now she's a person played on MTV constantly with a budding film career and a solid rep in the music industry. That said, Milian has never been known as the master of her craft(s), especially when her movie credits include Love Don't Cost A Thing and Torque. Still, she does have an impressive career going for her.

My Take; Bleh singer and actress, but a good looker.
