No, you should get a little CD which you will need to put in the PS2 along with the Maxdrive. You then need to un-crush (I think) the option file, take the Maxdrive CD out and then put in Pro Evo 5. Make sure you have deleted you old option file first though.

Yeah, that's the reason you need a max drive type device and not any old crap flash drive. You get software discs with it for both PC (which aren't needed, you just drag and drop) and more importantly PS2 since you put your Max Drive and Memory Card in and the disc loads up a program where you can move between the two, as well as delete, crush (zip) and uncrush and other stuff..

Once I've gone to the PS2, I wouldn't have to go back to the PC right?

I'm at home at the minute, my PS2 is at Uni. So I could get the stuff on the pendrive this end, and sort it all out up there?

So yeah I've ordered my max drive, and in the meantime d/loaded an update thingy - which claims to have 100% kits. Does this usually include international kits? That'd be fucking sweet.

I just bought PES5 On PSP because i borrowed it on XBox and it was a good game but theres no edit option on the PSP game do you think theres anywhere i can download the edit file and add it to the PSP memory or something ? or is it something i can transfer from my PS2 to my PSP

Can anyone link me to the most up to date option file for the MaxDrive? One with up to date transfers and such? I found the one at GameFAQ's, but it won't let me download for some reason. Do you need to be logged in or something?
