Recommend Me Some Metal/Hard Rock Bands

Ok...I go back to school in two weeks. That means, my radio show should be starting up in about three, and I'm looking for some new bands to play on the show.

So go ahead...suggest away...give me the name and the style of music, and I'll see what I can find by each band. I'm open to anything as long as it's hard rock/heavy metal.

10 Years - Hard Rock

Along with Ill Nino, 10 Years is currently touring with Disturbed. Their new album The Autumn Effect just came out recently and it's great. The album and the band have some Tool influences.

30 Seconds to Mars - Hard Rock

30 Seconds to Mars is the band headed by actor Jared Leto. They're currently touring with The Used, after being on tour with Chevelle and Taproot for a majority of the last 2 months or so.

The Agony Scene - Metal(core)

The Agony Scene mixes Slipknot with traditional metalcore and their vocalist shows range from singing clean vocals to a bit of growling to a bit of screaching. One of my new favorite bands recently.

Five Bolt Main - Hard Rock

Chris Volz (ex-Flaw)'s new band formed with...former members of Flaw. Similar to Flaw, but still a damn good hard rock band.

Those are just some bands that probably could use some more/any airtime.

I like Flaw, so I'm gonna have to check out Five Bolt Main. Also, All That Remains is good, but I can't stand the vocals.

Check out Thornley, they're pretty cool. Straight up Canadian rock. Nothing too hard, but it's not exactly soft either.

CKY are awesome Summers. They're one of the bands where first impressions mean everything (As all the songs have the same sound) and you either like them or hate them.

Get some Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Poison The Well, Circle Takes The Square, The Killing Tree, Shockwave, Freak Kitchen, Joshua Fit For Battle and 36 Crazyfists.

How can you like such good bands, and then CKY?

Sure, I like the tune for the Balloon song, but the guy has the most annoying voice in the history of life. And most of their other songs are shit as fuck.
