Damnit thug, of all the diaries you pimp to me on MSN, why is this the one you let me find by myself? :P Awesome stuff so far. There are a few little nitpicks that I'd have commented on earlier, but it'd be silly to bring them back up now, but for non-stupidly-pedantic people, great stuff :D

Yes, but not cleanly.

Bonus #4: How many chair shots will there be at Unforgiven?

Bonus #5: Will there be any surprise appearances by superstars not on the Raw roster? If so, state who.

Whenever people ask this, it's pretty obvious there will be, so I'll say yes. As for who...Haas and Moore would both make sense. One of them at least. I'll go for both of them, as one answer.

Unforgiven

September 18th, 2005

Arena: Ford Stadium

City/State: Oklahoma City, OK

We start off the night with a promo from none other than Raw's very own Eric Bischoff.

Bischoff: Welcome to Unforgiven. Ahh…..have you seen an event with a name so fitting?

Unforgiven.

Muhammad Hassan, will be searching for forgiveness from the fans, from the networks, from the WWE, from his fellow wrestlers.

Edge's actions towards one Matt Hardy will perhaps be forever unforgiven in many people's eyes.

Since Rob Van Dam appeared on Raw some three months ago, he's been painstakingly waiting for his chance to get his hands on Carlito……only at Unforgiven.

And then there's Kurt Angle, who has vowed never to forgive or forget the ungratefulness of his former teammate, Shelton Benjamin.

Bischoff pauses, and his smile is replaced by a vengeful look.

Bischoff: And of course, John Cena, who in the last few months, has verbally chewed me out, has put his hands on me, has disgraced this company and everything I stand for. That, John, is indeed Unforgiven. Mark my words, by the end of the night, you'll be begging for my forgiveness. At the end of the night, you'll be begging for the title that you WILL lose tonight.

Enjoy the show.

Pyros explode, and JR, the Coach, and the King officially welcome us to Monday Night Raw.

JR: Welcome to Unforgiven! We're here at Ford Stadium in my hometown, Oklahoma City!

King: It's gonna be a great night, JR, did you listen to what Eric Bischoff said? He sure is confident that Shawn Michaels will be the champion when he leaves tonight.

Coach: Well, so am I. He's the Heartbreak Kid, with his latest attitude adjustment, he can do pretty much anything, and that includes beat Marky Mark.

Kerwin White vs. Muhammad Hassan……?

Kerwin White's music hits and he walks out from the back to big jeers. He poses at the top of the stage, and is about to head down the ramp when he gets ambushed from behind by Matt Hardy! Matt Hardy sends him packing, as White retreats backstage. The fans pop for Hardy, who grabs a microphone and heads inside the ring.

Hardy: You know what, I've waited a long time for this match, and that waiting ends right now. I want Edge right here, and RIGHT NOW. Let's go.

The Coach and the King protest that it's not time for the match yet, but Edge's music hits, and it looks like Edge wants Matt Hardy as badly as Matt wants Edge!

No Holds Barred:

Matt Hardy vs. Edge

Edge and Lita calmly walk down to the ring, and Lita and Edge exchange words. It sounds like Edge doesn't want Lita to be at ringside, but Lita insists that she is fine. Edge hopelessly enters the ring, where Matt Hardy is shaking with anticipation. They charge each other and throw fierce right hands as the crowd immediately gets into it. Matt Hardy gets the early advantage, shoving Edge back to a corner, and unloading punch after punch. Hardy climbs on the second turnbuckle, finishing the series off with the 10 punches. The crowd chants enthusiastically, and Edge falls to the mat. Referee Mike Chioda exchanges words with Matt Hardy, but Matt just pushes Chioda out of the way and continues pounding on Edge. He whips Edge into the ropes, and knocks him down with another right hand. Edge bounces back up, and Matt Hardy knocks him down once more. At this point, however, Lita jumps up on the apron and yells at Matt. Matt takes the bait and takes his eyes off of Edge. Matt goes through the ropes, going to chase after Lita, but Edge pulls him back and hits a huge forearm to the back of his head. Edge picks Matt Hardy up, and whips him into the ropes, where he knocks him down with a spinning wheel kick. Edge goes for the cover, looking to put it away early. Unfortunately, Matt kicks out. Matt charges at Edge, who calmly tosses him over the ropes. Matt Hardy, however, lands on the apron. He nails Edge with a right hand. Edge comes back with a shot of his own. They trade punches, and Edge grabs the tights of Matt Hardy, looking for a suplex. Matt Hardy digs down deep, however, and is able to hang on. Matt Hardy reverses it and suplexes Edge out of the ring! Edge tries to land on his feet, but is unable to. Matt Hardy stands victorious on the apron. He sees Edge sprawled on the ground below, and delivers a huge leg drop from the apron to the ground.

Matt Hardy rolls Edge back in the ring, and against better judgment, decides not to go for the cover. He picks Edge up, and delivers another huge suplex. Matt Hardy again neglects to cover, opting instead to head outside the ring. He peeks underneath the cover, and begins tossing various weapons into the ring. He rolls back into the ring with a trash can, and he goes to set it up in the corner. However, he fails to see Edge picking up the lid. Matt Hardy goes back to Edge, only for Edge to nail him in the head with the trash can lid. Edge again quickly sneaks over and goes for the pinfall. 1………..2………..Matt Hardy kicks out again. Edge now picks Matt Hardy up, and slams him into the corner. Edge now spots the trash can that Matt Hardy set up, and tosses Version 1 into the can! Edge, gasping for breath, sits down at the other corner, taking a breather. He goes right back to work on Matt Hardy, locking an armlock in, and wrapping his legs around Matt Hardy's neck, a dangerous scissors-armlock combination. Matt Hardy, however, is able to overpower Edge, and kicks Edge in the head, breaking the hold. Matt Hardy goes over to grab a stop sign that he had tossed, but Lita holds on to his feet, not letting him go. Matt Hardy grabs Lita's hair and pulls his ex-girlfriend to the apron. However, Edge nails him from behind with the Stop Sign! Edge picks Matt Hardy up, and slams his head into the sign, busting Matt Hardy open. Edge covers. 1……….2……….Matt Hardy again gets the shoulders up! Edge goes outside, and reaches for a 15-foot ladder! JR notes the history these men have had with ladders, as Edge slides inside with the ladder. Matt Hardy is just settling to his feet, and Edge nails him in the head with the ladder, a sick thud as Matt falls to the floor. Edge throws the ladder on top of Matt violently, and covers the top of the ladder. 1………..2………Matt just manages to get the shoulders up. Edge cannot believe it, and sets the ladder up in the corner. Matt Hardy comes battling back, but Edge whips him into the ladder. Edge looks for the spear, but Matt moves out of the way. Edge stops himself, but gets lifted into the ladder, his face bouncing off the steel! Matt Hardy also falls to his knees, as Edge retreats to the opposite corner. Matt is just getting back to his feet, when Edge charges, hitting him with the huge SPEAR into the ladder! Edge falls to the mat, clutching his shoulder. He crawls over to make the cover. 1……….2………Matt Hardy kicks out again!

Edge has had enough, and he grabs two steel chairs from ringside. Edge rolls into the ring with chairs. He places one down on the mat, and places Matt Hardy's head on top. Edge looks for the one-man con-chair-to. He raises the chair over his head and gets ready to slam it down, but he gets stopped by Shannon Moore! Shannon hits a big dropkick to the knee of Edge, and the fans are going crazy as the #1 M'Fer comes to the aid of Matt Hardy. Before Shannon can do anything else, however, he gets dragged out of the ring by Tyson Tomko. Tomko picks Shannon up, and slams him into the ringpost, his shoulder bouncing off the steel post. Meanwhile, Matt Hardy picks Edge up in the ring, and hits the Twist of Fate! Matt Hardy is about to go for the cover, when he sees Tyson Tomko nail Shannon with a big boot to the face. Shannon has been bloodied at the hands of the new Head of Security. Matt Hardy immediately goes outside, and nails Tyson Tomko with right hands. Matt Hardy unleashes on Tyson Tomko, who retreats to the back. Hardy returns to the ring, where he now goes to cover Edge. However, Edge reverses it into a rollup of his own. 1………2……….Matt Hardy kicks out. Edge now retreats to the corner, as Matt is advancing upon him. Suddenly, Lita runs in the ring with the steel chair and nails Matt Hardy in the back with the chair. Matt, however, is unfazed, and he turns his attention to Lita. He grabs her by the hair, and sets her up for the Twist of Fate. A clever camera angle shows Edge retreating to grab the stop sign. Matt nails Lita with the Twist of Fate as the fans cheer. However, he turns right into Edge, who nails him in the head with the Stop sign. Edge covers. 1…………2………..3. Matt gets the shoulders up, but not in time, as Edge quickly runs out the ring, jumps over the barricades, and disappears through the crowd. The camera shows Lita, Matt Hardy, and Shannon Moore all knocked out. Matt gets to his feet, and the EMTs are already starting to take Shannon away. (15:22)

Winner: Edge

(74, 85, 63)

Matt looks at Edge for a second, torn between pursuing his nemesis and helping his friend. He quickly leaves the ring, and follows the EMTs as they take Shannon Moore to the back.

JR: Matt Hardy did the right thing here tonight, tending to his friend.

King: He went for Lita, and that cost him the match. He should've had his head in the game.

Carlito vs. Rob Van Dam

"I Spit in the face of people who don't wanna be cool."

The Caribbean sounds of Carlito comes on over the loudspeakers. Carlito, looking very confident, walks out to some boos. He walks down the ramp, slides in the ring, and has a pretty determined look on his face. Meanwhile, Rob Van Dam makes his return to PPV as he gets a huge pop. RVD walks down to the mouth of the ramp, doing his signature "RVD" taunt to the fan's delight. He walks in the ring, and the bell rings. The two lock up in the middle of the ring, and RVD quickly breaks it with a quick kick to the midsection of Carlito. RVD runs back, and leapfrogs over Carlito, catching him with right hands after he lands. RVD whips Carlito into the ropes, does a split to avoid the oncoming Carlito, and is able to use his feet to launch Carlito over the ropes to the ground outside. Van Dam quickly follows that up by running to the top, launching himself in a cross body splash, taking Carlito out. The fans chant "RVD" and Van Dam picks himself up. RVD tosses Carlito's head against the ringpost. He then goes to whip Carlito into the steel steps, but Carlito reverses, sending Rob Van Dam shoulder-first into the ringside stairs. There's a huge thud and RVD is seen in a great deal of pain. Carlito quickly takes this advantage. He slides inside and back out to avoid the eight-count. He then rolls Rob Van Dam into the ring, and greedily goes for the cover. 1………..2……….RVD is just able to kick out.

Carlito stomps Rob Van Dam right in his injured shoulder. He uses the ropes, bouncing off of them and jumping to hit the big knee drop on the right shoulder. Carlito quickly covers again. 1………..2……….again Van Dam kicks out. Rob Van Dam is clutching his right shoulder as he retreats to the corner. Carlito charges with a clothesline, but RVD is still able to move out of the way at the last second. RVD quickly uses his other shoulder to hit two big shoulder thrusts. He does a backflip, then charges, but Carlito throws his left shoulder into the middle turnbuckle, and RVD again goes down in pain. Carlito, holding his abdomen, kneels down and drapes an arm over RVD. 1………2………RVD again kicks out. Carlito whips Rob Van Dam into the ropes, goes for a clothesline, and misses. RVD goes to kick Carlito in the gut, but Carlito catches the right foot, and reverses it right into a STO! The crowd groans as Carlito slams Van Dam's head into the mat. Carlito drops a big elbow on RVD and covers again. 1……….2……….RVD gets the shoulder up, but one can obviously see that the mere effort took a lot out of 'Mr. Monday Night.' Van Dam tries to roll away from Carlito, but CCC is relentless. Carlito picks Rob Van Dam up, and it looks like he's going for an Oklahoma slam. At the last second, however, Van Dam lands on his feet, and pushes Carlito into the turnbuckle. Rob Van Dam bounces off the ropes, looking for a move, but Carlito almost beheads him with the clothesline. The brief glimpse of hope is shut down, as Carlito again stomps Van Dam hard in the right shoulder.

Whipping RVD into the ropes, Carlito catches him with the sleeper hold. RVD is fading fast, as Carlito applies the sleeper aggressively. Referee Jack Doan checks on RVD's arm. He lifts it once, it drops. The second time, same result. It looks like it's over, but RVD is able to keep the arm up! RVD slowly turns around until he's facing Carlito, then drops him with the jawbreaker! RVD falls to the mat, released from the hold. Carlito is also clutching his jaw in pain. Carlito swings, but RVD ducks, and knocks Carlito down with a huge right hand. RVD goes for a kick, Carlito catches the leg again, but RVD uses his other leg to knock Carlito off his feet. RVD follows with a quick Moonsault on the mat. He covers. 1……….2……….Carlito just kicks out. Carlito is back on his feet, and goes for a big suplex. RVD blocks the attempt, hits a couple of shots to the rib, and counters into the double arm suplex. He leaps over Carlito, making the bridge cover. 1………..2………Carlito kicks out in the nick of time once again. Carlito rushes at Rob Van Dam, and is met with the huge spinning wheel kick. RVD, seeing his opportunity, hits the rolling thunder splash! He covers once more. 1……….2……..Carlito barely kicks out. Rob Van Dam ascends to the top rope, as the crowd knows that it's almost time for the Five Star Frog Splash. RVD looks around, but as he's about to go for the finisher, Carlito hops up on the top rope. The two battle on the top rope, with Carlito getting the advantage and hitting the huge superplex! Carlito covers, expecting the match to be over. 1……….2………RVD kicks out! Carlito can't believe it, and the crowd is now on its feet. Carlito decides to go to the top rope again, as King warns the youngster that he might be a bit out of his element. Carlito's wobbling on the top rope when RVD quickly springs up, and hits Carilito with the Monkey Flip! RVD is now standing solidly on the top rope, Carlito down before him. RVD launches himself off the top rope, connecting with the beautiful Five Star Frog Splash! RVD covers. 1……….2…………3. That's it! (11:58)

Winner: Rob Van Dam

Ambulance Arrives

We see an ambulance door closing, with Matt Hardy hopping in the back, accompanying his faithful friend, Shannon Moore to the hospital. The ambulance leaves, and another ambulance pulls up. This time, another bunch of EMTs take Lita and lift her to the back as well. Edge is looking very concerned. However, unlike Matt Hardy, he does not choose to accompany Lita.

Edge: You'll be fine, babe. You'll be fine.

With that, Edge helps the EMTs close the door and heads back towards the arena.

Big Show vs. Chris Masters

Big Show is out first to a nice ovation. Chris Masters is next out, a bit less arrogant and a bit more apprehensive than usual. Big Show points to Masters, and does the throat-cutting taunt to the crowd's delight. Chris Masters regretfully enters the ring. The bell rings, and Big Show immediately goes after Masters. Masters hits a couple of right hands to the Big Show, but the Big Show shrugs them off. Big Show chases Masters around the ring, before finally getting him. Big Show hits a big forehand chop on Masters, and Masters jumps up and down in pain. Big Show, with one hand, tosses Masters across the ring. Masters is resting at a corner, and the Big Show charges. The Masterpiece moves out of the way at the last second, and Big Show runs right into the corner. The ring shakes from the impact. Masters quickly hits a big baseball slide tackle, trying to take Big Show off his feet. He succeeds, and Show falls down, but right on top of Chris Masters! It's a cover, and Masters barely kicks out. Masters slides out from underneath and continues to kick the giant while he's still off his feet.

Chris Masters continues to hit the Big Show with right hands, and it seems to be working. Masters runs behind Big Show, and hits a big overhead bulldog. Masters spends a great deal of effort and manages to turn the Big Show over for a cover. 1………Big Show kicks out with authority. Big Show rushes at Chris Masters, and Masters ducks, sending the 500-pounder out of the ring. Chris Masters quickly uses the moment to catch his breath, but before he knows it, the Big Show is back in the ring! The Big Show goes for a right hand, but Chris Masters ducks! Chris Master goes for the Masterlock! He looks to lock it in, and the Big Show's fighting. Big Show, with one big thump, sends Chris Masters back to the corner. Big Show then hits a running clothesline, and Chris Masters falls to the floor. Big Show picks Chris Masters up, and hits a sloppy suplex. He half-heartedly covers, and Masters is able to kick out. Big Show motions that playtime is over, and the crowd pops for the Chokeslam! Big Show waits for Chris Masters to turn around, and firmly grabs his neck for the Chokeslam. But Chris Masters is struggling, and he grabs onto referee Chad Patton for support. In all the confusion, Masters is able to hit a huge low blow to the Big Show. Chris Masters follows that up with some sloppy looking right hands, and a dropkick right to the face of the Big Show. Big Show falls to his knees, and Chris Masters quickly takes the opportunity to lock in the Masterlock! Unbelievably, the Big Show seems to be floundering as Masters tightens the grip. Chad Patton lifts the Big Show's arm, and it heavily falls down. He quickly rings the bell, and Chris Masters has done it! (7:24)

Winner: Chris Masters

(66, 74, 59)

Big Show lost overness from this match. Chris Masters gained overness from this match. Big Show didn't really sell very much, which hurt the match rating.

Kerwin White vs. Muhammad Hassan

Kerwin White comes out to the swinging sounds of Frank Sinatra. He regains his composure as he brushes himself off, waiting for the arrival of Muhammad Hassan. Hassan walks out from the back, still garnering a mixed reaction. Hassan walks in the ring, and slowly sets his headscarf down. However, he gets ambushed from behind by Kerwin White, who yells, "put that piece of shit away" to loud boos from the crowd. Kerwin White smiles and tells the crowd that "White is Right." The bell rings, and White kicks Muhammad Hassan hard in the stomach. Muhammad Hassan retreats to a corner, and Kerwin White follows with right hands. However, Hassan turns him around and starts unloading on him with a barrage of right hands! Hassan goes to the other corner, and charges at White, knocking him down with a huge clothesline. Hassan turns White around, and delivers a Full Nelson Slam! The impact shakes the ring and Hassan covers. 1………2………White kicks out.

Kerwin White tries to roll out of the ring, but Hassan keeps him in the ring. Hassan picks his feet up, and dangles him upside down. Hassan follows by tossing White across the ring, White landing hard on his lower back. White struggles to his feet, where Hassan nails him with another clothesline. Hassan covers again. 1……….2……..Kerwin White just gets the shoulders up. Hassan is again in pursuit, but White slides under his legs. White shoves Hassan into the corner, and hits a dropkick. Hassan's head bounces off the top turnbuckle. White follows with a reverse neckbreaker. White stands up, still selling the back injury, but flashing his white teeth. Kerwin is now in control. He grabs Hassan's arm, and slams it over his shoulder with the Shoulder Breaker. Kerwin White repeats the move two more times, and Hassan yells out in pain. We hear White taunting Hassan, "Where's Allah now?" Kerwin White finishes the sequence with another right hand to the shoulder.

JR: That's not right, Kerwin White is taunting Muhammad Hassan.

King: Well, according to Kerwin, "White is Right." And Kerwin certainly seems to have things under control right now.

Kerwin White picks Hassan up, and hits a modified STO, slamming Hassan's shoulder down on the mat. White covers again. 1………2………Hassan is forced to pick up the injured shoulder. Kerwin White tries a headlock, but Hassan starts to power out of it. Hassan manages to whip Kerwin White into the ropes, and knocks him down with a shoulder block. But again, the impact on his own shoulder puts him in pain as well. Hassan uses the other arm to whip White into the corner. Kerwin White, in an amazing acrobatic move, runs up to the top, and hits the picture-perfect Moonsault, taking out Muhammad Hassan! This one's over. 1………2………Hassan kicks out! The fans cheer as Kerwin White can't believe it. Kerwin White takes the match to the mat, and locks in a shoulder lock. However, Kerwin White ambushes Hassan from behind. Kerwin White and Daivari beat down on Muhammad Hassan. White picks Hassan up and delivers the Whiteout! Daivari goes up to the top rope, and delivers a huge double-legged knee drop from the top.

JR: Daivari just dropped his former friend, Hassan, with the Magic Carpet Ride!

King: Hassan might have won the match, but I'm sure he doesn't feel like a winner right now.

A Mystery Note?

Backstage, we are in the S.H.I.T. locker room. The Hurricane is pumping himself up for the match with Stacy. The Hurricane is busy touching his toes, and Rosey is struggling to get to his knees. Meanwhile, the camera pans over to Stacy, who bends over with ease. Hurricane is marveling at the sight, when Stacy suddenly springs up, holding an envelope.

Stacy: What's this?

She hands over a manila envelope to the Hurricane. The camera zooms in, only to see, "My Dearest."

Hurricane (reading):

That was then, this is now.

I've changed for the better, you'll see how.

I know you have regrets, I know I'm right.

You're miserable without me. You'll see tonight.

Hurricane: Holy Rattling Raccoons! We've got ourselves a mystery note.

Rosey: Who is it for?

Hurricane: Obviously for one of the Hurricane's many nefarious villains. We need to head to the Hurri-Cave and investigate this post-haste.

Rosey nods and starts to walk off, and Hurricane pulls him back.

Hurricane: But alas, my large purple friend, I have a match. Why don't you go ahead and get cracking on this mystery.

And with that, Hurricane picks up Stacy, and still manages to WHOOSH away, a burst of air hitting Rosey, who gives the Hurricane and the camera a thumbs up.

Intercontinental Championship

Hurricane vs. Rob Conway

"Stand back……..there's a Hurricane coming through."

The WWE's favorite superhero emerges from backstage with the lovely Miss Stacy Keibler. He does not seem to be worried by the note.

JR: Who can that note be from?

King: Didn't you hear the Hurricane? From one of his nefarious enemies. I'm thinking it's probably Spiderman, or maybe Dr. Doom.

The Hurricane poses and straps a mask on a young fan to the delight of the crowd. Stacy applauds enthusiastically. Rob Conway, who has been on a roll recently, follows soon after. The crowd boos the arrival of Mr. Conway. The bell rings, and Hurricane offers a handshake. Conway just laughs it off, and slaps it away. Conway and Hurricane lock up, with Hurricane getting the upper hand, putting Conway in a headlock. Conway pushes out of it, and nails Hurricane with a right hand. Conway has a couple of words for Stacy, then goes back to work. Conway whips Hurricane into the corner, but Hurricane reverses. Hurricane follows with a big turnbuckle. He then does his special taunt, gives the crowd the thumbs up, and takes Conway down with a jumping elbow smash. Hurricane covers. 1………2…….Jack Doan only gets two. Hurricane waits for Conway, who is recovering near the ropes. Hurricane hits a running clothesline that knocks Conway out of the ring. Hurricane follows that with a running press, launching himself over the ropes and landing onto Conway outside. The fans cheer as Hurricane rolls Conway back in the ring. Hurricane goes for the pin again. 1………2……….Conway gets the shoulders up. Hurricane picks Conway up, and goes for a suplex. Conway, however, quickly rolls the Hurricane up. 1………2……….Hurricane reverses and does a small package of his own. 1……2………Conway kicks out. Both men rush to their feet. Hurricane charges, and gets nailed with a huge clothesline from Conway. Conway drops an elbow on the chest of the Hurricane. Conway walks around the ring once again, taking the opportunity to taunt the crowd and Stacy. Conway picks Hurricane up, and hits some big blows to his ribs. Conway then tosses Hurricane into the corner, and hits him with a running clothesline. Finally, Conway completes the sequence with a reverse DDT. Rob Conway covers again. 1………2……..again Hurricane kicks out.

Stacy is banging her hands on the mat, trying to get the crowd involved. It works, as the fans come alive for the Hurricane. With a burst of energy, Hurricane ducks a Conway clothesline, and nails the floating neckbreaker. Hurricane goes up to the top rope, and goes for the Over Castle. Rob Conway ducks, but Hurricane lands on his feet. Hurricane improvises, and nails the Eye of the Hurricane! Hurricane goes for the cover. 1……….2………

BOOM

The lights in the arena goes out, as JR and the King are puzzled. About 5 seconds later, they're back up. Rob Conway has managed to roll out of the ring, and the Hurricane is frustrated. He looks around, checking for Stacy, and breathes a sigh of relief when he sees that Stacy is safe as well.

JR: Somebody is playing games with the Intercontinental Champion. And it seems to have cost Hurricane a golden opportunity.

Hurricane looks towards the stage, anticipating some sort of attack. However, Rob Conway ambushes him from behind. Conway looks to be setting Hurricane up for the Ego Trip! However, the Hurricane reverses it, and rolls Rob Conway up for the 1………2………3. (6:25)

(74, 72, 77)

The Hurricane's music hits, but the superhero is still puzzled. Suddenly, the titantron fizzles and we see road agents rushing to the back. They run in front of Hurricane's dressing room, and that's all it takes, as the Hurricane takes off towards the back. The camera follows the Intercontinental Champion to the back.

Hurricane enters the door, and there is loud pounding heard. We hear Rosey's panicked voice from inside, as Dean Malenko quickly fiddles for the key. He opens the closet door, and Rosey gasps forward.

Hurricane; What happened?

Rosey: Well, I was investigating like you told me to, and I thought I saw something moving in here, so I stepped inside. Suddenly, somebody shoved me into the closet and locked the door.

Hurricane: I would venture that that person was our mysterious note-leaver.

Rosey: Yeah.

Rosey lifts his elbow up, still gasping, and there is a note taped to his back. The Hurricane picks it up.

Better Late Than Never

The camera pans out to reveal a serious look on the Hurricane's face as he comforts his friend.

(80)

We now cut to Todd Grisham, who is backstage with Kurt Angle.

Grisham: Kurt, you have a match coming up next against your former pupil, Shelton Benjamin. Now, this is the first time you will be facing him in the ring-

Angle:

Whoa whoa whoa, you pathetic craphead. My first time? Um, I don't think so. You see, it was me who introduced Shelton here to the business. It was me who brought him to the WWE. Now, in the beginning, I can't even begin to describe how many hours I spent showing him the ropes. I faced him in the ring damn near every single day to get him prepared. It was because I faced him, that he was able to win the WWE Tag Team Titles. It was became I faced him, that he was able to capture the Intercontinental Title. It was because of me. Now, you see, in all those times that we faced each other, the end result was the same. The match would end with me gripping onto Shelton's ankles, him crying and begging for me to let go. That was then, and you know what, this match tonight will have the same damn result.

Like I told you, Shelton, you're a snot-nosed ungrateful punk. You don't appreciate what I've done for you. And tonight, you'll be seeing a side of me you've never seen before. When I lock in the Anklelock tonight, maybe I'll let go. But only after you beg and cry just like old times.

Angle leaves, and Grisham sends it back to JR and the King.

Kurt Angle vs. Shelton Benjamin

"Ain't No Stopping Me Now!"

Shelton Benjamin explodes from the back to huge cheers. Benjamin slaps hands with the WWE fans as he slides into the ring. He's pumping himself, getting ready for perhaps the biggest match of his career against his mentor, Kurt Angle. "Medal" hits and the Olympic Gold Medalist walks out, composed and determined. The crowd chants "You Suck" as magnificent red, blue, and white pyros shoot out from the sides of the ramp.

The bell rings, but Angle and Benjamin are hesitant to start the match. They circle the ring slowly, and the match is officially underway. Benjamin lifts his left arm up, prompting the lockup. Angle switches to the right arm. But when Benjamin changes to the right arm, Angle switches to the left. Frustrated, Shelton Benjamin hits him with a big right hand. Benjamin whips Angle into the ropes, who reverses it, and pulls Benjamin towards him. Angle goes for a right hand, and Benjamin ducks. Benjamin gets a single leg takedown, and Angle struggles to reverse out of it. Angle quickly takes a couple steps backwards, and Benjamin gives him a big smile. The fans cheer, Benjamin claps his hands and they circle again. This time, it's Angle who gets the first shot in. Angle maneuvers behind Benjamin, and trips him up. Angle goes for the double armbar pin, but Benjamin kicks him in the face. Benjamin rolls through, and gets an Armbar stack. Angle rolls through and pulls the tights. 1……..2……….Benjamin kicks out. Angle almost stole one there, as Benjamin yells at him for the cheating.

Angle denies it, and then delivers another harsh shot to Benjamin. Angle whips Benjamin into the corner, and hits him with a hard chop across the sternum. Benjamin fights back with a right hand of his own. Benjamin runs at Angle, who trips him up once again. Angle drops on top of him, and is looking for a crossface-variation. Benjamin, in an incredible maneuver, reverses it to an armlock. Angle uses his other arm to fight through, and breaks the submission. Angle is back on his feet, charges at Benjamin, who promptly hits the arm drag. Benjamin gets another arm drag. Angle struggles to his feet, and Shelton Benjamin hits a perfect dropkick, sending Kurt Angle out of the ring through the middle ropes. The fans cheer, as Shelton Benjamin stands near the apron. Benjamin uses the ropes as support, as he LAUNCHES himself over the ropes, landing on Kurt Angle. Angle, however, amazingly catches Shelton Benjamin. Angle, with Benjamin on his back, runs towards the ring post, and drops Benjamin face first into the steel ring post. Benjamin hits the post, and plops down to the mat. Kurt Angle quickly rolls his pupil inside and covers. 1……..2……..Benjamin JUST kicks out. Angle is not wasting a second here, as he goes back on the offense.

Kurt Angle picks Benjamin up, and locks in a side headlock, taking the match to the mat. Angle applies incredible pressure on the head and neck of Shelton Benjamin. Benjamin, however, is still showing signs of life. After about half a minute, Benjamin is able to connect with a couple of elbows. Still on the mat, Angle, holding on to the neck, picks Shelton Benjamin up and hits a sitting suplex. He rolls through, and gets a short leg lock. Shelton, however, sits up and gives Angle a big headbutt. Angle is forced to break up the submission. Benjamin struggles to his feet, and Angle is standing behind him. Kurt Angle hits an elbow to the back of Shelton's head. Angle goes for a German Suplex and connects! Kurt Angle is starting to feel a bit cocky, as he slaps the forehead of Shelton Benjamin and kneels down for another cover. 1………2………Benjamin kicks out again. Angle whips Benjamin into the ropes, and goes for a right hand. Benjamin ducks yet again. Benjamin comes off, and Angle goes for a belly-to-belly. Benjamin lands on his feet behind Kurt Angle. But Kurt Angle hits an elbow to the face of Shelton Benjamin. Angle then actually does get the Belly to Belly Suplex and connects.

Kurt Angle points to Benjamin, yelling "You little punk." He then eyes the turnbuckle and after a moment's hesitation, he scales to the top rope. He points to the fans in the crowd, before launching himself, executing the picture-perfect Moonsault.

JR: Such a beautiful move, and Kurt Angle looks to be too much for Shelton to handle here.

Kurt Angle thinks so too, as he lands on top for the cover. He counts along with referee Earl Hebner. 1………2……..Shelton Benjamin kicks out! Kurt Angle can't believe it. The fans are excited as Angle yells at Hebner. Hebner stands by the two-count. Angle goes back to work on Benjamin, and whips him into the ropes. Benjamin reverses however, and catches Kurt Angle with a right foot. Angle catches the kick, but Benjamin uses the left leg and hits a spinning back kick to the back of Angle's head! That seems to have taken all of Benjamin's energy as both men are now down in the middle of the ring. Shelton Benjamin is the first one up at the 7-count. Angle goes for a right hand, but Benjamin blocks. Benjamin hits a couple of big right hands, driving Angle back to his side. Shelton Benjamin whips Angle into the ropes, Angle reverses. Shelton Benjamin catches Kurt Angle with the running elbow smash. Benjamin covers. Angle kicks out at one. Kurt Angle gets knocked down with a clothesline. He springs back up, Benjamin goes for another right hand. Angle ducks, and hits a big German Suplex! Angle hits a second one. Kurt Angle tries for the trifecta, but Benjamin counters by sticking his leg behind Kurt's. Benjamin hits an elbow to the back, forcing Kurt Angle to unlock his wrists. Benjamin turns around, and hits Kurt Angle with the Northern Lights Suplex! 1……..2………Angle gets the shoulders up again.

Shelton Benjamin looks like he wants to set up for the Stinger Splash! He whips Kurt Angle into the corner, and charges. Benjamin hits the Stinger Splash! Angle is dazed, and staggers forward. Benjamin looks for the Exploder, and Angle suddenly counters. Anklelock! Kurt Angle locks in the Anklelock, and Benjamin is desperately trying to reach the ropes. There is a struggle, as every time Benjamin seems to inch toward the ropes, Kurt Angle sadistically pulls him back towards the center. After about a minute into the exchange, Shelton Benjamin begins to give one last push. He manages to turn Kurt Angle around, and rolls through. Benjamin rolls Kurt Angle up! Small package. 1………2……….Angle juuuuust kicks out. Angle turns around, and Shelton Benjamin is ready. Benjamin goes for the right hand…….Angle ducks………Angle goes for the Angleslam! Benjamin lands on his feet. Benjamin nails the EXPLODER. This one's over. 1……….2………..Hebner stops the count, pointing to Angle's raised leg on the bottom rope.

It's Benjamin, this time, who can't believe it. Benjamin heads to the top rope now, possibly looking for the cross-body press from the top. Suddenly, Kurt Angle springs up. Benjamin is shaking his head in disbelief, as Kurt Angle jumps up to the second rope. Top-Rope Angleslam! Angle covers. 1………2……..3. It's over. Kurt Angle has done it. (16:01)

Winner: Kurt Angle

(86, 80, 93)

Kurt Angle quickly escapes as the crowd cheers for the amazing match. We immediately cut backstage to Todd Grisham, who is with the challenger for the WWE title, Shawn Michaels.

Who Is HBK?

Grisham: I'm standing here with 'The Heartbreak Kid' Shawn Michaels. Shawn, what is going through your mind tonight? You have a golden opportunity as you face John Cena with the WWE title on the line. What about General Manager Eric Bischoff's comments?

Michaels: Let me tell you something, brother.

Michaels pauses.

Michaels: Just kidding. (Crowd boos) You feel that? You feel that excitement, Todd Grisham? That's the excitement. You see this? (HBK extends his arms). That's goosebumps. This is the way it should be. The Heartbreak Kid is finally back where he belongs. The Main Event. And you know what, you're right, this is absolutely a golden opportunity. You see, I was sitting on the airplane on my way to Oklahoma City just yesterday, and I happened to sit behind two WWE fans. You know what they were saying? They were saying how they couldn't believe what Shawn Michaels had done. They said that Shawn Michaels had sold out. They said that Shawn Michaels had become a bad guy. They said that they USED to be HBK fans.

HBK pauses, as the crowd takes the opportunity to start a small "Cena" chant.

Michaels: And you know what, it was then that I realized just what kind of opportunity I had here. These people think they know what the Heartbreak Kid is all about? They think that Shawn Michaels is about running around doing the right thing? Making friends? Making the fans feel good? They think Shawn Michaels is a good guy? Hell, if that's what they think, then they don't know the real Heartbreak Kid.

Shawn Michaels gives a sick little grin, as Todd Grisham takes a step back.

Michaels: These last few weeks, that's the real Shawn Michaels. The real Shawn Michaels puts up with nobody. Hulk Hogan, he thought he could keep up in the ring with me? He thought I would just lay down for him? BAM! (Michaels hits his hand). One Sweet Chin Note later, he's down on the mat. And John Cena…….you think you knew who Shawn Michaels was? Now, if I were a betting man, I would listen to Eric Bischoff. At the end of the night, that WWE title will be where it belongs, around the Showstopper's gorgeous waists.

Who is Shawn Michaels? A Champion. And I'll do whatever and go through whoever it takes to make sure of it.

The crowd boos again as HBK storms out.

JR: Strong words from the Heartbreak Kid.

King: I gotta say, JR, Shawn Michaels has become a completely different person, and according to him, this is the real Shawn Michaels!

"OOHH…….SHAWN…….SHAWN"

The Heartbreak Kid's music hits and Shawn Michaels comes out from the back. He has an ice-cold stare as he stands in the middle of the ring, waiting for the WWE Champion. The fans stand up in anticipation and they, in fact, go absolutely crazy as John Cena's music hits.

The Champ Is Here!

The WWE Champion walks out from the back to a huge ovation. He's of course, sporting the Sooner Jersey, as he has a microphone in hand.

YO YO……Cut the music.

The Champ Is Here!……. In Oklahoma City

Tons of brothers in the back, ready to offer me pity.

They told me what that fool Bischoff's been saying.

Between him and HBK, I best be praying?

After all, Shawn Michaels, God's on your side.

You wear your crucifix shirt with so much pride.

Well, they want a prayer? Well, here comes one.

G-O-D…..if you up there, hear me out

I admit, I've never been no boy scout

But tonight, I'm going up against the devil himself

His heinous attacks put an icon on the shelf

See there? HBK, the Heartbreak Kid.

More evil than Kaentai, more psycho than Sid.

His age's getting up there, no longer that young

But there's more sweet chin notes to be sung

His in-ring abilities, I've got nothing but respect.

But his smile's already been lost, this match is next.

So if you up there, on behalf of the Chain Gang, this it.

We never back down, we never quit.

So we gonna have faith, that everything is well

Because if it ain't, I'm gonna raise a lot of hell

Who is Shawn Michaels? I can tell you who he was.

He was a hero to millions. Why? Just because.

He cared about the people, he cared about the fans.

Being the Showstoppah! Striking up the band.

But now, that sweet music's singing the wrong tune

Who is Shawn Michaels? Nothing more than Bischoff's goon.

So G-O-D, still there? I almost forgot.

Help this lost sheep make it back to the flock.

You still want some, a'ight, come get it then.

Until next time, G, here's an AMEN.

The fans are somewhat taken back by Cena's unusual "rap." Cena rolls in the ring, and senior referee Earl Hebner is handed the WWE Title. He holds it up. The bell rings, and the main event is about to get underway.

John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels

There are dueling chants to start the match off. The two meet in the center of the ring, and Shawn Michaels hits a right hand to start things off. They hit each other with dueling right hands, with Cena knocking HBK with a big clothesline. Cena gets in a fighting pose, as Shawn Michaels simply laughs it off. Cena charges at Shawn Michaels, who ducks out of the way, and hits Cena with a huge chop. Cena locks up with Shawn Michaels. Cena again is overaggressive with the clothesline attempt, and HBK tosses him over the top rope.

Cena is on the outside of the ring, and just starting to get up. He shakes his head, and takes a breather. With some boos from the crowd, he goes back up the stairs and into the ring. John Cena starts to take over the match. He whips HBK into the ropes once again, and goes for a clothesline. Shawn Michaels runs right past it. Cena turns around, and Shawn Michaels hits him with a body press! 1……….2…….Cena kicked out just in the nick of time. Shawn Michaels runs at Cena, and Cena holds on to the ropes. Shawn Michaels trips over the top rope, and falls outside the ring. John Cena holds on, and follows HBK in pursuit. Shawn Michaels stands up, and Cena picks him up. John Cena drops Shawn Michaels right on the steel barriers. Shawn Michaels holds his chest painfully, as John Cena looks on coldly. Cena grabs Shawn Michaels and goes to throw him face first into the steel steps, but HBK reverses……and sends John Cena into the very same STEEL STEPS!

Shawn Michaels picks up John Cena and rolls him back into the ring. Shawn Michaels comes back, and the crowd is still very much into this. HBK goes to the ground now, and starts working on the left arm of John Cena. He locks in an armlock, and Cena's got nowhere to go. Referee Earl Hebner goes to the mat, and starts questioning Cena for submission. Cena's shaking his head no, and with one quick roll, rolls out of the submission. Cena runs at Shawn Michaels, and HBK sends him back down to the mat with a hard clothesline. HBK goes right back to the armlock. This time, Cena quickly makes it to the ropes, and HBK looks perplexed. Shawn Michaels picks up Cena, and goes for a suplex. He hits the big suplex, and covers immediately. 1………2……Cena kicks out. Shawn Michaels yells at the referee, and covers again. Cena rolls Shawn Michaels up! 1……..2……HBK just kicked out. Shawn Michaels runs at Cena, and Cena reverses it into a inverted Samoan Drop! Cena might've reversed the momentum here! Cena covers. 1……..2……HBK just manages to kick out!

JR: What a terrific battle we're seeing between these two phenomenal superstars!

King: John Cena just managed to hit that amazing reversal, I don't know if he's got enough gas to keep up the attack.

Cena and HBK both start to get up, and Shawn Michaels hits a right hand to John Cena. Cena comes right back with another right hand. Shawn Michaels goes for another right hand, and Cena ducks. Cena hits a big back suplex on Shawn Michaels! Cena shakes it off and covers. 1……..2…….HBK kicked out! John Cena picks up Shawn Michaels, and hits a big hard scoop slam. Cena runs against the ropes, and drops a devastating elbow on the chest of HBK. Cena covers again. 1……..2…….HBK gets his shoulders up!

Cena drags HBK to his feet, and whips him into the corner. He runs, but Shawn Michaels hits an elbow to the face of Cena, knocking him backwards temporarily. HBK takes the opportunity to jump onto the second rope. Cena turns around, and sees a big Missile Dropkick from Shawn Michaels! Shawn Michaels quickly covers. 1…….2……Cena kicks out again! Cena dazedly gets to his feet, and swings at Shawn Michaels. Shawn Michaels ducks and hits an inverted atomic drop. Shawn Michaels hits a running bulldog. He now points to the top turnbuckle. The fans boo as HBK signals for the high-flying elbow drop! This could be it. HBK leaps off the top rope and connects with the huge elbow drop!

Shawn Michaels slowly crawls over to the fallen body of John Cena. He gets one arm over the chest of Cena as the referee counts. 1………..2……………Cena gets his shoulders up! The crowd is going nuts as this fantastic match continues. Shawn Michaels can't believe it, but gets up nevertheless. Shawn Michaels stalks John Cena, waiting for him to get up. Cena gets up, and HBK is striking up the band! Shawn Michaels goes for the Sweet Chin Music! Cena ducks! Cena picks up HBK, and delivers a Spiningout Powerbomb!

King: He calls that move the Throwback, and that was HUGE!

Cena slowly covers. The fans are counting along with Hebner. 1………2……..This time it's Shawn Michaels who somehow gets his arms up! John Cena is knocked out as well, and both men are now down in the middle of the ring. Cena slowly starts to get to his feet, and HBK is up as well. Cena runs at HBK, and HBK catches Cena with a kick to the gut, followed by a DDT! HBK springs up, and this time, he looks determined to get the Sweet Chin Music! Cena struggles to his feet. The fans are begging the champion not to turn around. He does anyway. Shawn Michaels connects with the Sweet Chin Music! The fans are shocked and excited at the same time. HBK covers. 1………..2……….Hebner stops the count. HBK is livid, but Hebner points to John Cena's feet on the ropes!

JR: How the hell did Cena do that? He just escaped pinfall after being hit with the Sweet Chin Music.

Shawn Michaels is shocked, and picks Cena up. HBK goes for a right hand, but Cena ducks. Cena hits HBK with a scoop slam. Cena's feeling it, and he's starting to PUMP IT UP. Cena connects with the 5-Knuckle Shuffle! It's Cena now who is in position to hit his finisher. Cena is stalking HBK. Wait a minute, there's someone running down the ramp. It's none other than Eric Bischoff.

JR: What the hell is Bischoff doing here?

Coach: He made a bet, JR, and Eric Bischoff always delivers.

Cena yells at Eric Bischoff, who in turn hops up on the apron. Cena makes a grab for Bischoff, who jumps off the apron. Meanwhile, HBK turns Cena around. HBK comes back with a right hand, and Cena ducks. Cena hoists Shawn Michaels up to his shoulders! John Cena's going to hit the F-U! Shawn Michaels drops to his feet behind Cena. (81, 90, 72)

Winner and STILL WWE Champion: John Cena

John Cena's music hits, and Eric Bischoff is absolutely livid. Cena raises his arms in victory. Suddenly, the music is interrupted.

Bischoff: NO NO NO NO NO! This can't be happening. Cena, I've had enough of this. There is no way Raw is having you as its champion for one day longer.

Cena staggers to his feet, grabbing onto the ropes for support, signaling that he just beat Shawn Michaels 1-2-3. A big smile appears on Bischoff's face.

Bischoff: Oh, I know you just beat HBK, congratulations on a job well done. I'm talking about your NEXT OPPONENT. Oh, and hey, here's an added treat for you fans………two title matches in one night.

JR: Two title matches? Tonight? What the hell?

Bischoff: And your opponent, you may ask? None other than Mr. Money in the Bank, Edge. Enjoy, Cena.

The fans can't believe it, as Edge's music hits from the back. Bischoff has a huge grin on his face. Cena is staggering to his feet, and Edge runs down to the ring.

JR: Edge has picked tonight to cash in his Money in the Bank Title Shot?

Coach: What a plan by Eric Bischoff and Edge. What a plan. I love it!

Edge runs in the ring. They meet each other with right hands, but Cena is clearly no match for Edge. Edge hits Cena with a huge right hand, dropping the champion to the mat. Awesome show, mate. Must say it took me a while to remember what everyone's storylines were, but the show itself did a good job of recapping. I'm really enjoying The Hurricane's push, and I'm looking forward to seeing who this mystery note came from. My first guess was Mighty Molly, for some reason.

Edge as champion? I tried that in my WWE diary, but soon lost ways to make him seem legit. Hopefully you have more luck than me.

Guest WWE4ever!

I loved the show man, glad to see ur back and nothing's changed! I like the somewhat controversial ending too, this type of twist might give Edge the added heat he really needs to be WWE Champion.

That note, I'm guessing it's from Mr. Andrew Martin himself, Test. Although, you could be trying to throw us. I don't think I would've given Edge the title like that. I would've made Cena take that win, then build up a match for the Taboo Tuesday. Then, everybody thinks Cena's going to win because he looks strong after beating Edge after beating HBK. Your diary though and it's still awesome.

Bah, where's Charlie Haas when you're desperate for points? :P

Great show Thuggy.

I liked the ending, although it would've been a lot cooler without Bischoff. Just Edge coming out with the briefcase, whacking Cena with it as he gets to his feet, and telling the ref to count...meh, it's your diary :P

Angle making Shelton his absolute bitch was surprising. Even if he didn't win, I expected Shelton to actually look like Angle had taught him something after all these months...

I loved the Hardy/Edge/White thing at the start though, that was great. Especially as you went back and held the White/Hassan match later, instead of trying to pretend that the three seconds of Kerwin White's entrance was the match, like the WWE would have.

I have no idea who the note could be from either, unless it's Kane which would be lame, or Evan Karagias, which would be...weird, but cool :P

Glad to see you keep this alive, thug. And I think the show was worth the wait.

Nice to see you actually use the Money in the Bank in a way to make Edge look a real sneaky and coniving asshole. Now all he needs his a few solid title defenses and he's well on his way to being a great heel champion. And while he lost, he kind of elevates Matt Hardy a bit as well since he came close to beating the now champ. And I'm all for Matt Hardy elevation (Y)

Obviously intruiged by the developments with the Hurricane...I think Molly Holly is the first thing that jumped in my mind, but we'll see what you have up your sleeves.

My only problem is RVD being back much earlier than he should considering he's supposedly not going to be cleared to wrestle till 2006, but I guess he got cleared earlier in your world. <_<

Looking forward to more.

WWE Raw

September 18th, 2005

Arena: Kay Yeager Coliseum

City/State: Wichita Falls, TX

Unforgiven Video Package.

We start the show off with the recap of the last minutes of last night's Pay-Per-View. We see John Cena and Shawn Michael's epic struggle which eventually saw John Cena defeat the Heartbreak Kid. We then see Eric Bischoff walking down the ring, announcing Edge, and Edge using the Money in the Bank title shot to pin Cena and become the WWE champion.

Pyros Explode.

JR: It's Monday night. We've got all the fallout from Unforgiven. My god, King, I still can't believe what happened. It's been 24 hours, and I still can't believe it.

King: Well, believe it, because we've got a new WWE champion.

Raw Is Moving?

"I'm Back…….and I'm Better Than Ever….."

Eric Bischoff walks out to huge heel heat. Bischoff is all smiles as he just smiles at the jeering fans. He receives a microphone and thanks the crew. He greets Lilian before stepping in the ring.

Bischoff: Well, well, well, how's everybody doing here in Wichita Falls?

There is a loud smattering of boos. Bischoff is starting to get irritated.

Bischoff: Now, I'm going to ask one time and one time only. If you're not respectful, then I will not continue talking. That's better. Now, I'm pleased to formally announce that Raw will be moving. In two weeks, Raw will be moving to a network that has long shown its appreciation for wrestling and wrestling fans everywhere. On October 3rd, Raw returns home to USA. I would like to take this opportunity now to thank Spike TV for everything they've done for Raw and the company.

The moment is genuine and the fans also take a moment to give Spike TV a round of applause.

Bischoff: But let's talk about the future now. To kick off the move, I am pleased to announce that Raw will be putting on a Homecoming of sorts, a 3-hour event featuring the best that Raw has to offer. I'm talking about superstars like Kurt Angle. I'm talking about guys like 'The Heartbreak Kid' Shawn Michaels. I'm talking about the return of The Game, Triple H!

There is a nice little pop for the mention of the Game.

Bischoff: And yes, of course, our new WWE champion, Edge.

There is again huge heel heat for the mentioning of Edge, but Bischoff only smirks.

Bischoff: Yes, yes. I'm sure you're all a little disappointed by what happened last night. But you know what, what's done is done. I'm not out here to praise our new WWE champion, Edge. Because he'll be out here shortly, and I'm sure he'll want to do the honors himself. Let me just say how thrilling it is to have a champion who I know will represent Raw very well as we move to USA.

Bischoff chuckles, and a "Cena" chant now starts.

Bischoff: Yes, I was wondering how long it would take for that name to surface. All I have to say is……I warned him, didn't I? Let that be a message to anybody in the back. If you think that you can get away with messing with Eric Bischoff, you've got another thought coming. Oh, and don't expect to see Cena tonight. Last I heard, he was still in the hospital. He got his ass handed to him last night, if I remember correctly.

Bischoff laughs again, as the fans continue to boo.

Bischoff: This really is the new era of Raw. New Champion. New Network. But one thing remains the same. I still call the shots around here. And if you don't believe me, just ask John Cena.

Another smirk arises on Eric Bischoff's face. He drops the microphone and leaves.

---COMMERCIALS---

Carlito's Cabana. Special Guest: Matt Hardy

We're back from the commercial break, and the ring is set up for the Cabana. "Cool" plays over the loudspeakers, as we're reminded that Rob Van Dam was able to defeat Carlito at Unforgiven. Carlito, however, appears to be in a good mood as he walks down the ramp, tossing an apple and catching it behind the back. He slides into the ring, poses for the crowd, and gets set to introduce the Cabana.

Carlito: Now, I could be out here, talking about how RVD's victory over me last night was a fluke. I could point to that referee who gave the fastest 1-2-3 that I ever did see, but dwelling on the past……..that's not cool. So that's not Carlito.

King: That count did seem awfully fast for me, but kudos to Carlito for not dwelling on the past.

Carlito: Now, my guest tonight on the Cabana, who is also my opponent tonight, shares this unfortunate thing with me. We both lost last night, but you see, he does not hold the same philosophy as I do. He chooses to whine and complain about something that happened a long time ago, like I know how he'll whine again tonight. It appears that while Matt Hardy WILL NOT DIE, he also WILL NOT SHUT UP. (Crowd boos).

Carlito laughs at his wit, and takes a bite of his apple.

Carlito (mouth filled): So, here's Matt Hardy.

Oh…..yeah……..

The Sensei of Mattitude walks out to a nice ovation. He walks with determination as the camera zooms in onto his battle scars from last night. Hardy asks for a microphone and steps into the Cabana.

JR: Can you imagine what Matt Hardy must be feeling? Knowing that his arch-enemy Edge is now the WWE Champion?

King: Look at those eyes, JR, like a rabid dog!

Carlito: So, Matt, I just want to know. How does it feel to know that while you were at the hospital nursing your wounds, Edge was out here making history, taking the WWE championship?

Carlito laughs as the crowd boos. Matt Hardy lowers his head, and when he finally shows his face, there's an anger that we haven't yet seen on young Matt Hardy.

Hardy: You wanna know how I feel, Carlito? Actually, I think I just might follow that advice of yours and stop whining. See, I'm not out here to talk. But rather, you're looking at a very very pissed off man. So, I would much prefer to do this….

And with that, Hardy nails Carlito in the face with the microphone. Suddenly, we see Jack Doan running down the ramp.

JR: Are we gonna have the match right now?

King: The Cabana's not even cleared.

As the crew hurries to dismantle the set, Matt Hardy continues the assault on Carlito. Suddenly, the bell rings and it looks like this match is underway!

(82)

Carlito vs. Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy has Carlito in a corner. After some right hands, Hardy grabs the bucket of apples, and dumps them all over Carlito. The fans cheer as apples fly everywhere. Hardy almost loses his balance on one, but manages to recover. Hardy quickly moves the match to the other side of the ring, but Carlito gets a shot to Matt's guts. The set is pretty much dismantled, save for the lounge chairs in the center of the ring. Carlito whips Hardy into the ropes, and goes for a clothesline. Matt Hardy ducks……..and delivers the huge Side Effect. Hardy goes for the cover, but stops it after one. Hardy sees the chair in the center of the ring, and motions towards it. Carlito is just getting to his feet, and Hardy NAILS him with the chair! Jack Doan has no choice but to give the match to Carlito via DQ. (2:11)

(76, 73, 79)

Winner: Carlito

Carlito might have won the match, but Hardy is nowhere near finished. He wraps the chair around Carlito's ankles. Hardy quickly heads up to the top rope. The fans cheer, as Hardy flies off the top rope with the Legdrop, landing on Carlito's ankles. Paramedics run out to check on Carlito as Matt Hardy is held back by referees.

King: What the hell has gotten into Matt Hardy?

JR: Matt Hardy has snapped….and he's headed to the back, still not calmed down. I'd hate to run into him back there in this mood.

Tajiri vs. Antonio

We're back from break, as Antonio is actually already in the ring, getting the jobber's treatment. Tajiri's music hits to a nice pop. The Japanese Buzzsaw walks down the ramp, as the Heartbreakers look at him with disdain. Antonio and Romeo embrace before Romeo slides out of the ring. Tajiri and Antonio lock up, as Antonio slowly overpowers Tajiri. Antonio hits a couple of stiff clothesline and throws Tajiri into the corner. Tajiri moves out of the way, and delivers a huge kick to Antonio's back. Tajiri continues with some clever submission moves, targeting the right arm of Antonio. Tajiri looks to have things locked up, when Romeo slides into the ring with a steel chair. Tajiri meets him with a kick to the face. However, Antonio quickly grabs the chair and looks to nail Tajiri with the chair. Suddenly, he is stopped by a hand. Antonio turns around, and is shocked to see Jamie Noble standing behind him. Noble hits him with a kick to the knee, as Antonio drops to his knees. One Buzzsaw Kick later, and the win is Tajiri's. (6:11)

Winner: Tajiri

(71, 68, 74)

A Noble Deed

Jamie Noble celebrates in the ring, as the announcers marvel at Noble being back in the WWE. King even goes to mention that Noble has been honing his skills in Japan. The crowd goes quiet as Jamie Noble has a microphone.

Noble: Now, see here, I've had enough of guys being bullied by these Heartbreakers. I'm tired of seeing my friend, Tajiri, lose because he's always facing two or three men. Now, Tajiri here showed me the ropes this year when I was trying to make it work in Japan. And now, I'm here to return the favor. So, Antonio, Romeo, and anybody else in the back, I'm here……Better Late Than Never, right?

JR: Jamie Noble is back, and he sure was the equalizer tonight.

Coach: But what's that about being better late than never, that sounds strangely familiar. Man, I wish I could put my finger on it.

Who is the Heartbreak Kid?

We see Tyson Tomko stationed outside Eric Bischoff's office. Suddenly, who else but Shawn Michaels walks into the screen. He locks eyes with Tyson Tomko for a tense moment, before Tomko begrudgingly moves out of the way. HBK opens the door, and we see Eric Bischoff sitting comfortably in his chair with his back facing us.

Bischoff: Tomko, I told you not to let anyone in he-

Shawn Michaels spins the chair around, and Bischoff is caught off-guard.

Bischoff: Oh, Shawn, it's just you.

HBK quickly slams his hands down on the desk, and closes in on Eric Bischoff until only inches separate the two faces.

HBK: And what does that mean, exactly, Eric? "Just me?" See, I've been doing a little thinking over what Cena said last night. Who is the Heartbreak Kid? Is he just another one of your goons, Eric?

Bischoff (quickly): No, n-

HBK: No? Then explain why you were out there last night. Explain why you interfered in my match. Explain why that punk Edge ran down and why he's the champion right now instead of me.

Bischoff: Well, Shawn, it's very simple. Last night, we had a common goal, to oust John Cena from the WWE champion. Now, I would loved to see you as champion. Would've LOVED it. But see, you lost. You couldn't come through. You could not do it. Now, as far as Edge. He could. Shawn, if you came in here tonight looking for someone to blame, I'll be that person. But I think you, deep down inside, know that the person who was responsible for your loss last night was the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels.

The crowd boos, as HBK continues to stare at Eric Bischoff before turning around and leaving.

Sylvan Grenier vs. Muhammad Hassan

We see clips from Unforgiven, where Hassan's former ally, Daivari turned up and bloodied Muhammad Hassan after his win over Kerwin White. Sylvan Grenier comes out to the ring first. Hassan follows, still getting a mixed reaction. Before the match starts, however, Sylvan Grenier grabs a microphone.

Grenier: You know, Hassan, for awhile there, you had my respect. But after these last two weeks, I realize that you're just another one of these ignorant Americans. And you know what happens to ignorant Americans? They fail and suffer, like you will tonight when I get down kicking that red, white, and blue kei-

Hassan has heard enough, as he interrupts Grenier wth right hands. The bell rings, and Hassan backs Grenier into a corner, pummeling him with right hands. The crowd dumbly chants USA as the King notes the absurdity of the chant given Hassan's history. Nevertheless, Hassan whips Grenier into the ropes, and drops him with a Samoan Drop. Hassan follows it up with an elbow drop and a cover attempt that only gets two. Grenier battles back, moving out of the way as Hassan goes for another elbow drop. Grenier takes the opportunity to hit a suplex, following that with a knee drop of his own. The match then goes back and forth, before Hassan begins to take advantage once more. Grenier goes for a reverse jawbreaker, but that sets Hassan perfectly for the Back Piledriver that we saw him defeat Kerwin White with. He nails the Piledriver and covers. 1……..2……..3. That's it. (7:22)

(70, 72, 69)

Winner: Muhammad Hassan

Hassan asks for a microphone, cutting off his music in the process.

Hassan: Daivari, I know you're listening to this. I don't want to listen to your excuses, I don't care why you might think you needed to do what you did last night. But boy, I'm gonna make you pay. Mark my words. I've overcome so much to get this opportunity here tonight, and you will not take it away from me.

Hassan drops the microphone, leaving again to mixed reaction from the crowd. The announcers begin to mull it over, but suddenly, we cut to a scene of Edge walking hand in hand with Lita and curiously enough, the black suitcase.

JR: It's Edge! Is he on his way out here next?

Coach: Of course he is…..our new WWE champion, I can't wait!

---COMMERCIALS---

Mr. Champion in the Bank

"You think you know me."

Edge's music hits to huge boos from the Texas crowd. Emerging from the fog and smoke is our new WWE champion, Edge. Edge slowly makes his way down to the ring with an incredibly arrogant and smug expression on his face. Lita has some crutches, but she is all smiles, hobbling behind Edge. Edge has a microphone in hand, but before he can start, the "Asshole" and "Slut" chants begin. Edge, however, calmly waits for the chants do die down.

Edge: So, a funny thing happened last night. You know, I walked into Unforgiven, and everyone was telling me, "Edge, watch out for Matt Hardy." "Edge, be careful, Matt Hardy's mad" (Edge snickers). Well, guess what, not only did I completely waste his ass, I managed to pick up this hot little item right here.

Edge goes to open up the briefcase and holds up the OLD WWE title, no spinner, just the golden belt.

Coach: This is it, guys. The moment so many of us have been waiting for.

Edge: Oh yes, boo all you want. But the fact of the matter is, I have been waiting, I have been patiently waiting for my chance, my opportunity that I earned at Wrestlemania. And last night, I saw it, and I took it. That's how Lita here ended up by my side, and that's how I am now your new WWE champion! So, from this day forth, I'm no longer Mr. Money in the Bank. You can all call me Mr. Champion in the Bank.

Edge snickers as Lita takes over the mike to huge "You screwed Matt" chants.

Lita: That's right, baby. We're on top of the world now, and this just further cements the fact that I made the right decision. Quite frankly, I left that loser with some hesitation. But now, it seems like there is no doubt in anybody's mind that you are indeed more of a man than Matt Hardy. And you're now the WWE champion. And I think that deserve some kind of reward.

Edge has a big grin on his face as Lita leans in, and they kiss passionately as confetti floats down from the roofs.

JR: This is absolutely disgusting, these two. Just rubbing it in Matt Hardy's face.

Coach: Oh, come on, they're celebrating. Look at these two lovebirds.

The kissing continues, until suddenly….

"OH YEEAHHH"

(90)

Edge gained overness from this segment.

A Hardy Demand

Monster Magnet blares over the loudspeakers and who else interrupts but Matt Freakin' Hardy. Lita looks a bit scared, but Edge has a knowing look in his eyes. Matt Hardy begins to charge down the ring, but Edge is ready.

Bischoff: Hold it right there, Matt.

Eric Bischoff walks out from the back flanked by his security guards. They surround Matt Hardy. The crowd is not pleased, although Edge and Lita certainly appear to be.

Bischoff: You're not going to go down there and confront Edge and maybe get your hands on him, even though I know that's what you people want to see. You see, I was fine with you and Edge beating the crap out of each other. Hell, it even made for great TV. But now, Edge here is the WWE champion. So, it's not in the best interest of our company to see you bloody him up and put him out of action. So, gentlemen, please escort Matt Hardy from the arena here tonight.

Edge laughs in the ring, as Matt looks irate. The crowd boos as Bischoff follows Hardy and the security guards to the back. They leave through the tunnel and are now backstage. They are nearing Hardy's car when Matt Hardy suddenly turns around and yells.

Hardy: Hold on a second, Bischoff. Hold on a sec.

He calms down and Bischoff slips by the guards until he and Matt Hardy are face to face.

Hardy: If you won't let me get my hands on Edge because he's champion, I want a title shot.

Bischoff(laughing): HA! Oh, I'm sure you do, Matt Hardy. But you see, unlike Edge, you haven't earned your title shot. Hell, the only reason you have a job is because of Edge. So you're not in any position to make demands. So, I give you the same advice that Carlito gave earlier tonight. Why don't you prove yourself worthy of being the WWE Champion's equal? Now, get out of my arena.

With a final resilient look, Hardy is led away as the crowd shows their disapproval once more.

Another Hurri-Note

We go backstage to the Hurricane's locker room, where he is holding yet another envelope. Stacy walks in, as Hurricane quickly puts it behind his back.

Stacy: Oh, no. Is that another one of those creepy messages?

Hurricane: Oh, not to worry, my fair maiden. You see, based on previous experiences, and his debut here tonight, I think I have deduced the identity of this mystery person. And you know what, these notes will end tonight. In fact, I'm on my way to go find him right now.

Stacy: Right now? But what about Rosey's match?

Hurricane: Oh shoot…..well, I'm sure the S.H.I.T will be able to handle himself fine. This is indeed a more pressing matter right now.

Stacy: Bu-

WHOOSH! Just like that, the Hurricane is gone. We cut to Rosey and Rob Conway, who are already in the ring, waiting for the match to begin. Rosey has a bit of an annoyed look on his face, watching Hurricane's reaction. But he has no time to complain as Conway sneaks up behind him as the bell rings.

Rosey vs. Rob Conway

Conway and Rosey lock up, with Rosey getting the advantage. Rosey backs Conway to a corner, but Conway uses his quickness to gain the upper hand. Conway keeps Rosey off his feet for the majority of the match, but is still unable to wear him out with the headlock. Rosey comes back with a backdrop. Rosey hits a couple of clotheslines, and looks to be in control until Conway hits a low blow. The referee never sees it, and Conway nails a huge DDT to get the pin. (5:11)

Winner: Rob Conway

(72, 76, 69)

Conway, apparently still fuming over his loss to Hurricane, grabs a steel chair and slides into the ring. He is not finished with Rosey yet. The crowd is chanting for the Hurricane, but the superhero is nowhere to be seen. Conway aims, and then delivers a sick shot to the head of Rosey. Conway grins, as the crowd boos.

JR: By god, stop it. Stop this right now!

King: Hurricane is still on that hunt for the note-writer. He should be here saving his friend.

Conway rains another shot to Rosey, as he now places the chair on the skull of Rosey. Conway goes to the top rope, and it looks like he wants to end the S.H.I.T's career. Suddenly, Eugene's music hits. The loveable Eugene runs down to the ring, and stands between Rob Conway and Rosey.

JR: It's Eugene! Thank god Eugene is here.

Eugene grabs the chair, and the crowd chants Eugene. Eugene advances on Conway as Conway cowers in the corner. Suddenly, however, Conway flashes Eugene a sly smile. Eugene, to everyone's shock, returns the smirk. Eugene no longer has the same glossy look. His facial expressions are surprisingly calm and collected.

King: What the hell is going on here?

Rosey is just getting to his feet, when suddenly, Eugene turns and BLASTS Rosey in the head with the chair. The crowd is shocked, as Eugene throws his ridiculous white and red jacket out of the ring. He and Conway embrace. The camera zooms into Eugene, whose expression can only be described as cold and cruel. JR, the King, and Coach are in absolute shock as we cut to a commercial break.

(78)

Eugene gained overness from the turn.

---COMMERCIALS---

Rob Van Dam and Shelton Benjamin vs. Kurt Angle and Kerwin White

JR is still speechless, wondering out lout what could've gotten into Eugene as Kerwin White walks out. He is followed by Kurt Angle and the myriad "You Suck" chants. We see a clip of Angle squeaking out a win over Shelton Benjamin as Benjamin's music hits. Finally, RVD gets a monstrous pop as he makes his way to the ring.

Kurt Angle starts out with Shelton Benjamin. They do a repeat of Unforgiven's technical exhibition, with both men scoring some impressive counters. However, Angle is the first to buckle and he quickly tags in Kerwin White after Benjamin rolled him up for a two-count. White gets taken down by Shelton Benjamin as well. Benjamin is on a roll, and RVD soon tags in. RVD and Benjamin whip White into the ropes, and hit a sweet double jump kick. However, Kurt Angle runs in and clothesline Van Dam from behind. Angle and White stomp at RVD while Benjamin's being held back by the referee. Angle takes over, although no tag was ever made. Angle picks RVD up and delivers a huge suplex. He covers, garnering a near fall. Angle goes down to the mat, trying to ground the high-flier Van Dam. He gets into a grapelock position, and locks in a leg lock. Van Dam is screaming in pain, but eventually manages to grab the ropes.

Kurt Angle stomps at Van Dam a couple of times before tagging in Kerwin White. White goes for a running elbow drop, but Van Dam moves out of the way. White grabs Van Dam's arm and twists it, but Van Dam is able to handspring out of it, following that with a stiff kick to the stomach of Kerwin White. Van Dam tries to run to get the tag, but White trips him up and drags him back to his corner. He tags again to Kurt Angle, who hits some sick chops to the chest of RVD. Angle whips Van Dam into the ropes, and hits the belly to belly suplex. Angle covers again. 1……..2………RVD gets the shoulders up. Angle now grabs the neck of Van Dam and gets the headlock in. Shelton Benjamin tries to get the crowd involved, and a "R-V-D" chant quickly breaks out. Van Dam, feeling the energy from the crowd, pushes out of the headlock. RVD goes for a right hand, but Angle ducks and quickly nails a German Suplex. Angle hits the second, and looks for the trifecta. On the third, though, RVD is able to stick the landing and deliver a spinning heel kick to the back of Kurt Angle's head.

Both men are down in the center of the ring as Angle begins to stir to his feet. Angle goes for a right hand, but RVD blocks it! Rob Van Dam uses those quick feet to kick Angle back into the corner, where Kerwin White makes the blind tag. RVD doesn't notice it and runs to the turnbuckle and hits the Monkey Flip! Van Dam follows that up with the Rolling Thunder on Angle, and covers. 1……..2……..Kerwin White breaks the pinfall up. Van Dam tags in Shelton Benjamin, who delivers a huge kick to the teeth of Kerwin White. Kurt Angle is back up, and goes for the Angle Slam to RVD and connects! Angle turns around, and Benjamin nails him with right hands. Shelton Benjamin whips Angle to the corner, and hits the Stinger Splash on the Olympic Champion! Benjamin goes for the Exploder, but Angle holds on to the ropes, and rolls out of the ring in cowardice. Kerwin White tries to roll Shelton Benjamin up from behind. 1……..2……..kickout. However, White does not notice RVD behind him, who hits the sweep, knocking him down to the ground. Kurt Angle, to everyone's surprise is backing up the ramp, as Benjamin yells at him.

JR: What is this? Kurt Angle's leaving the match? He must have had enough of Shelton Benjamin.

Coach: Shelton Benjamin? Kurt's already beaten him. He doesn't need to prove anything to anyone.

Meanwhile, back in the ring, Rob Van Dam is on the top rope. Benjamin nails the Exploder on Kerwin White, and points to RVD. He flies through the air, hitting his signature Five Star Frog Splash. Shelton Benjamin quickly covers. The crowd chants along with referee Mickey Jay. 1………2………3. That's it. (11:30)

Winners: Rob Van Dam and Shelton Benjamin

Champ Is Here?

We go straight from the celebrating to backstage, where a car pulls up. The crowd goes nut when they see John Cena step out from the vehicle. Cena, bandaged and bruised, has a solemn expression on his face as he immediately begins walking.

Coach: John Cena? He's here tonight?

JR: He's on his way to the ring? Could it be? We'll be right back!

---COMMERCIALS---

Good-Ole Fashioned Main Event Promo

John Cena's music hits and Kay Yeager Stadium flat-out erupts. Cena walks out to the ring, and the crowd quickly silences as Cena grabs a microphone.

Cena: A'ight, a'ight. No funny jokes tonight. No raps. We about to get real serious up here. It's real simple. Last night, I successfully defended that WWE championship. John Cena, the Franchise. Shawn Michaels, the Main Event, the Icon. An instant classic, but at the end, it was John Cena who came out on top. But that's not how the night would end. No, no, no. Because after the match, Edge decided to cash in his Money in the Bank title shot.

The crowd boos, but Cena is quick to dismiss them.

Cena: No, no, chill chill chill. That's cool, I got no problems with that. It was his title shot, and he chose to take his shot when it was best for him. You see, because Edge knows that in a straight up fight, Edge vs. John Cena, there is no way that he could ever beat me. You see, the Champ is STIIIIILLLLL HEEERREEE (Crowd pops). And although the title's now around Edge's waist…..for now…….what say we give it another try, Edge? Right here in Wichita Falls!

Cena takes his jersey (Nolan Ryan) off, and throws it into the crowd. The crowd is on their feet, waiting for an answer.

I'm BACKKKKKK……and I'm Better than Ever

Out from the back for what it seems like the millionth time tonight is Eric Bischoff. Bischoff calmly walks down to the ring, a cocky grin on his face. The crowd chants "You Suck" as he waits for the rudeness to die down.

Bischoff: Well, well, Cena, it looks like the tables sure have turned, haven't they? You see, I promised last night that you would no longer be the champion, and I always deliver on my promises. Now, I understand how you might be a little more inclined to I-don't-know, show me a little more respect. So, since you've already defied your doctor's orders and managed to show up here tonight, I thought it'd be a good idea for me to come down here to meet you face to face. Now, John, what was it what that you wanted? Would you like a rematch for the WWE championship tonight?

Bischoff says this very condescendingly as the crowd cheers.

Bischoff: Hmm….let me think about that……. I don't think so. Why, there are so many people who have been lined up at my office for a shot. You know, the wrestlers that show me respect. I think they're much more deserving of a title shot than a little punk like you, Cena.

Bischoff's grin is gone, as he says the last part with considerable malice.

Bischoff: But hey, I'm nothing if not a fair man. You want a rematch? Well, I have no problem with that. Now, I've been in the back. Maybe you've heard about WWE homecoming, well, I've been thinking of a main event, and you know, you just gave me a great idea. In two weeks, at American Airlines Arena in Dallas, at WWE Homecoming, we will have a little six-man-tag match……Survivor style. It will be Eric Bishcoff's team vs. John Cena's team. That means, Cena, you pick any two of your "homeboys" to face three of my personally-hand-picked superstars. If your team can somehow manage to win the match, then I'll give you your title shot.

The crowd cheers, as Cena eyes Bischoff suspiciously.

Bischoff: But if you lose, Cena……if you lose, you'll never get a shot at that WWE title again.

JR: What? Don't do it, Cena. Don't do it.

Coach: Do it, Cena. It's the only way.

Cena thinks it over, as the crowd boos.

Cena: You know what, Eric, you got a deal. In two weeks, you pick any of your goons. You can pick Shitsky (pops), Blackbeard Tomko, even old man HBK again. Because they'll all feel the Chain Gang.

Cena drops the microphone and holding his ribs, goes to leave, when suddenly, out of nowhere, he gets drilled by a SWEET CHIN MUSIC. Bischoff claps loudly as the crowd jeers again.

Bischoff: You just made the biggest mistake of your career, Cena. Because meet the first of your opponents, Shawn Michaels.

HBK stands callously over Cena in his home state of Texas as the crowd continues to boo. HBK does not look at Bischoff even when he raises his arms in victory.

JR: What is Shawn Michaels thinking? Joining Eric Bischoff's team?

Coach: He finally sees what the winning side is. Good for Shawn Michaels.

JR: Well, we now have a main event for WWE Homecoming. It will Shawn Michaels and two other wrestlers of Bischoff's choice to face John Cena and two of his partners with Cena's title shot on the line!

King: I don't like the chances for John Cena, to tell the truth. Who knows who Bischoff will choose?

The show closes with HBK staring at John Cena as Bischoff looks on with glee.

I like it. RAW was a solid show, with a couple of suprises. You re-united the Lords of the Ring, an excellent move, and you're doing a fine job of building up Hassan. I'm not so sure about Noble being Hurricane's arch enemy but it could be good, depending on how you build it. Or you could completely swerve me. Anyway, I'm enjoying this. Keep it up.

Bischoff tosses Cena's spinning belt to Edge, who promptly destroys Cena with it. Cena has been busted open. Bischoff walks over to the bell table and tells them to ring the bell.

John Cena vs. Edge

Edge is stalking John Cena. Cena turns around, right into a HUGE Spear. Edge covers. Referee Earl Hebner has no choice. The fans are shaking their heads in disbelief. 1………2…….3. It's over! We have a new WWE Champion!
