In no particular order;

Marilyn Manson - The Fight Song

Aerosmith - Love in an Elevator

Metallica - Enter Sandman / One

Tenacious D - Tribute / Fuck Her Gently

Michael Jackson - Thriller / Beat It

Guns N' Roses - November Rain

Red Hot Chili's - Pretty much everything they do.

Nirvana - Heart Shaped Box

R.E.M - Losing My Religion / Everybody Hurts

And a point for Johnny Cash for producing one of two music videos in history that has been able to make me cry, in "Hurt." The other award goes to R.E.M as previously mentioned, with Everybody Hurts.

EDIT: Just missing the list are everything the Beastie Boys, Prodigy and the Bloodhound Gang do.

Buck 65 - Devil's Eyes

Cool concept. Especially the beginning. Definitely sets the mood.

Tiga - Hot in Heere

Marionettes reenacting a rap video. Enough said.

Interesting and kind of moving.

Justin Timberlake - Cry Me A River

The video suits the mood of the song. Completely.

Electric Six - Gay Bar

Dozens of Abe Lincolns. Gettin' it on.

Emo and Puppets.

Alexisonfire - Water Wings

Hardcore dance off.
