Bristol tonight, I'll presume some of our resident Rovers fans are going, I wanted to go, but this friday night schedule fucked it up for me. About the only night this week I haven't had a lot on my plate as well. Ah well, should be a decent game tonight, hopefully the last obstacle before we have an easy run of games for a while. If we win this, we should pick up 95% of the points until December (only really tough team we'll be facing is Leyton Orient, but even they might not be so hard with Southend being the only decent opposition they've faced, that I can remember anyway).

Edit 3: Beckford with a fucking beauty and that is that. Played shit half the game by the sounds of it, but we still win 3-0. Colour me optimistic, bring on Yeovil, Gillingham, Walsall, Crewe and Swansea.

Apparently he was drunk before our game against Hull and was forced home by the board, it was pretty much the last straw. That and the increased drink culture instilled in the club while he was there. Hence why Sol Davis is up for sale and not played and Boyd was released for nothing. If Boyds got himself together now, well done to the bloke.

Boyd is a class act, always has been, don't think he fitted in at Luton but he was superb for us and has been great for Orient.

He was when he played for us, but he was lethal in front of goal, so noone really cared.
