Digital Switchover

So, now that the analogue signal is going to get switched off, or may have been switched off in your area, what have you switched to? Freeview, Sky or some other little company of digital channels?

We've had Sky for a while, so we'll stick with that. I think we're upgrading to Sky+ soon though.

We have Sky+. and I kid about the analogue, we had to use it at Uni sometimes when the Freeview box was borked.

And it doesn't get switched until 2012, right? And not for a few years after that here in Jersey.

I've had Sky Digital for years, so it's no big deal for me. I'd like Sky+, though.

Thing is, I'm the same, I barely watch any TV at all; King Of The Hill a couple of times a week, and that's about it at the moment. But I was at a friend's place a little before New Year, and discussing the 120 Minutes Year-End show (which I missed) and a Scout Niblett video that got played....thanks to Sky+, he played me it, and I was pretty much sold there and then. There's so much stuff on TV that I WOULD watch given the opportunity, I just always forget about it, or I'm never in when it's on, so Sky+ would be a whole world of useful for me. Although I'd probably have to cut down my sleeping time by about two hours a night, at least.

We have Virgin, but we also have a cheap Sky subscription so we can watch LOST/The Simpsons. The Virgin OnDemand stuff is good, they just need to add more HD content.
