The list just needs more.....rules, I guess you'd call them. As soon as a game ends it's someone's priority to PM the person next in line (whether it's RW who maintains the list, or the runner of the game that just ended, doesn't matter, but somebody needs to do it) and once that PM goes out, they've got 48 hours.

I say just like the NFL draft, once you've had your alloted time to get your signup sheet in, the person behind you can jump in at any time and put in their signup sheet to jump you on the list. They get 24 hours and if there's still no signup sheet it jumps to the first 3 people on the list, and so on and so forth until somebody gets one up.

So to give an example, let's say Mage Wars ends at 2pm today. Somebody PMs C-MIL at 2pm as well to say "Hey, you're up". He's got until 2pm on Thursday to get his game signup started; if he doesn't, SSTB gets PMed to say he can leapfrog C-MIL by getting a signup sheet started. If by 2pm Friday neither of them have gotten one up FD gets offered, etc.
