You clearly understand that roleclaiming an important character can be dangerous, yet you think it's OK to clearly state that you have an important role that protects a Town character and you think that's any different? You need to be able to post honestly and consistently to avoid coming across as scummy - the Town as whole made only a slight mistake in pursuing a lynch against you and you made yourself an easy target for the mafia to try and encourage that.
