How can anyone hate a Christmas movie, anyway? They're Christmas movies, and so by definition heart-warming and gorgeous.

I hate Christmas in general. It's stressful, a waste of money and I abhor religion.

Did you know: Gaby's last name is Scrooge. Now you know.

Do you live with people who are Christians? I can understand you being a bit pissed off in those circumstances. And the 'waste of money' argument is a pretty good one: I don't actually buy presents for anyone at the moment, so I'm immune to that. Give it a few years, though...

My mom is Christian, and my dad just enjoys the traditional Christmas stuff. The songs and the customs. He's not so much religious... he just enjoys the Christmas season. My mom gets pissed off about money being spent that we don't have, especially since none of my family celebrate it for the "proper" reasons.

It's just an all-around shitty time at my house. I enjoy watching people open their presents from me, but I always feel bad about getting stuff, because I really don't need anything.

Christmas is just the beginning of the Misery Season though... so I'll drink my Egg Nog, I'll try not to worry about money so much, and I'll watch Jingle All the Way. That should at least get me through.

Seriously though... are there any GOOD Christmas movies? Some of them border on watchable, some of them are decently funny if you're drunk... but most of them are downright bad.

If you don't like Muppets Christmas Carol then you have no soul.

Don't forget Disney's Christmas Carol. That movie is pure awesome.
