OUCH indeed! That guys leg is totally destroyed, horrific. By chance do you know who it is?

Eduardo's injury at the hands (or foot rather) of Martin Taylor the season before last was pretty bad as well, as was Luc Nilis' career-ending leg break in a collision with Richard Wright a few years ago. I don't have pictures of either but I'm sure a quick google search could find them.

EDIT: Ok, went and found them. They all come with a warning for sure, but then I doubt if you need one you'd have come this far in the thread already! Along with another infamous Premier League leg break, David Busst of Coventry at the hands of David Irwin over a decade ago. And, Cisse's against Blackburn was mentioned, but even harsher on him, he broke his leg again in 2006 against China, playing for France. This is arguably the worst one I've ever seen, and if it isn't, then it's only beaten by one of the other three below.

I can't remember who it was, think it was a goalie, he got slashed in the neck by someones hockey skates, very nasty. He did survive though.
