EWR 2010 Stats Update: February

Recommended Posts

Finally, I've been going through the staff as of late and noticed something odd... Pierre Vigneault as a referee. For those who don't know, Vigneault was probably most famous as Frenchy Martin, manager of Dino Bravo in WWE in the late 80's... I looked him up on Wiki and a couple other places and saw no mention of him as a referee. Is there ANY staff position that he could fit? The research I did (although I admit was very limited, about 5 minutes) states he was a wrestler and a manager, nothing else. If we can put him in a realistic spot on staff, that's fine. If not, he'll likely be deleted. Unless someone REALLY wants to post stats for him, I don't forsee adding him to the game, as it looks like he's been retired for about 20 years.

He could rather be an announcer or trainer, with booker checked. Aged 66, backstage 95, not sure on his skill level though.

Scott D'Amore announced the following tonight:

TNA wrestling producer and former on-air manager of Team Canada, Scott D'Amore has decided to leave TNA Wrestling effective immediately. D'Amore, who most recently was the agent for the TNA Knockouts division, which produced some of the highest ratings for SpikeTV's Impact, has decided to pursue a new wrestling project in Canada. D'Amore's Border City Wrestling, based out of Windsor, Ontario, will be merging with Toronto's BSE Pro Wrestling, run by Jason A. More details will be released in the near future, but the new company is planning to run extensive live events, Pay Per Views, DVD releases as well as develop a new television series.
