I just cannot buy a goal these days. I can make decent enough passes from time to time but I just never seem to be in a position for a shot, and when I am it goes just past the post

I have somewhat of the same problem with shots outside the box.

Yeah, the one problem I have with tele mode vs pro is tele is much harder to line up your shots in. I'd say as far as being on goal goes I'm 30% better in pro. Tele is superior by far for every other outfield role, but if you're a dedicated finishing striker, pro all day.

Still can't seem to take penalties that don't either fly off or head straight forward though. Course that might be a boon in club play because they'll be expecting to have to dive for a corner... . Defending penalties is not something I'm fond of either.

Somehow I have an absolutely outstanding penalty statistic having only missed one with friends and having never, ever conceded. I'm not quite as good online (for whatever reason) but if my players are a bit ragged come extra time I always feel more confident letting it go to penalties.

I should buy more penalty takers for ultimate team >_>.
