Looking at their squad today, its difficult to comprehend how they maintain a top six position. I'd look at cutting everyone but Szczesny, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Song, Arteta, Walcott, Ramsey and van Persie and just start again, nobody coming off that bench is a game changer.
