I agree that Dott is boring when he's amongst the balls but he never quite knows when he's beaten. Unless Murphy or O'Sullivan knock it up a gear, I can't see anyone other than Selby winning the tournament.

Ding/Bingham 12-11 to Bingham at the moment with Ding in control. This could go to a decider.

I thought Ronnie was going to be implode after missing that red but thankfully he held it together. I wish the commentators wouldn't have tried to gloss over their poor form by calling it a "tactical battle."

That red was a shocking miss, you'd pot that 1000 out of a 1000, just shows what pressure does.

12-12 now in Ding/Bingham, deciding frame is very cagey at the mo.

I missed this morning's snooker, I was up late last night for Raw so I was being lazy and stopped in bed. By the sounds of it I miss a good session, I didn't expect Trump to be so commanding against Dott but I did expect him to win. As for Williams/Allen, that's pretty much what I expected, a close match with Williams edging it.

Sad to see O'Sullivan go out but in all fairness he has been inconsistent through out. For me, Williams has been the most consistent. I think he's a good outside bet.

Too many misses from Ronnie, he could have took a lead into tonight's session but messed it up. Unlucky on the fluke in the final frame though but I think Higgins deserved it overall. I wouldn't wanna call a winner between Higgins and Williams.

Williams and Trump have been the most consistent but on the other hand Higgins and Ding have overcome stronger opposition in the later stages of the tournament. It's a tough one which could really go either way.

I'll stick my neck out and say Williams/Trump for the final.

Hoping for Williams-Trump in the final - there doesn't appear to be a whole lot on TV tonight, so I'll be watching.

Should be a good session tonight, arguably the two best potters the game has ever seen. I have a feeling Higgins will come out on top but it'll definitely be close.

Unbelievable flukes from Trump in these last couple of frames, Ding rightly back on level terms, should probably be leading given the way this session has been. Cracking match though.

Ding will run away with it tonight if Trump plays like he did this morning. The final maybe just one step to far for him this year in my opinion.

Higgins has just pulled back to 9-7 at the end of the session, Williams is playing well though it could easily be 10-6 or 11-5, Higgins just won't lay down though.

Trump and Ding have their third session tonight and then both semi's finish up tomorrow. It's quite hard to call at this point.
