Official Tottenham Hotspur Thread

Recommended Posts

Cos we need a thread as there's a million of us Spurs fans on EWB.

A decent start to the season, and Carrick is a decent signing I think.

Th ings are looking up at the moment. If we can go away to West Brom tomorrow and do the job I'll feel better - those are the sort of games we should be winning.

Oh and :shuriken::shuriken::shuriken::shuriken:

NINJA STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!

Finally... Now the 3 Spurs fans on here can talk about a real football club. And for the record, we definately have the sexiest shirts in the League, let alone London.

Tottenham are set to complete a move for Nice defender Noe Pamarot, after agreeing a £1.7m fee for the player.

Nice president Maurice Cohen said the 25-year-old "will be in Tottenham on Monday to sort out the last details of his contract".

Pamarot spent an unsuccessful spell at Portsmouth four years ago but is keen to prove himself in England.

He said: "After a bad season with Portsmouth, I am really eager to make the new challenge a great success."

Leave this topic please.

The win against Newcastle was reasonably well earned, Atouba seems like a good player, but he really needs to settle in some more. Paul Robinson seems to be doing a great job now hes got a better than shit defense. Im looking forward to this season.

Spurs in shock Figo move

Spurs are reportedly attempting to sign Real Madrid superstar Luis Figo on a free transfer.

According to The Guardian, Spurs have managed to persuade Madrid to let Figo leave the Bernabeu on a free transfer.

Tottenham have also apparently managed to get Real to agree to pay a third of the player’s £6m per year salary.

If the reports are true then this will surely be one of the biggest transfer coups in the club’s history.

Figo has made it clear in the past that he fancies a move to the Premiership and the draw of living in London could be a big factor in persuading the Portuguese international winger to sign for the North London club.

Guest PlagueUK

It was reported Sir Alex was lining up a few million off for Figo a few days ago too.

Plus Spurs are full of crap they always claim to be inline to buy someone, it's ridiculous. As soon as it's reported a club is after someone Spurs are also after them.
