If you migrate your account to the UK then it might work. Just need to go to download history on that account on your Xbox and restart it, once you've deleted the existing one that is.

I migrated mine to the US though and it didn't seem to work. :/ Will have to wait 3-4 months or whatever the limit is and try again.
