For anyone it doesn't work for - try leveling up in free mode. Not sure if it actually makes a difference but it worked for me in there.

I made my buddy do Slap a Bike last night and the first "What the Fuck" was well worth it. I told him that when he meets you guys and gets to experience Sky Pantos, he'll be cussing a whole lot more.
