Nothing in the new features strikes you as a worthy upgrade? The new posting system and league prestige, coupled with advanced player creation and upgraded player ratings makes it look like a brand new game.

I try not to get two baseball games a year, and since I'm getting The Show on PS4, I will be holding off on a new OOTP until next year.

It does look like the additions are great, just a limit I put on myself.

The thing that always bugged me about OOTP was that a guy immediately turned to shit as soon as he hit 30. The game was fun, but that always turned me off. I haven't played any of the recent versions, though.

I think you'll have to mess around with the aging sliders. I've had guys on OOTP 14 stay really good into their late 30's. Matt Harvey for one stayed good until he was 40, and then he broke his everything and his career was over.

As for OOTP 15, I'll be getting this in a few weeks.

I play Football Manager way too much, but OOTP makes me feel small and inept.

There´s stat crunching, and then there´s OOTP ramping it up to 12.

Probably won't get this right away, I'm a Baseball Mogul guy I must admit, but I do know that OOTP Decelopments are making an NFL management game and that has got me excited

Edit. Also I think jasonmufc hit the nail on the head there. Even I get completely lost with OOTP

Been actively tracking this game and considering getting it however, read a review on operation sports that had a good review. And since their hockey game has the worst reviews by users I'm just gonna stay far away from that and probably invest my money into the new OOTP, or possibly even first their mobile app iOOTP or whatever it's called. Has anyone tried that?

iOOTP isn't nearly as in depth as the PC version. I agree with you though, Hockey Manager is a terrible game, but a valiant effort for the first iteration.

I would love to learn how to play it, but it simply just swamps me with screens and shit and I don't want to delegate stuff either because I won't learn it that way...

That's amazing. I have been toiling away with crappy ass Football Mogul for years, but I am truly interested in this because despite OOTP being sensory overload, they create deep ass sim games.
