I have just spent the last two days playing the Sujimon game. It's so good. I just beat Joker, so now I just need to level up my 'mons to around 50 and I'm golden! Edit: do NOT do this if you are not progressing the story. There's a real battle against level 31 enemies. I was level 23.

You were right, it was a nice little diversion/palette cleanser! It's cute, quick, and worth checking out if you just want a chill experience!

I finished up Eiyuden Chronicles, and I think the reviews saying it's a 6-7/10 are correct. There are some good things like the character design, the animations, music and combat in general, but there are so many other little things that annoy the heck out of me like... -Not being able to save anywhere -Magic being almost useless. Late game spells cost 100MP, and most people have 300MP at that point, with no easy way to recover -The rune lens equipment items can only be switched out at a specialty shop, which is a pain -The 'war' combats are slow and overly easy, whereas on the other hand... -The duels are so bad. You're basically guessing at what to pick (I had to look up a guide because I got frustrated), with nothing really telling you if you're picking the right option or not. I had fun with it, but not something I would play again to get the true ending.

How was it? My son played a bit of it on gamepass, looked cute!

Chitose's voice actress is the same as Yuffie's from FF7 Remake/Rebirth. I thought she sounded familiar! She's my favorite already.

Both fantastic turn-based games that you can't go wrong with.

Really loving Infinite Wealth so far, there is SO MUCH to do! I just unlocked the Suijimon stuff, and it's great.

Yuffie was one of my favorites for combat, I regret not learning how fantastic Doppleganger was until late in the game. My favs were Cloud, Yuffie and Tifa. Red and Barret were alright. Aerith and Cait I did not enjoy.

I want to get it, but I also want to wait until the full game is released.

Just started Infinite Wealth. I forgot how much of a goodie-goodie Kasuga is. I love him.

The next 3-4 years will be torture. Fantastic game. If anyone is still playing, rush the story. It should be experienced with minimal breaks. The rewards for the side quests ain't worth it.

Rolled credits on Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth. High chance it's my game of the year. Waiting 3-4 years for the finale will be torture, but worth it.
