    So I'm pretty much all caught up on my MCU watch-through. I still want to watch Doctor Strange & Guardians 2, but I saw them both in theatres. There's also Spiderman, which I'm torn about seeing in theatres or just waiting for it to come out online. I have a ton of tv on my watch list (The Leftovers, Sense 8, The Wire), but I would like to go through the Marvel TV Universe at some point too.

    Watched Captain America: Civil War the other day. I had no idea Spiderman was in it, but I really like the kid who plays him. Really fun movie, maybe top 3 of all the ones I've watched so far. Was kind of nice to have a movie that didn't have a traditional bad guy and was just the group infighting.

    Fun baseball facts. Mike Trout hit a home run on his birthday yesterday, the 4th time he has done so in 6 years. Bryce Harper hit his 150th home run at 24 years and 295 days old, the exact same age as Mike Trout when he hit his 150th home run.

    Just finished Ant-Man in my MCU watch-through. What was the general opinion of Ant-Man? I loved it, but it may have just been my complete love for Paul Rudd.

    Stannis just showed up in the north at the end of Season 2 (?) without anybody knowing he'd be there.

    What an episode. This season has been spectacular. I like that the Lannister army has Ed Sheeran and Noah Syndergaard and that Mac and Charlie from It's Always Sunny are in the Unsullied.

The idea of the show gives off the impression that everything is perfect because the North won. If the South won, things would have been so much worse. But that diminishes the fact that black people in America still face the consequences of the Civil War.

    So what got me back into the show was going to a Drag Race show in Toronto. Funnily enough, I fucking hated Sharon Needles. Her performance was terrible, she said "thanks Montreal!" and she sprayed some weird foam all over the audience. I was pissed. Then I watched Season 4 and was like "oh my god, I can't believe I hated her. I love her."

    Yeah, a long time ago I tried to watch Seasons 1 and 2 and just could not get into it. Watching Season 4 is what hooked me and then I watched them all in chronological order.

    Willy Garcia and Yoan Moncada collided on the field in the White Sox/Blue Jays game. Garcia slid to catch the ball and Moncada knee'd him in the head, looked pretty awful. Garcia seemed okay, but was taken out for evaluation. Moncada was carted off the fielded.

    And nearly was traded to the Blue Jays, if not for a failed physical. EDIT: Apparently that was before his trade to the Mets, though I thought it was after.
