  1. Will do. but all i've heard of them so far is nothing close to atmospheric. Unless we have very different ideas on what atmospheric is.
  2. How's this for a fantasy football team? I'm currently 1-1, and 8th in my division (out of 10), over at Yahoo. my dad reckons my team's quite good, but I got thrashed 100 - 45 last week... Offense QB M. Bulger (StL - QB) WR T. OwensP (Phi - WR) WR T. Pinkston (Phi - WR) WR R. Proehl (Car - WR) RB T. Jones (Chi - RB) RB C. Martin (NYJ - RB) TE R. McMichael (Mia - TE) BN J. Rice (Oak - WR) BN T. BradyP (NE - QB) BN T. Wheatley (Oak - RB) BN A. Bryant (Dal - WR) Special Teams K P. Edinger (Chi - K) Defense DEF Indianapolis (Ind - DEF) BN Chicago (Chi - DEF) BN Dallas (Dal - DEF)
  3. Seems sort of odd to me. Halo's all futuristic and that, how they going to explain it? Like Burnout/SSX3's EA Radio?
  4. They have some alright cheerleaders. I went to see World Bowl 11 in Scotland last year (or the year before?), twas quite good, shame Scotland keep underperforming...
  5. I need to get Killzone and GTA: SA. And the usual cavalcade of sports games.
  6. Sucks, our secondary's in tatters and our QB's out. It was such a promising season before it started...
  7. Fuck off. It was massively popular just a few years ago, and the Super Bowl is still the most watched sporting event (single day) over here. In fact, the American bowls of the late 80's early 90's actually sold out Wembley. Ok, so it's not quite got the hardcore support it once had, but there's still a solid fanbase, even if they tend to just watch the NFL on tv. I tried out for my university team today (yeah, the british universties/colleges have a league, it's very successful), it's fun, I'm jsut useless
  8. Cellular looks fantastic, not heard great reviews though. I don't tend to agree with critics though.
  9. Dodgeball is brilliant. As is Shaun of the Dead. Girl Next Door is good, a little overrated, but for fans of Elisha Cuthbert (read: warm-blooded males), it's a blast.
  10. My dad told me the Bears have signed Chad fucking Hutchinson as Rex is out for the year. Is this true? ugh.
  11. Ed's the best. "I'll do it on the night." "ED! This IS the night!" "Ugh. Ergh." Course, not remotely funny without the actions...
  12. What's iron chef? Some sort of culinary battle to the death?
  13. NFL Europe? Pah, may as well be NFL Deutschland. Rhein,Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne , Scotland, Amersterdam. 4 out of 6 teams. London/England's franchise, the Monarchs folded 'cause the morons started travelling round the country rather than having a set base. The organised game over here is merely amater, countries like Germany have semi-pro leagues (hence the four NFL Europe teams). Our amatuer league is struggling to be honest, there's not much interest, it's really quite sad for the hardcore fans, like myself,to see the teams play in fairly nice stadiums, to shabby stadiums, to plain fields now, no stands. 14. English people have no patience. I really enjoy the sport, have done for a long time. Been to see two American Bowls, and I follow the British Senior League, thouhg my beloved Birmingham Bulls have fallen on hard times. I'm trying out for my uni team soon too. It's aweosme, I love the contact and strategy involved.
  15. Yeah, but than he'd be lying. I haven't seen Shaun of the Dead since I'll have to travel 45 minutes to go see it and my friends just happen to be going tommorow when I work. It'll come sometime to the artsy theatre here in small-town Canada, but not the Famous Players. ←
  16. So...How many baseball Halls of Fame are there? I assumed it was one to each sport.

Thanks SDM, i just spat choclate all over my laptop, you funny bastard, you.
  18. Best extra is when Pegg and the other guy (can't remember the actor's name, plays the room-mate) do a scene like scousers/beetle-esque. And it's nice to know that the Americans will respect when a decent British movie is made, I'm sick of always being told by Americans that Brit films and comedy is shit.
