And million Dead have done a good one of the Smith's "Girlfriend in a Coma" They did it live, apparently it's been recorded for a Smith's tribute album, but i've not been able to acquire it.

The Hell Song video is genius. Not heard the new song, so I can't comment, but there's one track on the "Does This Look Infected?" album that sounds exactly like POD's "Alive."

You can't rate a player's ability based purely on stats. Sure, he may share a lot of tackles, but he's that much better because he forces opposing teams to accomodate him - freeing his team-mates up to make plays. You can't just look at stats, you have to take the intangibles into account too. And Olin Kruetz is a way better center than Kevin Mawae, no question.

Hmm, no-one's mentioned the shock victory of the week, so I'll take my chance to gloat about the Bears mauling the hated Packers. Even the esteemed analysts on Countdown were picking GB in the Eliminator. Talk about having your shit ruined, next stop, Minnesota! Although it sucks that Mike Brown's out for the season.

In Fight Club, he shoots himself through the cheek, so the only real problem is the blood loss, The Collateral one is a little less explainable I'm assuming he was a shit shot. Aren't movies supposed to be about suspending disbelief?

Portable consoles don't rely on NTSC or PAL to display stuff, so the hardware is identical. As to whether the actual game content is different, I couldn't say, though I'd asusme it wouldn't seeing as there'd be extra costs involved and stuff.

If you're into sports and detectivity, I'd recommend anything by Harlan Coben. I'm not entirely sure what order they run in, but it doesn't really matter. "Fade Away" and "Darkest Fear" are my favourites. he's also got books out called "Deal Breaker," "Drop Shot," and "Back Spin" Definitely worth a read, even if it's not for a class...

I regularly play DVD's on my PS2, never had any problems. And it's not always an option to buy a dvd player as well as a ps2, for example if you're at uni and need to save as much space as possible...

I used to love these kind of games, but I never had the patience or the ability to work out the puzzles, and I really grew to hate them. Which Monkey Island game was the one with the monkey dude and the canon in the first room? 'Cause it took me an eternity just to get out of there :S
