Tarantino makes cool movies that appeal to a certain demographic (men who love blood and machismo), but he's a one trick pony. He seems content releasing the same movies over and over again, and borrowing heavily from other film directors. I'd love for Tarantino to step outside his box and make something vastly different from the rest of his films. Unfortunately, I doubt he will, and will probably get the same style of films made over and over again. I'm not asking Tarantino to go Kevin Smith on our ass and release awful experiments in other genres (Jersey Girl and Cop Out, anybody?), but some variation on the formula would be nice.

Good luck to the creators of the game. There are a lot of people posting in this thread making it look like a pissing contest of who can trash the game more, but in all honesty, the iPhone market is huge and is potentially lucrative. If you guys are able to put a well crafted game out on the market and get some positive press, I'm sure you guys will have success. I will definitely give it a try in the future when it's released. I was talking with my friend who is an engineer a few weeks back about the stage collapse here, and he said that it's very obvious the problem with these stages being that they all have some sort of backing to them. If the wind can blow through with little resistance, it's not going to create a huge problem. Create a back drop so that you increase lighting and cover up what's going on behind the scenes, and you are going to start creating problems.

Yeah, the win option was altered when I went to play my game and only Conquest was selected. I played for a good hour before I realized and didn't want to restart a new game so I went with it. Big mistake. Long ass game ahead of me apparently and a chance I'm not even going to win, haha.

Not my first war... I've taken out the French and the Chinese by myself and took their land. The French were on another continent and everybody ganged up on them and took them out, but I didn't contribute jack shit. Now it's basically just a huge stale mate. The nations left standing are Victoria, Catherine, Washington, Huyana, Isabella and Mansa Mansa. Everybody is friendly and pleased with one another and nobody can be coerced into doing anything stupid. No one wants to cancel their deals or declare war on each other. I've got five cities north of Isabella on a continent only she resides in. I've been transporting a good percentage of my military there and building up. I declared war on her and played defensive as she sent basically her entire military up to attack me. After 3 or 4 waves of her attacks, I took two of her cities on the same continent. I noticed she had shipped over a boat load of enemies onto my other continent, so I air bombed them, decimated them and made a 10 turn peace treaty with her. I'm going to lay low for twenty turns, take out her capital and than take the rest of her continent. I've got spies in most of her cities just stopping production, so she isn't rebuilding her army. Than, I'm basically fucked. Several of the nations left standing have defensive pacts with one another. If I declare war on the second biggest army, he has defensive pacts with 3 of the other people left standing, so that option is off the table as they'd clearly overtake me.

EDIT: And the Funny 115 Version 2 is hilarious. Just great write ups for everything. Dude has some serious time on his hands.

Yeah, I came to the realization last night that I am going to have to declare war on Isabella. I just made a shit load of spies, planted them all in her city centres are am destroying her production on everything. Declared war on her, and let her come to me. My estimation is that I've probably decimated about 1/3 to 2/4 of her entire army, and lost MAYBE 10-15 units. She was attacking with Cavalries and I was defending with Modern Armour and the big tanks. She didn't have a chance. I think my next move is to drop one nuke on her most heavily protected city and I think she'll be easy to knock out after that. Than I'm royally fucked, because my options are to either take down the second biggest military on the globe and the people who I'm sharing my continent where all my forces are (the Incans) or go and try and take down one of the three other nations left standing who all reside in their own continent where I don't have a single city but have significantly smaller armies than me (Washington, Mansa Mansa and hmm... I want to say England). I think the smarter move is to declare war on incans, wipe them out completely, rebuild and go after the other continent.

Need help fellow EWBers. I'm playing Civ IV, currently playing a round where I got to destroy everybody. There are six of us remaining in the game. Big problem - everybody is on friendly and pleased terms with one another, except for me and Isabella. I've got Defensive Pacts with three other nations (two of which share a continent with me) and they all are pleased with Isabella. She is furious with me, as I keep sending spies and making outrageous demands of her. Only problem is she refuses to declare war on me. I'm by far the biggest military left standing, however, I'm not big enough that I can go declare war on Isabella without pissing off everybody remaining in the game. I've got about 35 nukes stockpiled that I could use to wipe out Isabella totally, but I'll end up alienating all the other players and they'll just declare war on me and all knock me out. Any creative ways around this? How the fuck can I get Isabella to declare war on me, or alternatively, get everybody to hate Isabella and I can nuke her without a care in the world.

Somewhere between 16-20. I think I might do an Exile Island start with four tribes and merge them shortly after. I liked that dynamic.

Great list so far GoGo. I don't love everything you've included so far, but you've got a wide ranging taste that makes for interesting "who will appear next on the list?!" quality.

Hey, GoGo, now that you've gone through all the seasons... I'm going to write a Survivor fan fiction this summer for shits and giggles as I've got the month of August off before I toil my life 12 hours a day for the rest of my life. Who would you include from past seasons that weren't included? I'm thinking of going with a Winners/Runners Up versus Fan Favorites/Early boots type theme.

Nic is a really great season. I enjoy it a lot. So many great characters. Na'Onka, Fabio, Marty, both Jimmys, Jane, Holly, Sash, Brenda. Really is a top notch cast.

My favorite tribal council of all time. What a fucking shit show. EDIT: To add, Nic is fun because when you divide people by age, you take out a natural way people would form alliances and relationships and force people to make alliances and partners in the game above and beyond "you are young, so am I, let's vote out the old people." I think the second tribal council in Nic really emphasizes that. If the people who voted out Shannon were on a tribe with him divided not by age, they'd probably be in an alliance together.

Yeah, apparently she is quite close with the woman behind casting and had taken a vacation prior to Heroes vs Villains while Samoa was being filmed.

EDIT: I think the worst part of Heroes vs. Villains is the players pretending like anyone knew how Russell played before the game started. It's so cringe-inducing. Well one player did know how Russell played (apparently).
