  1. Brum played in a kit like that in the 70s i believe. I'm sure i've seen something like that on midlands today.
  2. Thin Lizzy - The Boys Are Back In Town Johnny Cash - Hurt Meat Loaf - Bat Out Of Hell Chuck Berry - Johnny B. Goode Machine Head - The Blood, The Sweat, The Tears
  3. My Prediction - Man Utd 2 - 0 Chelsea. I think Chelsea's injury problems will hurt their team.
  4. The Forest/Yeovil game was brilliant. Yeovil deserved to win it and i hope they get promoted since they were only in the conference 7 years ago. Leeds vs. Forest next year in the third tier of English football. Whoda thunk it?
  5. Looks like it's being modelled by a scally too.
  6. I believe Tottenham have a stripe like that on their socks this season. Atleast Puma have got rid of the one striped sleeve this year, it looked bad on Stoke's kit but worse on Bristol City's. Bolton's kit is a bit like an old England rugby one.
  7. Terry Wogan is the sole reason to watch Eurovision, without him it just be a night showcasing bad songs from all over Europe.
  8. So Stoke didn't make the play-offs but could be worse, we could be Leeds. Leeds United FC - From Valencia to Vale in 6 Years.
  9. Rangers or Celtic, cant remember which is what I had heard.
  10. I see Rowan Atkinson more as Edmond Blackadder than Mr Bean. Blackadder is one of my favourite sit-coms, next to Only Fools and Horses, Red Dwarf and The Young Ones, mainly because of Atkinson's portrayal of Blackadder.
  11. Can't say i like Brum too much but well done for Sunderland for a complete turn around of their season, from bottom of the league when Keane took over to automatic promotion. Looks like if Stoke creep into the play-offs we'll be facing Derby, who we have beaten twice this season, but will still probably be the toughest out of all the possible play-off teams.
  12. 4 vs 7 and 5 vs 6 or atleast that's the way they do it in the Championship.
  13. Stoke was great today, 3-1 vs. Col U after going 1-0. We're still 7th in the league but only by goal difference, and need to win next week away at QPR with either a Southampton, West Brom or Wolves draw/loss. Oh and how the mighty have fallen with Leeds being pretty much relegated. Found this link on a Stoke forum, sign it for your team if it's not on there - http://boards.rivals.net/default.asp?sid=8...toid=2118646611
  14. Leeds better not get relegated on Saturday, my mate's a huge Derby fan and they play Leeds on the last day of the season and he wants to relegate you. It'll be the highlight of his season, since i hope they don't get promoted. As far as Stoke go, Burnley and Brum did us a favour by beating WBA and Wolves, now hopefully if we win against both Colchester and QPR, either WBA, Wolves or Preston should atleast draw one of their games so we get the last play-off place. Plus Preston play Brum on the last day of the season so that'll be tough for them to get the 3 points. Hopefully Stoke don't go and screw things up like last week.
  15. That would be correct.
  16. Although his Stoke days were anything but his best days, he's still a legend for being apart of the England World Cup winning team in 66. 61 is such a young age to go at too. RIP Alan Ball - True England Legend.
  17. Here's a website on Mister Saxon [post=http://www.votesaxon.co.nr/]http://www.votesaxon.co.nr/
  18. I'm sure i'm not the only one but i am loving Leeds' downfall. I'm really hoping for their relegation.
  19. Little annoyed that Stoke only took a point away from Cardiff today put we're still only 2 points away from the play-offs with 3 games to go versus Hull, Colchester and QPR. We should get wins against Hull and QPR, Colchester will be difficult but with the way Stoke have been playing as of late, i reckon they can win it. I think the 3 going up will be Sunderland, Brum and Stoke (Gotta keep the faith).
  20. Club, England is just a month's worth of fun coming round once every 2 years, Stoke is there 365 days a year and boy the thrill i'd get out of them getting promoted this year.
  21. 1. Sean Bean 2. Al Pacino 3. Morgan Freeman 4. Robin Williams 5. Jim Carrey 6. Matt Damon 7. Bruce Willis 8. Johnny Depp 9. Tom Hanks 10. Christian Bale
  22. We actually reached the Semis of both the World Cup and Euro. We were very unlucky though in the Semis of Italia 90 and lost out on penalties to Germany.
