  1. In reference to your current signature, I feel the need to offer up this.

  2. If NXT/Superstars are airing solely on the network, it should definitely be added. As for ratings and stuff like that I'm not too sure. IMO the Pay-Per-Views should stay as they are right now unless something really drastic happens.
  3. I don't think season 4 has even aired here yet, at least not on free-to-air
  4. Although I've been watching the Open instead, I'd have to agree. I thought the Big Bash was just a gimmicky waste of time that wouldn't be at all fun to watch compared to the regular forms of the game, but it's actually pretty good if you just want to see a quick, fun game. It seems better than the IPL and International T20s I've seen, but maybe that's just because I have an idea of who 3/4 of the players are. All I'm saying is, give it a shot. EDIT: And Damien Fleming is really funny to listen to as well.
  5. That sounds like a pretty good idea but to be honest I haven't been following the recent updates too much. APW sounds like a no-brainer to get rid of if there's another promotion people want to be added.
  6. Only the Renegades could do that, unfortunately there's such a huge difference between their best and worst and with Finchy on national duty, the team's got next to no chance to make the finals now.
  7. Yeah I agree, it's really bad that they're still playing in 40+ temperatures. Even if it's only taking off a couple of hours in the hottest part of the day for the outside courts and closing the roof on the others, something has to be done. 9 people retired from their matches in the first round, if that's not a sign that something's seriously wrong with how they're handling it then I'm not sure what is.
  8. As I type this, Daniel Brands and Gilles Simon are locked at 7-6, 4-6, 6-3, 3-6, and currently 13-12 in the fifth. On a day where it reached 43 degrees Celsius about halfway through the match, it's been over 4 hours on court.
  9. Also out on Day 1 are Kvitova, Errani and (perhaps not as surprisingly) Venus Williams.
  10. Full draws are out! http://www.ausopen.com/en_AU/scores/draws/index.html As for my predictions, here they are; Men's Singles Winner - Novak Djokovic [2] Runner-Up - Rafael Nadal [1] Semi-Finalists - Rafael Nadal [1] vs Jo-Wilfried Tsonga [10], Tomas Berdych [7] vs Novak Djokovic [2] Best Aussie - Lleyton Hewitt (3R) Best Unseeded player - Florian Mayer, Jarkko Nieminen (4R) Group of Death - Marin Cilic vs Marcel Granollers, Daniel Brands vs Gilles Simon [18] Group of Life - Jan Hajek vs Damir Dzumhur [Q], Ivo Karlovic vs Ivan Dodig [32] Women's Singles Winner - Serena Williams [1] Runner-Up - Maria Sharapova [3] Semi-Finalists - Serena Williams [1] vs Sabine Lisicki [15], Maria Sharapova [3] vs Caroline Wozniacki [10] Best Aussie - Samantha Stosur [17], Olivia Rogowska [W] (2R) Best Unseeded player - Laura Robson, Andrea Petkovic (4R) Group of Death - Kristina Mladenovic vs Stefanie Voegele, Francesca Schiavone vs Dominika Cibulkova [20] Group of Life - Carina Witthoeft [Q] vs Mandy Minella, Teliana Pereira vs Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova [29] Tough draws for the Aussies this year (Tomic vs Nadal, Duckworth vs Federer, Matosevic vs Nishikori, Barty vs Serena and Gajdosova vs Kerber) and I really can't see too many surprises happening this year. Of course, if a top seed falls early on it could open up the draw significantly but in most cases they should make it through to the third round.
  11. I did consider it, but I could only have ten. Screw it, ITF is gone.
  12. He's playing an exhibition against Hewitt tomorrow, maybe that will give us some indication. At the moment I can't go past Djokovic to win the men's though.
  13. Saw that we didn't have one for this year yet, so I thought it best to get one started before the Aussie Open starts on Monday (Sunday if you're in other parts of the world). I'll be posting my predictions after the full draw comes out, but just to start the discussion; who will win?
  14. Thanks for continuing to update this, hopefully I'll be able to check out the data soon and add some suggestions.
  15. The Big Bash has surprised me in how good it's been, I'm not really a fan of the T20 format but as Plubby said, the more we get to see people like Doggy, Murali, and Huss the better as far as I'm concerned. England really had a chance to get on top today, can't quite remember the score but I do know that there were a few people doubting that Australia would make even 200 for a moment there. Hopefully this will mean a better contest if nothing else.
  16. Never heard of Rankin or Borthwick before. Some good news for English fans though, Jos Buttler's been in great nick in the Aussie T20 competition, so you've got a shot at the limited overs games.
  17. There is a 97 data on ewwarehouse.info but I'm not sure if it's the same one. Link
  18. Did you realise you put George South twice? Maybe there's a Jr. and Sr.? Anyway... Just in case people get the wrong idea, none of these are mine. I had some free time so I searched around for these. A few of Ethan Page on this page A few of Eric Perez/Escobar on this page No luck finding Eric Ryan in either of this topic or TheWho's photobucket, but that doesn't mean one isn't out there. Gary Jay is in George South Jr. is below Elia Markopoulos (found it as apparently the same guy) Hope that was helpful PS: How do you search for images inside an album? I thought photobucket had an option for doing that but I couldn't find it.
  19. Game over, 4-0. Rogers with his highest ever test score, Watson making another fifty not out to help Australia to an 8 wicket win.
  20. Wow, huge turnaround in the last few overs, England effectively 4/143 now and it's back to being about level. Interesting to see if Stokes and Pietersen can stay there for a while or if there's going to be another big collapse to come
  21. England have the upper hand at the minute, looks like Jimmy Anderson's finding good form just a bit too late too.
  22. Just got this for Christmas and I've got no idea what I'm doing at all. Guess it serves me right for not playing a proper manager game for years on end.
  23. No, and I think we'll just have to agree to disagree here but in my opinion one greatly affects the other. In terms of "who can cause the most trouble if he stays in" then yes, Pietersen. But if you don't get out someone like Bell or Cook early on you won't get many chances to do so later on.
  24. A lot of TNA guys were (not sure if they still are with recent updates) on open contracts so they could also work occasional shows at regional companies, but that isn't the most important thing here anyway. With the money they'd have to be paying them, the income for a regional promotion wouldn't be anywhere near enough and their TV ratings would see them kicked off air as soon as the game started. Seeing as they do have at least a cult following and have been trying to make themselves a national or even global company, there's no way that Regional would do them justice. Unless you're going to demote everyone but CZW, ROH, PWG and CHIKARA to small, but that just wouldn't make seem right to me. Besides, ROH shouldn't be below cult either, they have quite a lot of fans/followers(?) as it is.
