  1. Yeah, fuck finding a Ditto. Apparently there's a Zapdos day thing on Saturday?
  2. I think I added everyone, but if not: 3178 4985 7376
  3. Andrew Benson (BBC guy) apparently saying that Leclerc is confirmed for Ferrari next year.
  4. Random one, but since I have 9 of the 10 of them; did anyone get the Lil Threat trading card? I have a couple of spares that I could trade for it
  5. Best race of the season by far from the start, really. Crazy results up and down the order too - no idea how Alonso ended up in 8th after being in 19th for the first ten laps or so. Same with Leclerc recovering from going off on Lap One (also, the Sauber fanboy in me is hyped that they got a double points finish!)
  6. The silly season does seem to have kicked off earlier than usual this year. There's now rumours that Alonso is going back to Renault (so no idea what happens to Sainz) and Kimi is going back to McLaren. So theorising it'd look like this: Mercedes - Hamilton / Bottas | Ferrari - Vettel / Leclerc | RBR - Verstappen / Ricciardo | Renault - Hulkenburg / Alonso | Force India - Perez / Ocon (if the team's even around still) | McLaren - Raikkonen / Norris | Haas - Magnussen / Grosjean (maybe Giovanazzi) | Toro Rosso - Gasly / Sainz | Sauber - Ericsson / (Giovanazzi or Latifi) 🤷‍♀️
  7. This is a scrappy but pretty great match.
  8. HAHAHAHAHAHA. How can you not book Neymar then though?
  9. I don't think there's anything that shocking about how Russia have played, really. Egypt and Saudi Arabia both were pretty apalling, and I suspect Uruguay (even though they've not really impressed either) will probably draw or beat them. It's also fundamental to remember that their ranking was so low because they're the WC hosts, which automatically bombs your rating because of how terrible that system is. On ELO, they're #33 in the world and that puts them well above both Egypt & Saudi...
  10. 01/02 update: its 2010, and I just guided Spurs out of Division 2 (or 1, as it is now). West Ham meanwhile just got relegated to Division 3. oh and Blackburn won the Premiership again
  11. I’d say 7/8 are pretty weak too. The season got a little average after the strong start I think, but they’re all on a real good level here.
  12. So speaking of Champ Man, in my 01/02 game: resigned from Alverca in the mid point of the third season with them, and jumped over to MLS with Tampa Mutiny. So another club that doesn’t exist anymore. Won MLS two years in a row, then on the third season won the CONCACAF Champs Cup and ticked off one continent finally. Now I’m in Brazil with a club who just finally got in the Division 3, and had *one* player when I signed. I’ve just filled it out with under-18s and we’re somehow surviving in the State Championship for now. Its pretty frustrating though, as even though I’m ranked something like 18th best Manager in the world, no club will take me
  13. It's stupid that VAR can't un-award that freekick which wasn't that led to that.
  14. Honestly could still see Colombia getting something out of this, Japan don't exactly look like they're giving them a hard time bar this last little spell.
  15. Australia aren’t doing half bad here. Bizarre that they struggled so much in qualifying - especially considering they finished behind that shambles of a Saudi team.
  16. Yeah, Iran have calmed down a little at least.
  17. I can see a red card in this. Ref seems pretty keen.
  18. Honestly, it's like Uruguay were just terrified waiting for the moment Salah came on. The second Egypt made that last sub, they realised they weren't gonna concede and decided to bomb it up the field.
  19. This is 100% the kind of match where Uruguay are gonna get a highly undeserving last minute goal.
  20. I think my forever issue with Le Mans is that I know I'm never gonna be able to watch all 24 hours (especially tomorrow as I'm out in the evening), and I hate the idea of missing out on anything in the bits I'm not watching, so I just lose all interest in it. There's part of me that doesn't want Alonso to win, because that will almost 100% guarantee he leaves F1 next year and goes to Indy to finish off the Triple Crown.
