Is their much of a geographical split between Liverpool and Everton? I saw an interesting map recently that showed how Manchester is roughly split east Man City and west Man Utd, with a few more pockets of blue on the outskirts (and the bulk of Utd's fans down south ). It's kind of hard to gauge how location affects club support when there's only one major club within an hours drive in any direction. There are some interesting Norwich/Ipswich splits in towns along the Norfolk-Suffolk border though!

I'd actually be interested in Neymar at Chelsea if we can get rid of like 4 other attacking players first, ideally including Sterling, but neither of those are likely to happen. It can't be any more chaotic and abysmal than things are right now.

Just worked out that Chelsea scored more league goals in March (6) than they did in November, January, February, and April combined (5). That second group only rises to seven if you add December too... Meanwhile, Man City are currently on 15 league goals in April (averaging 3.75 goals per game) with one still to play before the month ends.

I think that was the case after his Everton tenure too, to be honest. While it's difficult to understand his starting lineup selections at Chelsea, especially now that there's literally nothing to play for except pride, the players are as much to blame as Tuchel/Potter/Lampard. Let's not forget that Tuchel questioned the ability of his squad before the season even started, and while there have been lots of additions since then, none of them have exactly been a positive impact aside from Fernandez and possibly Badiashile.

Apparently Reece James and Mason Mount are out for the rest of the season? I don't think that's a bad thing, given that Chelsea don't have anything left to play for at this point. Let them rest up and give some younger players the minutes. I want to see Datro Fofana, Chukwuemeka, Hutchinson, and Hall getting some first-team experience. I'm also hopeful not to see Aubameyeng, Felix, Zakaria or Ziyech put on a blue shirt again.
