How do you start it in windowed mode? I got it working on 2005, but cant remember what I did, and in full screen mode it messes up all my desktop icons.

When Park and Rooney were on, they slotted in just behind Ruud, and contributed to the lack of width of the team. Personally, I think Park is wasted like this, and should be playing the wing opposite Ronaldo. With the two of them out wide, I feel our attack would be much more potent. Even with one of them on, Ronaldo, our attacks seemed more deadly. I believe this system doesnt cater to the current team, especially the way we slow the game down the more it goes on. A Man Utd team should be about scoring, and being able to score from anywhere on the the pitch at nearly any time. Fergies new tactics hinder this, as was shown last season, and I feel will do so again this season. We need to go back to a 4 4 2 system, where we had our greatest success, especially when we can put both Ruud and Rooney up there as our two strikers.

As much as I wish I could be, I just cant feel comforted by that game. Granted we won, but should have done by a lot more given the chances we created. In that game, I just saw all the things wrong with last season coming up again. We created chances, but never took them. We also slowed the pace of the game down, making it easier for teams to get back into the game at us. Not only that, but until the introduction of Ronaldo, we created a whole new problem for ourselves, and that was width. We were playing much much too narrow, and it didnt work out. The final passes in the attacking third werent coming off, and the attacks were breaking down fruitlessly. When Ronaldo came on, we looked better, livelier, and ultimately, thats when we got the goal. If Ronaldo gets injured, I can see us being in a lot of trouble for the season. Based on todays performance, Man Utd are not going in the right direction to be reclaiming the premiership crown, or to becoming a dominant force in English football like before. I can only hope that they step up a gear before its too late, like last season, and really make a race out of this season.

Well maybe you see Fletcher as a regular, but he certainly isnt the type to be playing week in, week out, at a level that Manchester Utd demands. And I take your point that he was never meant to replace Keane or Scholes, but realistically, those are the only places he could fit in. Like you said, its the tactics employed that dont allow gim to do so. For me, he could only ever really be back up, a squad player, but not someone to rely on. He is better as a squad player then most others they have, the likes of Miller, or when they were here Kleberson and Djemba-Djemba, which is the worrying part of it all. The depth of the squad is shocking, and I find Fletcher typifies that as he isnt the type to really have a huge impact on a game if he comes on. Just my opinion, like I said, I hope I am wrong and he turns out to be much, much better then I see.

It was a good result, but I felt at times, we gave the ball away needlessly, especially in midfield, which is surprising really. Our midfiled normally doesnt give the ball away too easily. Still, I did see plenty still wrong with the team. Other then John O'Shea crossing for the goal, he also gave the ball away very easily. And no matter how much I try, I just cant see Fletcher making the step up to be a Man Utd regular. No matter where he goes, it will be a huge step down. He certainly isnt up to the task of Keanes job as a holding midfielder, he doesnt look like he could step into a Scholes type role on the pitch, and out wide he is plain at best. I might, and hope, I am wrong, and he steps up his game a lot. No hope for O'Shea though, especially not at left back with Heinze there. Still looking forward to the rest of the season, was getting withdrawal symptoms over the summer:P

I know, it was great wasnt it? There were some things that were just jokes that you had to think about, I mean there were things I got about 5 after the fact and was in stitches. And anything McGuirk said was hilarious. It was an unreal show though, there are so many classic bits in it.

Johnny Depp. He is my favourite actor ever, and, at leat in my opinion, up there with the best of them, like Pacino, DeNiro, O'Toole etc etc. He is a class actor, who is just endlessly entertaining, and a consumate scene stealer. What more do you need?

Yeah, it does really grow on you. First time I saw it, I thought it was boring, but the more I watched it, the more I liked it. Its just a nice movie. The end makes me feel good, how everyone comes together for what he composed at last, just a very nice ending.

What time and what channell will the next Man Utd match be on? I keep looking but cant seem to find where they are being shown.

Well, they were so impressed with the reception they got from the Marlay Park gig I was at, (which was unreal, we were all so pumped up and it was like a wall of sound from the crowd for the entire time,) that they have decided to finish their tour in Dubllin at the Point in December. Was so blown away by their performance, gonna get tickets to see that one too. And Matzat, Id say it was just an unfortunate and uncanny coincidence that both times you saw them they were bad. Although the arent really a festival band, they dont like playing them and have admitted to it. Both times ive seen them they were awesome, and others I know who have seen them were blown away too.

Was anyone else there, this past Saturday? I was there, and it was absolutely class. Morning Glory was the first album I ever bought, but recently, I had been thinking that maybe Oasis werent my favourite band anymore. Led Zeppelin were just inching past them, since I am learning drums and John Bonham is a legend. But that concert was awesome and blew everyone else away, placing Oasis up there at No1 in my eyes forever. Anyone else go, and how did they find it? Also, does anyone know the name of the first band that were on, or where I might be able to find out? EDIT: Also, anyone who has been to any other Oasis gig, post your comments on here. Are you as full of praise for them as I am? Also, it was apparently Stephen Fretwell who opened. He was actually pretty good, especially compared to Mundy, who was shite, and The Coral, even worse.

Yeah, Coach McGuirk is classic. Nothing better then a drunk soccer coach to brighten up a series. Mr Lindensen, the mothers boss, is class when he is in it too.

I personally love home movies, and have both series. If you like the episodes you have seen, then you will probably like the rest of the episodes. In my opinion, you should go get them. Class stuff.

I think having smaller transfer budget is better. At least this way, the youngsters will get a chance to prove themselves, without having to compete with what is there now, plus a whole flood of new people an over inflated transfer budget would bring. Who knows, we may have another Scholes or the like ready to come that could get missed because of a rampant transfer budget.

Well, looks like all us Man Utd fans can do nothing but accept it really. I am a lot more willing to accept it now, since he has said that he bought the club for his sons, who are avid EPL supports. At least he has long term interest in the club, and anybody with a vested long term interest in the club wont do anything to screw it up. Personally, the picketing supporters, who are threatening a boycott are a disgrace. If they were true Man Utd supporters they would support their club no matter what. If they dont want to go to games, others will gladly take their places. However, wanting to rename Old trafford "The Nike Arena" is nothing short of a travesty.

Yeah, some of the ticket prices have risen as much as 27% as a way of getting in revenue lost due to 2 disappointing seasons in a row. And nobody was happy about that. To be fair though, I dont think Glazer will rise prices of tickets that much. I would say he will concentrate on merchandise prices to raise profit within the club. Nobody is doubting that Glazer isnt an idiot, I am sure he is a good businessman. The problem is, nobody really knows what his plans for Man Utd are. If he has long term plans for Man Utd, and wants to own it, and then his sons to own it, I suppose that would be better, at least we could rest assured they will ALWAYS have the interest of the club first. But what if he just wants to make his money quickly, pay off debts and get rich, and then get out? As a Man Utd fan, thats my main concern, and Im sure thats what many other true Man Utd fans are against.

I dont feel good about the Glazer take over. However, I still want to give him a chance, in hope that he wont screw everything up at the club. However, saying that if Man Utd win something next year, Glazer will be a hero is rediculous. The only one who will become a hero out of any success next year is Fergie, if he is still the manager, or whoever takes his place. Like I stated earlier, Glazer will still have been villainised not only in the eyes of Man Utd supporters, but football supporters everywhere. Firstly, if history is to be repeated, we are in for huge price hikes in merchandise in years to come. His plans to negotiate a seperate deal for Utd's TV rights will alienate the club, and villainise him in the eyes of the premiere league, and Utd as a club. Glazers only hope for becoming a hero to us fans is to adopt an almost Laissez Faire approach to the on field affairs of the club. If he lets the club continue the same way it always has, which has brought us to be one of the richest clubs in the world, without tampering with anythiung too drastically, eventually he will be warmed up to and liked. Winning a trophy next year wont do it, because we will still have the problems of massive debt, and uncertainty as to Glazers overall plans for the club.

I dont think Glazer will instantly become liked just because Man Utd win the Premiership or CL. The fact will still remain that we will be in an obscene amount of debt, and the club will be in the hands of an unwanted foreigner. Winning a competition next year is not going to instantly eleviate those concerns.
